Creating the Future

A New Paradigm

What if people and stewardship of the environment replaced government.
What if the Elders worked openly in our communities on relationships and problems between citizens?
What if we supported each other to deal with changes?
What if we spent our tax money ourselves on getting along, promoting inner evolution and growth/learning, improving our environment, increasing social awareness and understanding, removing tension which causes crime, and preventative medicine. (not on pharmaceuticals, law and media, war and the military)
How about a new kind of community based on understanding one another?
We could recognize that it will be an unpredictable process, make a common decision to enter the unknown and choose the best path,  and move beyond what is holding us back.

GUIDELINES FOR THE NEW PARADIGM

Every action reflects our vision of the future to which we are committed.

Ethical understanding and deep core values underlie all we do.

Our living is truth based, rather than fear based.

We encourage personal initiative and creating will be our focus.

In our stewardship of the Earth we are accountable and responsible for our actions, with respect for the planet, people and all creatures.

We will recognize and stand for what has value and do no harm (not taking anti stands or fighting for or against anything).

These words will be commonly used:  self-sufficiency, sustainable, recycle, constructive, inclusion, communication, connection, integration, positive interpretation, intention, autonomy, abundance, listening, restoration, and renewal.

We will:

 create spaces of love,

 teach quantum theory and encourage new ways of thinking,

 develop our spiritual capabilities,

 recognize inspiration and dreams,

 fix what is damaged (make restitution),

 nurture our special children,

 resolve disputes within circles of elders,

 respect what is sacred and the traditions of others,

 give and receive love,

 share our abundance (instead of competing and struggling in scarcity),

 connect with the Source and merge in oneness whenever possible,

 our thoughts and words and deeds will be synchronous,

 overcome our limitations,

 work with healing modalities,

 make wise choices,

 save what is in danger,

 embrace all pieces of the puzzle,

 transcend and re-interpret the past and create the future now,

 and honor and protect consumers and workers and those who are vulnerable.

Our songs and poems will call in light, happiness and joy, and healing.  Celebrate with music and drumming and song often.
