We would like to bring to your attention the aspect or realization that borders on understanding. The process by which you come to understanding, besides being unique to each individual, can involve various centers and systems of the body mind spirit complex and can be controlled and limited by fears and patterned responses.

In order to be able to come to greater understanding and therefore gain wisdom, the body needs to be open to receive data or energy/information using the developed senses. By this we mean the full capacity of reception possible. It is better to have as much information and as wide a perspective as possible.

Upon consideration of the information gleaned and opening to the mind body emotions and spirit, the full experience of the human vehicle, consider with respect the various surrounding life forms and the contribution [of each] to the whole. Consider (missed something here, may have been about your own cultural, social, and environmental situation) and the galactic perspective of time/space. In this expanded way you can create the best possible understanding for yourself.

We caution you to be careful to disregard the process of the mind as it tries to assume conclusions based on past experience or behavioral patterns. Consider the conclusions that arise to be aware of that type of interference in developing the clearer understanding. Ponder these things.

Good morning. Today we would like to discuss the possibility of reaching out for or accepting the opportunity that lies before us to make greater connection. The reason or motive for us to do this needs to be made more clear to begin with. The roles we are playing in the larger picture and the perspective we have, help us to see what can be done in service to the greater good. What we can accomplish then within the whole, generally requires connection to anchor our efforts in time/space.

Therefore we call upon you to assist us and upon others who wish to be of service. As we prepare our goals and intentions and find connections to anchor this in various sectors of time/space the connections we make become meaningful.

Where you are located and what connections you have made become an anchor and give meaning to our work. Thank you for your diligence and we hope that we have given you more meaningfulness in your task.

Good morning. Yes, we have a message for you.

Before the time reckoning that you follow now, there existed a method of keeping track of time that was closer to nature and held greater opportunity for celebration that was heart centered, and connected the minds and lives of the people.

Consider for a moment the kinds of celebration that has become culturally acceptable. We propose that there are more joyful ways to connect with the Earth and creatures and draw together. Music and singing and dancing are useful in cementing all in unity. For the most part however, the objective is to ”raise” the spirits of each being, collectively being inclusive and respectful of the necessity for everyone to participate in the whole.

Expand your capacity to celebrate as unified whole beings.

In accordance with the laws governing the peaceful and harmonious functioning of the Galactic Federation, intervention has become necessary as there has been alliance made with disruptive forces on Earth that threaten the well being of not only earth, but having far ranging influences.

Prepare yourselves with all you need for any circumstances as modifications are being made in Earth's situation.

This is the Galactic Federation. Our message for today is formulated by the group responsible for the rectification of law dismissal and correctional guidance.

In the course of oversight of our responsibilities we are making strides to redirect misaligned energies into directions better suiting the common good and aligned with the Love of Source. You can do this in your personal spheres as well and aide our efforts. All efforts concerted will bring about the greater change.

We hope to see redirection of what has gone astray and expect greater alignment to take place. Your expectations along these lines will also help our cause and yours as well for the common good.

New developments have occurred and we will be allowed to come in to make restitution for boundaries that are being crossed. Your artificial intelligence is becoming powerful in your grid systems and there may be power surges to rectify this situation. Prepare your homes for whatever is needed.

Good morning. Let us discuss the possibilities before you as you prepare for the changes ahead. In order for you to be able to fully participate, you need to find the direction that leads to the fullest potential, that is the least limiting.

When viewing possibilities look for larger perspectives, galactic perspectives. Rather than isolation, look for greater connection. Rather than withdrawing, use your time to find ways to expand. Create the world you want to live in.

This may seem like a time for inactivity but it is open for you to find the path with the least limitations and be able to move forward towards your goals. As you examine the possibilities use your senses more fully to be open for stimuli that will lead you to greater potential like clues to give you direction. They may come to you as colors, sounds, smells, feeling, and will be unique to your physical body and spirit.

Good morning. Today's message is about Goofball. By this we mean an active game that is silly and brings joy and laughter. To play this game one must use some sort of a paddle and the hands (no hands if not appropriate) and feet with a soft ball of any size so as not to cause injuries. Use an area that allows for change of direction and stationary position as well as movement, but it is best played in a circle and can have any number of players.

To flip over to a game of cooperation from the old model of competition requires a degree of creativity and allowance for flexibility. When moving a degree of intuition is required to move as a unit passing the ball back and forth and change when any player makes a move to change direction. The goal is not to place the ball in a certain place but to keep the ball withing the circle [or boundary] and in constant movement. The circle can expand or contract. With two players it is more convenient to have walls to contain the ball's movement between the players. Have fun.
[I think what they are saying is to make a game of training to have consciousness of the whole, like the flock of birds or school of fish that follow this consciousness and can move as a unit.]

1. Hearts are set on Source of Love and goodness, creation and cohesion. Mind's eye focused on following the heart's path directive.
2. Uniqueness is valued in all of it's diverse aspects.
3. Rejoicing and celebration in Love and Unification is encouraged.
4. The welfare of all life forms is considered priority in all creative endeavors.
5. Creativity is the process by which evolution takes place and powers forward motion.

For the information of those gathered, we will present a sample of what we would hope that you would propose for your own advancement. In order for you to be able to cooperate with each other to best advantage, we suggest that you create a network of those who have the experience to be able to create on a larger scale.

With these suggestions perhaps you will be able to create together the new foundation.

1. Consider each individual as sacred and divine until they prove themselves to be otherwise inclined.
2. Consider the perspective to be galactic rather than Earth centered and plan and observe what transpires to have broader origins and ramifications.
3. Unite in the decision making process such that each individual is able to contribute, respecting the validity of each contribution.
4. Make an attempt to include all aspects, overlooking nothing, as important energy/information comes in all forms and to all senses. Be open and receptive to the new potentials and perspectives and be patient in the decision making process.
5. Enter into agreements by assessing all criteria and aspects and by bringing it together into focus and clarity and harmonious resolution.

APRIL 15 3:21 am (Saw a prepared document with my mind's eye when I asked if there were messengers, so I got up and could still feel it's presence but could not read the document then. The message was mostly the regular auditory type. I think it was from the Galactic Federation.)

Until recent events it has been the position of the Federation to observe and support. Because of the aggressive actions taken toward humans it becomes necessary to take an intervening position.

Leaning on the galactic perspective of millennia of experience and the laws created to protect life throughout the known worlds, we are forced to modify our position and play a more active role.

Therefore we present this treatise to be circulated on Earth as our first mode of assistance. If the people of Earth are able to use this information and make the necessary changes, it will not be necessary for us to make further intervention.

Treatise for the protection of Earth

Leagues of space/time ago, higher sentient life forms gathered to prepare organizational principles to steer life forms in healthy directions in the event of troubled times and unfavorable conditions imposed by the renegades to justice.

Following this gathering we have circulated this treatise at several points in the time/s[ace continuum and now we present it to Earth.

Reform is required at this time and we trust that the people of Earth can present the necessary strength and action to advance into a higher form of being. It is incumbent for the sentient life beings to congregate in order to formulate directives and create a higher form of organization to lead themselves into a positive future.

This is a season for you to take advantage of the time granted for this purpose rather than to be passively waiting for control to be taken by others less in tune with your needs and situations. Be open to receive these directives and gather what is available to you and create your own foundational directives. It is allowed for you to do this. (I felt that they will be of assistance when called upon.)

You can create as your understanding increases. As you progress toward your goals and operate with the faith that you are achieving them, the way will open for you.

Good morning. We welcome the opportunity to share with you. Let us continue to create experiences that further the understanding of higher frequency realities. To be able to exist in a higher dimension one must have the understanding that accompanies that reality. The shift in understanding comes as you open your heart and observe new potentialities. It is possible to discover them for yourself but easier to attune to a being who already has that understanding. You can attune to our understanding.

Yes, dear one, we are here. We note your concern about the rapid change of events on earth. Be reassured that you will be protected and those you love will be able to remain with you. Continue to progress with your exercises to remain in the higher frequencies of Love. That is your best path to follow.

Welcome. This morning we plan to introduce you to a new measure of sensory perception. In order to realize the nature of what is presenting, you will need to relax fully. Pause...

After your experience you can now use these techniques to prepare your body for influxes of higher energies. Record your experience and practice sensing and using this energy.

(me) I opened my heart and I felt the Love energy slowly coming in from my right side as golden light, like paint moving across a canvas slowly. My left side returned the light, when it reached that side, to my right side nourishing it and returning it to the left. I like the image on an infinity loop with my heart as center creating the torus. (I am sure that each person will work with the light in a somewhat different manner.) When completely full of the golden light, making a sphere around me, it began to compact and I felt like I could become small enough to be a particle of light. (Later when I practiced, I could also make it expand to include my village.) I think the sensory part is recognizing the light when it comes. I think we are in for a planetary reset to wipe out the high tech AI control over the humans, possibly the solar flash prophesied.

This morning our message to you is about returning to a higher vibrational state. Your long term memory in your genetic material remembers its origin in higher vibration much like migrating birds and creatures remember where they spawn or nest even when they have never been there.

You have what you might call inklings and somehow know these things. Your religious teachings hint at this or trigger something in your mind that helps you to feel stirrings at your soul level.

This does not relate to all of your species as your soul connections vary depending on your inherited DNA origins.

(me) It has been suggested that some humans may actually lack souls. Is that possible?

It is a possibility that some are a type of “clone” and have been produced rather than been created through the natural reproduction of your species. Some of the leaders of the forces that operate through resistance to Love and light and use the energy and light of the humans who do have souls, have chosen a path without soul connection.

Raising your vibration is the best way to do a “parasite cleanse.” It is a natural protective measure of your body. Prevent yourself from falling prey to fear but also to the mindless state of denial and avoidance. We continue to encourage you to create a better world.

Continue to work with your senses as you are getting an inkling that more may be available to you. Treat your body as the precious instrument which it is. You can learn to be creative in each moment.

Good morning. Today our brief message is about encounters. The people of Earth are preparing themselves to be ready for something. Many hope for the Second Coming, others for other outside intervention. In reality their anticipation is creating a readiness for their internal shifting. The awareness of a great change, however it is perceived, will help bring it about. Those who are best prepared and most flexible and able to align with Love and creation will fare best. Enjoy the shift and allow it to usher in great joy.

APRIL 7    4:43 am (Was expecting the Arcturians but had been praying while I waited for messengers and think that Jesus came with a message. I asked afterwards if the Arcturians had a message, but they deferred to the other messenger. It was strange and I thought my readers would be skeptical, but am posting it as I received it.)

The understanding you are seeking is elusive since you are not dedicated sufficiently in your desire and have not yet developed deep enough faith.

When you are clear as to what you need to know and prepared, you will receive the answer.

Today our message is about the changes in the abilities of the sensory organs taking place. Clear the orifices of your bodies to be able to receive properly. As the frequencies raise, the receptors will shift and adapt themselves to be able to receive and interpret new data you have not previously perceived.

Become aware of input you have not been aware of or what is now around you that you are able to receive. Do not be afraid or recoil from overload. Rather notice you can be selective with one sense at a time and observe, objectively focusing on one aspect at a time, gradually becoming able to get an overview or notice what is new or prominent.

You can be selective with your senses much like using the dial on the radio to select channels. The more you practice, the better you will get. You may find that with one of your senses you become more adept than [with] some others.

(me) Like I always say, we are all X-Men, some of us just haven't figured out what our super powers are yet.

Good morning. Our conversation today will center around the use of provocative language. By this we refer to the capacity for the spoken word to evoke certain change in its environment and the discernment as to which words to use and how to use them wisely.

Your scientists have shown that there are words in the various languages which have have sounds which can bring forth more light and which align more closely with the Source of creation with it's sacred geometry and direction.

There are other sounds which cause disruption of this geometry and directions. The young people (and others) find it interesting to distract and disrupt the flow. It will be helpful to use the sounds of the light building words especially at this time.

The use of beneficial sounds will do much to alleviate the suffering you are currently experiencing.

(me) Is that why we envision choirs of angels singing at certain times and in heavenly realms?

Yes, this is the idea.

APRIL 4 (Woke at 3:30, waited, at 4:15 decided to go the the Galactic Federation with my friend's questions)

We will try to answer your questions one at a time. Regarding the virus, this is a simple way to view the body's way of purging the dense elements which are unable to transition and handle the changes taking place. Fear disables the light which the body is composed of and [it] naturally does not function properly. Love on the other hand activates the light and facilitates optimum health. There is greater light at the moment and requires greater Love and compassion to expand and be compatible with or complementary to [it].

There are many of us who are assisting Earth at this time of transition and the pause in human activity is assisting. The world you know is changing.

Continue to persevere and make contact as you are able. Whatever assistance you can offer is acceptable. Raise your vibrations and strengthen your faith and hope for the higher dimensional existence.

Round out your repertoire of skills and senses. Practice and continue to expand.

Stay within the bounds of respect for others and practice service and compassion.

Good morning. Today let us discuss the matter of subterfuge and trickery. The forces that want to enslave the human race use this to lead you astray for their own purposes. As this is a free will sector, humans must choose the path they wish to follow, but there is no law against deceiving humans into choosing a path that appears to have their best interest, but in reality serves only the slave masters.

By means of trickery a false sense of happiness is advertised and then maintained with substances, technology, and distractions. In this way the enslavement is complete but the slaves are aware on a deeper level that they are not really happy or are dissatisfied.

Humans were designed and created to be vehicles for a divine soul, and with numerous sources and types of bodies, some are able to carry and care for the soul better than others. It is easier for some to see through and resist the various subterfuge in force around them.

We encourage you to remain vigilant and steadfast, seeking after what you know is the greatest happiness and carry your divine soul carefully on the path of Love and Peace.
