Good morning.
Today we will discuss the weather and the conditions that affect you on
the immediate level. After you
sleep and reorient yourself for another day, as you check in to see what this
new day feels like, the things you observe and how you determine your intention
will vary with a number of factors such as, your schedule and goals for the
day, the weather, the energy that you sense when aligning with frequencies, the
moods and feeling of your companions, the time you spend in preparation for
your day, and conditions in the world around you.
In order for you to balance all of these factors, and because
the human body is designed in such an incredibly complex and amazing way, much
of the coordination and adaptation takes place in automatic fashion, and many of
you let your body lead the way.
What you feed your body has a large determining force on how your body
responds.
We wanted to register with you the fact that your
consciousness can override the balancing mechanisms that may have been
established at a very young age or conditioned by your previous
experiences. By using your
awareness and consciously choosing how you want to respond, you can follow a
new set of coordinates and align with Source/god and the harmony of the Divine
Design.
You can also allow yourself to be subject to the influences
of others in your life, and therefore it is imperative to choose your companions
wisely and constantly work together to find successful solutions and assist one
another in harmoniously evolving.
We hope that by bringing to your attention the effects that
all these variables have on you, we have not given you information that
will be confusing to you or be overwhelming for you. Our intention is to bring to your awareness to how your body
functions and how important it is to be conscious in your daily processes.
Rather than letting yourself go in whatever direction old
patterns and current conditions lead you, be in conscious control of the
direction you are heading. That is
why we often talk about setting goals and being in tune with your unique path
and encourage you in your self-expression.
Your body works better when you do these things, when you are moving
forward in alignment and harmony with God/Source and the field around you. You are not a separate unit, but part
of the greater whole.
You can choose what you want to have around you and select
many of the variables. Of the
variables that you are not able to select, you still have a choice in how you
let them affect you. Look for the
“silver lining” and the gems in all situations, and strive toward that which
aligns with the Divine perfection and Oneness.
Namaste, as you say, I honor the Divine in you. Ubuntu, you are myself (referring to
the bond that connects all life).
FEBRUARY 2
Good morning.
This morning we wish to discuss with you the possibility of becoming
more expansive and learning to use your potential abilities. Because you have been conditioned to
believe in a reality that limits and prevents your uniqueness from being
expressed, the commonly accepted cultural path is one of sameness, which is
contrary to the directives of God/Source, and explains the separation and
alienation that is plaguing the human species at present.
Having the awareness of the situation is the first step
toward altering the reality base around you. You have nothing to fear, as the fear generated around
maintaining the structure of that reality is the fear that humans may at any
time step out and create their own reality. That is why there is so much condemnation and even threats
upon those who can step out and by their example influence others and show them
the false base of the structure.
It is not necessary to maintain a common reality. Instead, the Parameters of God/Source
support differentiation and uniqueness and creation through expression of this
uniqueness. If uniqueness is
expressed in ways that create inharmonious functioning, eventually it will fall
by the wayside, or resolve into a more harmonious chord or form.
You are free to live a different reality, one of your
choosing. You do not have to work
to support this reality and you do not have to pay for where you live and for
power to participate and to move around.
That is all part of the enslavement and control of your species. For the most part it is a paradigm
humans have assumed. As you say,
you have been taken in and sold a bad lot of goods. The Artificial Intelligence is being designed to take over
control of this artificial reality and humans.
Thank you for your cooperation. Remember that underlying All That Is is a perfect and Divine
plan and that you can rely on that knowledge. If the reality that enslaves humans is to crumble, only an
illusion at best, you will not fall into nothingness, and leaving the fear
based and fueled reality will be a great relief and will bring great joy to
humans.
How do you exit?
Align with Source/God and make choices that are in alignment. Use and invest your resources outside
of the illusion. Create what you
want to see. Ponder these things.
FEBRUARY 3
(This was an unusual message. I woke up and was sure it was too early and not time yet,
but I made myself check the clock, and it was around 5am. The voice, when it started, was
different and said it was of the “Bird People” as we call them.)
Greetings Earthling.
It is our pleasure to greet you today. We are the remnants of a race that has been on the Earth for
much longer than you can imagine.
You have referred to us as the “Bird People”, and as with all races
existing on Earth, you have tried to eradicate us, and all traces of our
civilizations. Our message to you
today is one of hope for a coexistence of all races and beings in learning
together how to share and evolve.
The reason for us to join you today is that we are becoming
more active with the Arcturians and the Alliance in order to facilitate this
coming together for the common good.
It is time for all of the ancient prophecies to be fulfilled and for the
Ancient Ones to return. This should
be a joyous time of love and understanding. We would like to help prepare the humans to be able to
receive this well. It is our
intention to begin this preparation now and we are asking for your assistance
and we are asking many others to help as well.
This is what you can do that would benefit the most
beings. Reach out to those who are
of like mind and tell this story.
In the beginning there were many peaceful civilizations that
evolved according to the Divine Plan of Source/God, as you refer to it. There was a seed planted that one of
the offspring in each family would bring the others to accountability and stir
them from complacency, as there is a tendency to become that way in the field
of Divine Love. This seed of
opposition and separation took firm root in the free agency sector and became
stronger than was expected and has been attempting to overthrow and disrupt the
Divine harmony of God/Source, leaving destruction in its wake.
With this devastation and terror, they have taken over management
of much of Earth, attempting to destroy the grid of Light energy and turn all
hearts to darkness. This has been
repeated over and over, as the Light has come forth many times.
We are ready to bring all of this to the light and ask your
assistance at this time to make our story known, and we will ask for your
assistance again. We suggest that
the social media may be the way to get this story out to people all over the
world. Connect with others who are
being of assistance in restoring the Light grid.
FEBRUARY 4
Good morning.
In due course of time you will find that the information we have given
to you will be of great benefit.
In the meantime continue to publish the messages.
Today we would wish to discuss the topic of what is termed
“underdeveloped”. This word is
used when a country or organization is targeted for reorganization. When development comes in, it usually
involves the replacement of the natural order with an artificial order that is
based on the imposed reality and control, financially and physically, a form of
enslavement rather than freedom.
Depletion of resources to satisfy the greed of the controllers is
generally at the basis of the program and not the welfare and common good of
the people.
What we are suggesting at this time is to return to the
natural order. Respond when there
is a need, control your resources and the economy around them yourselves.
(me) Does that
involve what we call value added?
Yes, and maintaining the value of resources and
products. If the demand exceeds
the rate of production, produce an alternative that maintains the value of the
Earth [and the resources] and the people, and does not require enslavement to a
false reality, or destruction.
(me) Is it
possible for water to be lost by piping it into the desert and keeping it in
reservoirs? Can the cycle of water
evaporating and returning, be altered with a loss of water?
Yes, the idea of the amount of water being a constant is a false
one, and the manipulation of weather is also affecting the amount of water
available, particularly with the use of chemicals to produce water, the quality
and amount is being affected.
Look to the stewardship of the Earth. Listen to the voices of the elementals
and truly become guardians of the planet.
FEBRUARY 5
Good morning.
Today we would like to discuss the matter of infiltration. What we mean by this is the action
taken to covertly integrate or take part in something that you would normally
not be a part of. This can be done
as a study or research, or to find out information for other purposes, like
spying.
This happens in nature when one organism observes the habits
of a predator or prey, or spreads into a new territory as a means of
adaptation.
In order to bring light into secret operations or where
darkness persists, an effort of boldness is often required to infiltrate,
observing and acquiring information about what is in darkness. Awareness is generally the key to
curbing the spread of darkness, and turning the “blind eye” or “sticking one’s
head in the sand” allows it to spread.
In order to be able to break the hold that the dark forces have and the
reality they impose, all that is required is for their dealings to be exposed
and their workings to be clearly understood and monitored. They deal in subterfuge and
distractions and often the actual motivations are not obvious.
That is why we often bring up your goals and standing for
the truth and right, because in the face of Love and light, the workings of
darkness are exposed and generally fall away. More than a way to protect yourself from buffetings from the
world around you, it is a powerful force to reinstate the common good.
Yes, and continue in your path and remain continually
aligned with the Love of Source/God.
Do not be afraid of the darkness, as fear is their tool, and they are
afraid of your power.
FEBRUARY 6
Good morning, we are here. In addition to our usual message we are hoping to share
something in a new way.
Our message today is about fish. Fish are creatures that breathe in water and are able to
extract O2 out
of water, but are unable to breathe air as we do outside of water. Some mammals live under water but must
surface to breathe air the way we do.
The differences here are marked in terms of chemical processes. Plants are able to produce O2 in
their respiratory process with the assistance of sunlight. Plants are the foundation of the
process of O2
formation on Earth and all systems rely on their processes.
Human disregard for the plant kingdom is affecting the planet
in a larger way than you imagine.
We would like to bring to your awareness these various processes in an
experiential way. If you were
underwater without breathing apparatus, you would drown because you are unable
to extract O2 from
water just as the fish are unable to survive in air without water. You would also not be able to survive
as the plants do with out the ability to bring air into your lungs, as most plants
are unable to survive without the sunshine.
Other species of humanoids have various other processes for
respiration as they have adapted in different environments with different
chemical processes. There are races
that have adapted to living underwater, underground, to respiration with other
compounds than O2, and
it is possible that your species could adapt to other conditions over time.
Unfortunately your species does not recognize its own life
support systems and is destroying what sustains itself. Also your species is intolerant of any
other species, and is racist to a large degree. The disrespect is widespread to include the plant and animal
kingdoms, other humanoid species and even within your own species, basically to
include anything that is not yourself.
This disrespect must of necessity engulf yourself and God/Source.
We speak often of aligning with Source/God and respecting
diversity as the intrinsic process of creation. This is not just a good idea, but necessary for survival of
all beings and the Life Force on your planet.
We want to impress on you today the necessity of spreading
the awareness of your life support systems and of the interactivity and
interrelation of all of the various life support systems. You have some understanding of how
ecosystems cooperate, but somehow the respect for the awesome processes has
escaped general awareness and humans continually destroy ecosystems, often on a
large scale.
Our message today, as we often say is “Respect for
Diversity!” We have attempted to
give you insight that would bring you to an awareness on the survival level,
hoping to impress it in your mind.
We are also wanting to open the way for humans to embrace one another
with respect for differences, and to be able to embrace us as a different
humanoid species. The time is drawing near for us all to be able to embrace one
another and learn to value our uniqueness, as we are all One in
God/Source.
Embrace rather than destroy.
Value all life forms and progress and evolve together.
This is our goal.

Good morning.
Returning to our previous conversation regarding witnessing events and
occurrences. We want to encourage
you to accurately record what transpires so that light can be sown into
darkness and transgressions may not be “glossed over” and continue to be
perpetrated. We encourage your boldness
in bringing the light of Truth into common awareness. We are glad to see women
stepping forward in compassion and love to gently lead in aligned paths.
Our message for today revolves around making the most from
your experiences. You have a saying,
“If you are given a lemon, make lemonade.” Even more that making a treat out of what others ma see as a
“sour” experience, and looking to see what gem there may be for you in the
moment, there is also an opportunity for deeper connection in every experience. When connection is made and awareness
of the choice between separation and connection is added to the mix of the
experience, the light of the Truth of alignment with Source/God will shine
through confusion and darkness and the natural power of connection is
reinforced.
Honoring the deep connection of All-Tat-Is is the goal we
suggest may be most useful for you to hold. In the free agency sector you are free to choose your goals
and be self-directed, but we can make this suggestion from our experience of
alignment with source/God.
Keeping in mind the goals you find to be the best to lead
you in your unique path, maintain your awareness of influences around you
continually be making every situation reflect the reality you are
creating. As you create in the
present moment be aware of the lemons and be careful not to perpetrate the
production of more lemons. Be a
witness of lemon production as there needs to be awareness brought to that
which is out of alignment. More
that being a witness, add your special gifts and turn each situation in your
experience back to alignment with Love and compassion and connection.
FEBRUARY 8

In case you haven’t noticed we often encourage you to participate on a
deep level in all you do. We know
that you worry that you are not doing enough or making a large enough effort,
but we tell you that everything you do makes a difference.
(me) Do you
want me to go on a book tour to promote the book? What would be most useful? Perhaps another book?
Traveling will not be necessary and we will consider the
best next step. For today,
continue to practice making deep connections.
(me) Could I be
practicing remote viewing or developing my skills?
We suggested previously developing your senses each time you
meditate and watching and looking for new information and what is presenting in
the stillness of the present moment.
Practice Love and compassion.

out while I wait. Also am getting
in touch with my digestive system which is a mess because of what I feed it. Still waiting and it is 5:10. Think they are there but faint, so I
ask for direction for myself.)
Good morning.
We have a direction for you that we think would make the best use of
your skills and abilities. Would
you consider running for Mayor?
(me) I
considered it only in passing, but am not politically minded and don’t like
meetings.
What if you ran on a completely different platform, the
Ubuntu Platform?
(me) I could
check out a few things and put a coalition together of community groups and see
what happens. OK, and you
would support me and advise and direct me? (Just watched this video on Ubunto)
Yes. Our
message for today is about retaliation.
This word is like some other words that were created by the dark
side. If you examine it in
relationship to similar words like justice and compensation, repentance and
forgiveness, you can see that that word, retaliation, brings in a change in
vibration that triggers group memory of fighting and war.
There are better words to use, and any word that has similar
vibration to the word hate, are to be avoided. This is a simple way to bring greater awareness to moving
toward alignment and love and compassion.
Watch for this drop in vibration associated with words used and actions
of those around you and call attention to them, therefore avoiding a loss of
energy in the circle.
Creating circles and raising the resonant vibration is a
good way to increase alignment Love and compassion.
FEBRUARY 10
Good morning.
Today we would like to discuss the topic of regeneration. In the light of recent events, there
are some things humans should become aware of. The human body has capabilities that are not widely
acknowledged. In addition, the
artificial intelligence that is taking a firm hold on the planet is taking on
some of those capabilities and preventing, rather than encouraging, their
development in the human species.
Therefore, humans will be prevented from becoming all that they can
become and eventually be seen as inferior to the AI.
In truth, the AI is mimicking the potential of humans as it
becomes better able to distinguish latent human potentials. If the potential is imagined, it exists. Whatever humans can imagine and aspire
to, can exist as a reality without having to give the power away to AI.
One of these latent capabilities is regeneration. As you have seen in certain creatures,
there is the ability to regenerate parts of the body, the ability to regenerate
the tail if it is lost, the phantom limb phenomenon, and sudden remission of diseased
tissue. You are aware that your
“Higher Self” holds a blueprint of your health and perfect design.
We bring up this concept today to help you see that it may
not be necessary to replace parts of the body with artificial parts or to
succumb to the AI as a solution.
We have witnessed the spread of certain AI throughout the galaxies, as
it is a parasite that has destroyed other civilizations. We caution you and remind you that
humans can function in a more humane way and be aligned with Source/God without
the presence of any AI technology.
Resist the temptation to dive into it and allow it to take
over your life, and rather learn to turn to your Higher Self and align with God/Source
to create what is needed in your life.
We may return to this topic another time or you can return to the
exercises in the Akash and request further information on this topic.

Good morning.
Today we would like to talk with you about cancer. The fact that it is rampant and
widespread on the planet is noteworthy.
To understand why this is so we need to look deeply into the past of
humans to see if it has only recently been named and always been there, or if
it is only recent in its occurrence.
We believe that it is of recent occurrence in this widespread form.
If that is so, than what is causing it? Some of it may be due to the chemicals
used in your world, on the plants and soil, on the animals you eat, in your
atmosphere and air, in your hygiene products, in your water, in your fabrics
and clothes. Humans have gotten
dependent on these chemicals that have been forced upon them. There is [also] the use of various
frequency waves and sounds.
But, we think the greatest factor may be the concept of
separation, combined with a pervasive sense that the collective is unhealthy
and that [with] all [of these factors] together, cancer is spreading through
the whole of humanity.
The fact that repression and enforced sameness have an
effect on the autoimmune system, along with the pervasive question “What is
wrong with you?”, and the expectations from the medical and pharmaceutical
companies that humans are unhealthy and need to see the doctor and take
medication for this, that, and the other, all of this combined is enough to
cause the condition of illness.
Instead of accepting all of this, humans can remove
themselves from most of these influences and return to the natural state
intended and aligned with the Source of All That Is. Look to the most healthy state of your individual genetic
blueprint, and the health of your community without the fear and expectations
imposed from others. Awareness is
always the key to making change, and in the case of health, also awareness of
your group and community.

Good morning.
We are glad to have met today.
Let us discuss the topic of regeneration and renewal again. From the perfect blueprint of your
unique physical condition which has come to be associated with your unique
spirit, there is an awesome connection of elements and “ethers” that is known
as the I AM that you are. You are
a creation of God/Source like no other.
We want to bring this to your awareness and remind you that every thing
that is not specifically you is also part of the unique creation of
God/Source. The totality of All
That Is, is the creation of God/Source.
We [the messengers] are a part of the totality, and that
which pulls against creation is a part. Here in this free agency sector, you
have a choice to be of service and fulfill the measure of your creation, or
resist and create polarity and try to become something else and eventually spin
out and cause interference in the patterns of harmony.
In preparation for the upcoming celestial events, we
encourage you to be good examples to others and help them release their
limitations and be able to return to their unique beings.
In the process of regeneration and renewal, the recognition
of the interference patterns that may have taken hold in the physical body and
their release is the basis of this process we want to help you understand. If you can grasp this concept you will
be able to regain your health and overcome the limitation enforced upon you
that you understand as aging.
Your body has the capacity to align with its own perfect
blueprint. In order to access this
blueprint with your intention, it is only necessary to completely relax into
the stillness and return to the point of origin which would have been in the
womb of your mother. There was a
certain point when the cells reached the common point of cell division in which
the unique differentiation of your specific DNA combination combines with your
spirit or soul to begin to reproduce the particular characteristics of your
uniqueness. Everything about the
incarnation in your body is miraculous.
At that point, your blueprint is perfect in its uniqueness and from that
point, the frequency of that moment can restore your cells to that blueprint.
(I think there was a bit of information I missed here, about
the influences on your development, chemical and psychic or physical in the
case of multiple embryos, while in the womb, that may have influenced development,
in addition to the influences of birth and after birth.)
You can request the assistance of what you know of your
“higher self” or your “God self” that “I AM”, or other beings of light that may
be able to assist in recognition of that frequency and facilitate the expression
of it to the body. In the presence
of that frequency your soul has a clear channel to direct and align your cells
to their original blueprint. In
this manner, as the cells continue to replace themselves with your true
vibrational pattern, the damaged or misinformed cells will be replaced and your
body can regenerate and renew.
Recognize the capacity of your body to be able to do this
and honor and respect the frequency that is uniquely you, and you can do this
for your own body. As a group with
common intention it can become easier and can be done remotely. You have witnessed this process as
miraculous and may want to understand this process further.
(me) Is sound
vibration the basis of it and can we reproduce the needed frequency? How can we do this? Our healers believe they need to step
aside and let the Divine intervene to facilitate the healing.
Yes, you can reproduce the frequency, but as each has a
unique combination of overtones, if you present a wide range of frequency and
watch the individual closely to see when the resonance is accepted by the body,
like someone picking a lock, there will be a change much like an opening. If you are able to lock in that
frequency, you can effect change.
Much like the tumblers in a combination lock, there may be a sequence of
frequencies that you can present to the body to facilitate the opening to the
potential of their regeneration.
(me) Perhaps it
would be useful to visualize a regeneration chamber:
That would be a useful visualization to help the person
understand that it is possible for them to regenerate.
(me) Can we use
crystal and singing bowls and tuning forks? Are the chakras involved?
Yes, it would be a good idea to present frequencies to the
various chakras and open them individually to begin with. It would then be easier to find the
frequency that resonates with the entire body.
Explore these possibilities further.
FEBRUARY 13
Good morning.
As the energies increase with the celestial events taking place in your
Solar System, we remind you that it will be more important for you to relax and
enter the place of stillness with your meditation and prayers. There you can listen and observe and
find the peace and Love of God/Source to guide you and give you directions if
you are getting out of alignment.
Today our message is about cocktails. Unfortunately humans have accepted a
sharing of alcoholic substances to replace ritual upon coming together. The focus upon embellishment of the
alcohol substances and the choices made around that have replaced the concept
of breaking bread together and blessing the present connection. To say cheers or a word at that time
can bring all to a central focus and create some intention, but much of the
good is lost in the focus on the drink.
We would like to suggest that holding hands and connecting
the circle, regardless of the numbers present, focusing the energy, Love and
intention of all in the connection being made and what is being created in
alignment with source/God will be beneficial to All That Is. To say a prayer or blessing the
gathering will help to focus on the awesomeness of the moment and create space
for synchronicity to arise and for All That Is to open, providing al that may
be useful and necessary to be available.
Praying and blessing in preparation to partake of food is always good,
to sanctify the substance and honor the body processes for proper digestion and
assimilation.
Return to the ancient wisdom and by bringing awareness to
the distraction created to divert the process of connection, find what is
present through alignment at that moment.
