Women, take a look at ourselves!

ENSLAVEMENT OF WOMENKIND

Mankind may be enslaved, but look at the role women play.
Women hold the space of love for their families and nourish them, their friends and communities, right?  So what are we holding space for, and what are we nourishing?  Women are supporting and perpetuating the system.
We help men work 9-5, and if that is not enough to pay for the lifestyle agreed upon, women work 9-5 too.  The money earned goes to banks and big corporations (electric, fuel, food, etc.)  Are we promoting life in everything we do?  Are we nourishing bodies, minds and spirits?  Are we all eating life-giving food?  “Surely we are not poisoning our families”.   Are our children learning integrity and developing their potential?  “Oh, the schools take care of all of that.”
Look at what we do in addition to jobs:  Prepare 3 meals a day – “balanced diet of course”  (cook), keep homes clean (housekeeper and laundress), shop (slaves to media), drive everyone around (chauffeur supporting petroleum industry), make sure everyone is doing what supposed to do (police and judge), and keep everyone happy (clown).  Now that is a treadmill and enslavement!
What could women accomplish for humankind if we weren’t doing all of that?
Think about it.
