Good morning. Our topic for today is utilizing the skills and abilities available to you. You could say these are inherent in you or inherited in your DNA, but there is also a realm of what can be acquired through education and pursuit of their development through practice. It is true that you can become whatever you wish to become. You can do those things and make choices that bring you closer to your goals. You also can become what is already inside of you. Sometimes this is the harder of the two paths because it is not always clear what is inherent in you because of your social conditioning an expectations placed upon you by others.
In order to make changes in your attitude and abilities you must first recognize and become clear about what you are desiring and create the expectation. Be very clear about the desired outcome in terms of how it will affect you and others in your sphere of influence.
If we are continually striving to create a higher dimensional existence and greater awareness of Goodness and Love and finding ourselves in alignment with God/Source, we will gradually be prepared for transitioning into the 5th Dimension. Understanding of the process is important so as to be able to be aware of the changes being made and how to maintain the higher states. Consider these things as you prepare yourself to shift into the higher dimensions.
JANUARY 27
Today we can proceed into a new way of
thinking about a topic which has been distorted historically.
Reaching back in our memories we find the distortion was placed long
ago and humans have followed blindly in the path of these incorrect
thought forms. Until recently it has been highly discouraged to
consider and question any exploration around the possibilities of
having extraterrestrial ancestry and control of the planet Earth
having been in the hands of extraterrestrials, or beings from other
planets and star systems.
In order for humans to be able to open
their minds to the actuality, the distortions will need to be exposed
or removed. When the controllers are exposed through history and
into the present along with their relationships to other star
systems, it will be easier to understand how the distortion has been
perpetuated. The information is available to all presently to
uncover for themselves themselves the truth of this matter. Research
for yourselves and share the knowledge. This is how perspectives are
changed.
JANUARY 26 A loving masculine presence
The message today centers on combining ingredients in such a way as to produce the best end product. Of course it is best to select the finest ingredients. However, if that is not possible, the ingredients can be developed and encouraged to become of greatest value. When the ingredients are sufficiently prepared, care is given to each such that it is added to the mix in a way that enhances its uniqueness, that nothing is lost in the combination. Source has mastered the principle of cohesion to the extent that uniqueness is preserved and a unity is achieved through the joining, more as a connection than as a sacrifice.
(me) How did our religions get that wrong?
It becomes a source of creation through the connection and unification. What is created is aligned with source and worthy of its Love and Goodness. This connection is a process by which giving and receiving edifies all in the process. That is the difference between freely giving using the power of free agency and sacrificing the individuality with a loss of life energy.
Somehow you have been misled to believe that to sacrifice life and individuality is a high form of connection, but I tell you that it is a means to maintain the density of the 3rd Dimension. By discouraging fulfillment of the individual and empowerment of that spirit, the emphasis is placed on giving away the life force to some entity in the 3rd Dimension. The better alternative is to enhance the life force of the individual and provide opportunity for connection which is reciprocal, a giving and receiving freely, and creates something greater than the parts could achieve without the connection.

Good morning. Following upon the footsteps of our experiments in physical manifestation, we want to encourage you to call upon the powers of unity. When aligned with Source/God you can match vibration with others using your intention and the energy of unification. Keep practicing.
JANUARY 24 Arcturians at 6:30 I am getting better.
Good morning. We wish to congratulate you on your recovery and entertain the possibility that you will be able to rejoin us in the is work. Today we wish to discuss the potentiality of joining us in the physical form. We know that you have explored traveling without your body and are learning about changing your body into a higher vibratory state. Today we wish to explore the possibility of raising your body's frequency to the level that we can maintain our frequencies in the same location. Part of this has to do with your diet which we mention many times. What you eat determines the energy levels you can attain to. You seem to have trouble with this and so we would like to assure you that using your intention as well can become the means of creating the spiritual energy necessary to make the change in frequency. In order for us to b e able to meet, we must prepare a sacred space that vibrates with 5th Dimensional energy and then attain that level with our physical bodies as well.
(me) I am thinking of a place where we would be undisturbed in nature. If I start going there daily at 1:00 pm my time and practice raising my vibration, would that work?

I went at 1 and raised my vibration, felt some presence astrally, but no physical presence.
JANUARY 20
( I have been sick and my experiments
in the halls of time were weird, got stuck on the Yellow/White strand
and was not able to cross over. Watching seemed to disturb the flow
and perhaps I need to create there instead?) Went to the bronze
color place with my questions.
(me) My experiments in the halls of
time were not successful in that I did not find what I was looking
for or answers to my questions. It seemed like what I experienced
was a reflection of myself and my energy did not affect the process
well.
We understand your dilemma and consider
your exploration to be worthwhile and informative. We will try to
help you process your results. First of all, attempting to analyze
the present moment interferes with the creative process. You have
been given information on how to analyze without interfering with the
process. You could try that. Also the proper way to approach the
creative process is with awesome respect and joyful appreciation.
Your boldness does not always serve. We would suggest that you
repeat the experiments with the proper approach, but seeing that your
physical condition is less than desirable, rather advise you to learn
from your mistakes and not approach again soon. Also we would advise
you to withdraw and reevaluate what is important.
(me) I feel like I was contaminated
and not permitted entry. Some were able to communicate with me in
isolation.
Yes, we believe that it is a good idea
to emerge from this lower physical condition you are experiencing and
become a higher form of being. Why would you want to cling to the
lower form and attract that to yourself? The reasons you have are
from what may have served you or sheltered you in the past which are
not relevant in your current life situation and to prepare you for
the upcoming life situations and moving into the higher dimensions.
Prepare yourself now for that eventuality. You can begin to live as
a 5th Dimensional being. In every moment you can choose
the way to be in that moment you are creating.
One other thing. If you receive
further messages of light or otherwise that distract you from being
in the present moment, you can always choose to reconnect with
goodness and Love.
(me) I saw what is meant, that with
the right approach, the salvation becomes more clear and by making
that choice the other falls away.
JANUARY 12 The message is to my spirit not my physical body which is sick.
Good morning dear one. Our message today is about hope, yes again. We want to convey to humans the power of hope. Develop goals to steer your life by that are in alignment with God/Source and fulfilling your individual capabilities. Then on top of that add the power of hope toward this fulfillment creates the strength and courage needed to manifest your dreams. Hope is the means of adding life to the creative process.
As a bright star connects to the spiraling matter of the creation process, so holding a bright hope gives access to the creative process when aligned properly. Your potentials will come forward and new abilities will arise, I believe you call it “stepping up”. Determine what bright hope you can follow to the greatest heights.
JANUARY 10 Woke up really early and sense the woman. Am getting a cold.
The message today is about hope again. The power of hope and focused belief can move mountains, yes and clarify the path of light from the path of darkness. Hope is a strong desire for the prevailing of Love and Goodness and overcoming of hatred, fear and darkness. Hope is the clear and light filled pathway.
It is the return to home and place of deep memories, something you know and can steer your life's course by. It is moving toward the better life. Honour yourself and express gratitude for the life you have had and greet the new and the progress you are making with joy and rejoicing and awe. Your path of creation is great indeed, and if it is not great, make it so. Look for companions who are substantial.
JANUARY 9 (Bronze group from the Akash)
Let us pick up where we left off. We
are observing the patterns of time from a position that is similar to
being inside of a clock.
(me) Observation: 4 strands and 2
centers, star tetrahedron, points create and surfaces propagate,
pulse as move, 2 sets of 3 join into 6 points on one. How does the
tetrahedron relate to the strands, surface and middle? The 4
strands pulse inward and form energetic shape, energy moves in threes
(2+1), merge and propagate, 2 traveling 1 way and 2 the other to
create juncture in the matrix (like the celtic cross). Each strand
is two colors, one Yellow and White and the other Red and Blue. At
junctures they cross and follow the period of the other in a dance
between strands, balancing with the crossover, male and female, green
is the crossover where the junction forms the cube of the matrix and
the period is 2 days plus the crossover/junction day, 2 sides make
the cube and one side makes the crossover to the other side for 6
days.
From our perspective we create/make 2
cubes in a period of 6 days, but in actuality a cube is created every
3 days, so what we see and experience surrounds us like a cube, 1 of
each 4 colors. Crossover days may not be experienced as surrounding
us with green but rather like crossing on a green bridge. There are
also larger junctures where as many as 4 junctures combine. You have
been practicing. The larger junctures do not surround you, you just
cross them like a bridge, 3 in a row. Pick a surface and cross as on
a path, together it is easier.
(me) Is this the pathway to a higher
dimension?
You could say that.
(me) Is it immanent and is it over a
short or long time period?
You are crossing and it will take some
time yet to get across.
(me) Where are we?
In the middle block about to start the
3rd block. The path will be more clear on the 3rd
block. Your calendar is a good way to keep focused and moving in
alignment and not get distracted.

There seemed to be no message so I found my self with the beings in
the bronze colored space.
Continue
to pursue this understanding of time. Explore and experience what
opportunities come your way and the natural patterns. We would
suggest that you look at the recombination of sacred geometrical
shapes from the simple triangle into more complex forms and how they
relate. You need to experience it in your own way rather than have
us tell you.

Thank you. Perhaps the now/present is creating itself. The energy
triad of 3 moving spirals of energy (Triskele) forms a triangle with
the transmission of energy at the point and reproduces itself when
connected on the flat side to another triangle in its mirror image,
forming a cube with the reproduced triangle . The energy of the
ethers merges inside the cube forming a moving sphere. When energy
is transmitted at the point, it creates the triangle with the triskele
again. When it crosses at the center with, I think at this time, 2
green triangles point to point, the flat surface connects with the
cubes on each strand. When the energy moves on into the new present
moment, the old connection with it's surfaces and colors disappears.

Am I getting it? Is my present timeline creating itself? Is what
we know of the future only potentials/possibilities or other
timelines?
That
is one way of looking at it. Time is certainly a creative process.
You may not have it quite right yet. Look more closely.

Does it disappear after the creation of the new or does it remain as
a created stream?
That
is a good question. The answer is both. The memory of the creation
is recorded both in Galactic memory as in the Akashic records and in
your brain, but you only exist in the present. That is why you must
be a part of the Love in the present. It is the only chance you get.

Wow! That is a great perspective. Thank you. We can be
masters of the moment by aligning now. But is there a divine
sequence of color and pattern of creation, that it would help us to
align with?
Yes,
you are getting it now. The reason to follow a pattern is to not be
distracted in your part of the creation.

Yesterday was a crossing over day and I think it was a major one for
me anyway. I am getting it! How many times do we have to hear that
all that exists is the present moment to get it? What we create in
any given moment creates the momentum for the creation of the next
moment. Like making choices or planning ahead for what you want to
experience. This is how you become enlightened to choose to be one
with God/Creation in Love and Goodness and Cohesion in every moment.
JANUARY 7
Our suggestion for today is for you to use/spend some time to contemplate the structure and variation around you. Note the differences between the natural forms and what man has made. Begin to become more aware of patterns.
(me) What is the importance of clockwise and counter clockwise for humans? Has there been a shift on a larger scale.
You are correct in your observation that both are necessary and that each has different effects and also that perhaps ceremony and general movement patterns can be more effective when used in one direction or the other. The clockwise motion tends to rise and the counter clockwise tends to sink in what you call gravity. Both are necessary for connection of all things in what you call the holographic universe.
(me) Sorry I am not very focused today.

(me) Later – This is what I see. It is green today and the crossover where the energy flows it creates surfaces so it looks like the strands are spiraling but they are sharing the energy inside the structure and then it crosses with 2 triangles and looks like a twist creating energy and light and changing direction in the center. So one strand gives its energy to the other for a few days and then receives it back. It is actually not present in the structure during that time on the former side and not making surfaces. The first side bends slightly toward the other side, in a clockwise direction sends the energy to the other side which bends out slightly to receive it in a counter clockwise direction as the energy circulates in the new domain, and vice-versa. Entering into the new domain a cube is created from 2 triangles and the motion of the ethers creates sides and surface and colors according to the pattern. I made drawings of the tricales of energy combining in the cube to create a sphere of moving ethers.
JANUARY 6 (Friends of the Arcturians)
Good morning. We see that you are prepared to receive a message. Underlying all cycles of time are premises and directives established by Source/God to perpetuate Goodness and Love to provide the foundation for creation. The human species has been a disappointment to those who have been aligned with the forces of creation. That is why the Human Project has been cancelled and restarted several times. A large part of the difficulties encountered has been the openness that humans have to the influence of other races who have resisted Goodness and Love and operate counter to the directives of God/Source. [This is also one of the highest qualities and a source for hope.]
In order for humans to become a successful species at this point, is [they need] to turn away from all deviation and distraction from the path, and using awareness and alignment with [their] choice[s], to flow through the changes without resistance and remain steadfast in the Light of Love. Being kind and caring in service to each others' creation processes is the best way to move forward.
(me) I am traveling to the Akash for further instruction.
We understand your frustration and will try to be of assistance by presenting some information that is on a level you can understand. You are correct that the easiest way for you to understand the structure and direction of time/space is to be able to make drawings.
(me) The math that I found yesterday mapped the points but did not connect them with surfaces and I don't think they had formulas that related to the spiraling streams of God/Source. I understand the option for randomness at the junctures where there is connection across the strands.
Yes, what we intend to share with you may be helpful. To better understand the colors and see the directions you need light and we recommend that you do your experiential research in the daylight to be able to see most clearly. Then when you have brought in the proper amount of light, you can place yourself inside of the structure and observe it from that vantage point. See if that is helpful to you and when we meet next we will see what will be most useful.

Later in my meditation I saw two strands each creating a surface which governs the direction and vibration, and the rotating ethers create the other surfaces as they spin. Distraction and variation takes pace where the strands connect across in clockwise or counter clockwise directions.
JANUARY 5 (No messengers so went back to the group at the Akashic Library)
We would like to explore the direction of time/space. Yes, it has variation.
(me) I sense right now it is creating in a red period, and that it is a white day. What is the number of days in each creative period or is it irregular?
You are correct that it creates in what you call sacred geometrical shapes. Beware of distractions that take you out of the sacred geometrical pattern and end up lost or in a dead end as you call it. The tetrahedron has 4 surfaces and the colors are on the surfaces. Two similarly colored surfaces connect to make the side of the cube made up of 4 surfaces of 2 connecting sides of tetrahedrons.
(me) I can't really imagine/see this. Do they unfold?
No, they connect and that is how creation takes place using the flow of the ether inside the shapes and the energy created in the connection.
(me) Does every part exist at any given moment? How does the now or the present moment exist?
It exists because of the shared awareness of the human species at their position in space and in the cycles of time according to their movement established by changes experienced on their planet [and solar system] and its elemental composition and order. You have not had education/training to be able to comprehend the mathematics and geometry in the various planes or dimensions.
(me) Where can we get this training?
Those who have that wisdom are not welcome on the surface of your planet.
(me) I will check to see what is available online.
(Laughter) That is a good joke on your planet – Just Google it!

JANUARY 4
(me) I am going back to the group in
the Akashic Library. Who are you and where am I?
I was welcomed and then I was
traveling, transmuted, then walking the corridors of time in the 4th
Dimension. On the central walkway where there was a lack of color, I
could pass through the domain walls with little effects. The colors
are above or surrounding and are moving and changing. I sat and
listened. The present was yellow and was a surface, and I had a
remembering of 1997. We can open doors to pass through safely while
sleeping. If you don't sleep it is bad for your health as there is a
small shock to the system while passing through domain walls while
awake. The domain change gives safe passage as you sleep. The colors
change clockwise in threes and also counter clockwise in threes.
I have been making lots of diagrams and
it seems like the surfaces of the colors are the sides of a cube which
is made from two triangles joined on one side [not sure about the angles]. I think that
the three angles of the triangle create energy and that the
connection of the two triangles with the opposing flows creates more
energy. I sense two flows that are necessary to cause spiraling and
cycling, and that the colors connect and cross over between flows. I
also saw that the ancient Celtic cross is the juncture of the two
flows crossing each other and connecting in the middle. Where the
connecting segment is, which seems to me to be green, it is good to
follow the path of creation because there are alternative triangles
there and I sense they are distractions and taking them removes you
from alignment with Source/God. I have many questions, like can the
combination of white and red create green as red is the complement?
I went back transitioning slowly.

We would like to say a few things
today. In the matter of the occurrence of retrospective viewing, and
for that matter future viewing, there is cautionary advice for you.
There is difficulty built into the system I returning through the
domain walls intact without variation seeping in due to distractions
of alternative pathways. We are advised to remain in the present and
learn from experiencing that as it changes on the forward moving path
of creation.
Also we recommend that you continue to
leave your body in a safe place as you explore the 4th
Dimension and return to it. These are some of the reasons humans do
not inhabit the 4th Dimension. You are encouraged to move
into the 5th Dimension or higher.
JANUARY 3 (Went to the discussion room at the Akashic Library again.)
We have been watching for you and are
glad you have come back. We have been thinking and discussing about
what would be most useful to humans in ordering the passage of time.
We now feel that what would be most useful would be to take the 4th
dimension into consideration. This is a difficult concept to convey
to you. By this we mean the underlying supportive structure of
time/space. The patterns underlying that provide cohesion and
direction to the flow of what you might think of as time/space is in
actuality the materialization of creation of what you might call
God/Source. These patterns are what you are aligning with when you
align with God/Source. The alignment of all of the fields of your
individual bodies – physical, mental, spiritual, and others – as
well as the collective fields, can b e effective when aligned with
these patterns. Therefore we feel that elucidation of the elements
of these patterns can assist humans considerably at this juncture in
space/time.
Let us begin with color as it is the
foundation for life. Think of your skin as a barrier to keep all of
the colors of life inside as they combine and separate in incredibly
complex ways. The colors correspond to the basic building block
chemical molecules indigenous on planet Earth.
(me C, H, O2, N – earth, fire, water,
air, ethers – R, Y, B, W, G (P, Bla, O)
You have experimented with these colors
and noted the the variation in cultures and personal preferences.
The recent Mayan calendar proponents have developed this pattern
which seems to resonate with many humans. Your system of crossing
through the center to change spin direction is useful. It takes 2
strands with the cross over to create the spiral and the direction.
The alternating green and purple for center crossing is distracting.
Green both times would be less confusing, but yes, you are right,
there are two different centers because of the two strands. To
understand the nature of the purple would require inclusion of orange
as the green combines blue and yellow, and the purple combines red
and blue. It would follow that orange would have a place as the
combination of red and yellow...
(me) White would have what
relationship? [What about black?]
...and the white would hold the center
in common.
(me) I made some diagrams. [It is
obvious that this is 3-D.] I don't quite get it but I will work on
it. My distractions begin, so I will return next time.

C, H, N, Ca, P, and 11 all together with K, Na, S, Cl, Mg]
JANUARY 2 (There was no message, so while meditating, decided to go to the Akashic Library and ask about how the larger cycles of time can help us be more self directed and correct. As I walk in, I know of a room to the left where wise beings converse, so I went in there. I recognize the color there and I can become that color, so eventually the bubble expanded to include me.)
Welcome friend. How can we serve you.
(me) (The welcome made me feel like crying with joy) I welcome the opportunity to be with you. I am seeking understanding of time cycles that I can incorporate into a calendar for us to follow.
Ah..ha. We chuckle to see the Earthling approach to find a short explanation for all things. Let us tell you a story.
In the beginning there was beauty that was transitioning out of the unformed material. There was a way to place intention into the matter and create with beauty and harmony. Masters who could comprehend the process joined in this opportunity to participate.
The planet Earth was created along with it's Sun and solar system in the space/time you are familiar with. The phrase, "It was good", expresses well the general feeling about the cycles and patterns surrounding and supporting this creation.
You are aware of some of the patterns known anciently of the cohesion, and your scientists know much about the spiraling movements, but little about the directing force and how it influences matter.
It is probably the work of the dark forces to keep mankind in the dark that steers the intellectual development away from the real nature of the cycles you are seeking to know more about.
Let us begin another story. Long before the current history of Earth was propagated, life on the planet was much different, and as you might think, was largely self directed or autonomous according to the general understanding of the workings of the natural world.
(me) Somehow they must have convinced the people that they were all wrong and that they must listen to the leaders instead?
Some escaped, but most of those who would not listen were killed. It was a great setback to understanding and spirituality for humans. This was the beginning of the history of man as it has been recorded by the leaders. Before that time as we mentioned, there was a general understanding of the cycles of life and time by all humans.
(me) Did it have something to do with language?
Yes, with the establishment of a certain language and ways of recording it. What has survived of the ancient wisdom has come down through oral tradition as the written information was largely destroyed or hidden.
(me) How can I learn this ancient wisdom?
It was largely experiential and gained from deep listening. You have received some of this information in your downloads and experiences. What we can tell you is that the understanding of the precession will be helpful for you to see the larger cycle. The Astrology gives you clues to another cycle. Changes over time will help you see these cycles.
(me) I will have to come back another time. I have many distractions where I am. I will research your suggestions and Thank You.
JANUARY 1 (They tried to wake me earlier but it was 5:20 AM before I could get up)
To continue in the same vein as
yesterday... When you find yourself caught between worlds and
unable to fit in properly, remember that it is actually insignificant
in the larger scope and bring yourself back into alignment. Not
always do you resonate with the group collective intention and
perception.
As we approach the end and beginning of
some larger cycles and therefore the opportunity to make
re-calibrations in order to be able to approach the new with a more
highly evolved intention, what is important is what you are learning
and what you are creating that is uplifting to the whole. Beware of
resentment.
As time passes as it is marked by your
planet's cycles, creation is taking place in a consistent way,
influenced by the response in creativity of the creation. It is
possible to destroy the work of creation though it is not wise to do
so, but what has lasting value is what is created in conjunction with
and is harmonious with Love and Goodness and Cohesion.
Continue to realize that much of what
transpires around you is insignificant and align yourself with that
which offers opportunity to create and inspire on the collective
level. Don't worry about how you are doing so much. You are doing
fine.
