Good day. As you say, “mix it up a bit”. Today we will spend a few minutes together discussing how we can best utilize our time. With spring coming up and the start of the new cycles, humans feel an energy surge and want to do more and be a part of more things. It behooves us all to evaluate how we spend our time. Review your goals and see what has most value and meaning for you. Put your energy into those things and do not fill you days with a multitude of activity. Create meaning around you with your deep connections.
We also would like to discuss the eventuality and probability of large magnitude changes. As there is a contingent of beings, including ourselves, with the best interests of Earth and the human species in our heart, much is being done to protect the planet from harmful radiation and major temperature and atmospheric changes. This is the reason that other species of beings have come to Earth over time as refugees from planets that have not survived or changed so radically as to no longer support life forms. They continue to come at this time, even though the controllers on the planet do not welcome them and try to prevent them from settling here.
The dark forces have done all they can to instill fear of what is not “sameness” and discount or mistrust diversity and create scarcity. They know that humans can stand by and witness and hear about atrocities and do nothing and pretend it is not happening to them.
Humans have a great capacity towards compassion and sharing and would naturally adapt and take care of refugees and others here and help at this time without the imposed reality from the controllers. As more humans awaken to their potential and step out of the imposed reality and open their hearts, there may be greater chance for the survival of others returning or seeking refuge here on Earth. We are hopeful that this will happen now because it is time.
(me) What can I do that would be the best use of my time since that was mentioned today?
Thank you for asking. Yes. There is something you can do. Without much effort on your part you can put the idea out there that humans have the capacity to integrate and take care of displaced humans beings and other beings who would be temporary visitors and possible settlers, who could help bring balance back to planet Earth.
To welcome those who could bring peace and a higher vibration would be in the best interest of the planet. It has nothing to do with which species is the best and who is in control, but rather what is in the best interest of all. Cooperating and working together for the common good is a process that is desirable and beneficial to all, and when moving in that direction, synergy and abundance are created. Thus all beings evolve and grow in alignment with Source/God that underlies All That Is.
Only you can decide what best meets your goals and intentions and what activates you that you can engage in to create the best reality and best opportunities to grow and evolve. Ponder these things.
FEBRUARY 16
(me) Question – can you be more specific about the coming changes? What can we expect?
Good morning. We are filled with love for the human species as it tries so hard, strives toward completion and understanding.
Until recently, it has been only theories about the changes, as the process is one of creation and thus unpredictable. We now are seeing a greater pattern that indicates that certain things may take place. In our attempt to protect the Earth, there have been certain precautions set in place that could be considered to be interference with the patterns and may influence the outcome. What we are assured will take place is a degree of heating up on the Earth followed by a cooling down, an expansion and then a contraction.
(me) We are used to interference on Earth damaging natural systems, so that we are wary of interference.
We have interfered in ways that we believe will allow what you cal the photon belt to be able to bypass more of your solar system with less damage than a full on encounter. As we have observed in various other time/space, some other planets and bodies have not survived the encounter with the photon belt and others have been altered significantly. The last time your solar system passed through, one planet did not make it through the changes. [Maldek] We have gathered to protect Earth at this time and are prepared to do so with the assistance of some humans on Earth. Those who are not in cooperation and attempting to thwart our efforts are being asked to remove themselves or stand aside [for the benefit of the planet and life on it.]
There appears to be a rising tide of cooperation and we are glad to see this.
(me) Let us know how we can be of assistance and service to the greater good.
At this time you can spread the word that connecting and cooperating around your love and value is a good place to begin to transform Earth into a sanctuary and safe place to be for all. To begin to reinforce efforts that support life and prevent efforts which destroy life force. Revitalize and support and prevent destruction. There are other ways of creating, without widespread destruction that affects the life force. Continue to place efforts in this direction.
Come together often in love and encourage each other’s uniqueness. Learn respect and love for differentiation and align with source/God. We would say this again today at the risk of what you say, “sounding like a broken record.” Until we meet again.
FEBRUARY 17
Good morning. In time we will be better able to communicate, but for now, meeting at this designated time and in this way will suffice.
Today we will bring up the subject of interference. By this we mean that which causes a distraction and diversion of the movement taking place. As something is moving along or progressing, another thing inserts itself and the momentum inserted causes interference and a change in the forward progress of the first entity. This can but does not have to cause a permanent derailment or alteration and can be momentary or longer lasting as the nature of interference can vary.
The point being that any type of disturbance in the Present Moment is significant if one body influences another body enough to affect the direction each is going whether intentional or not. [The direction of the interference is also affected.]
We have cautioned you to take care when you are observing, that you do not cause interference. We also caution you to manage your energy in such a way that you do not cause interference in the paths others are taking. Also you can be aware of the habits of others who may assert their issues into your path and become interference to you.
Probably the best way to deal with this type of blockage that arises in your path is to be like water at that moment, and flow around the blockage. As water flows around something in its path, it gradually erodes it, and depending on the substance and how firmly it is planted, it will in time be moved out of the way.
We bring this up today to lead into how the controllers create interference that is substantial enough to prevent humans from leaving the confines of their imposed reality. There is a strong barrier of interference at the edge of their reality and crossing this barrier can be hard on the physical and emotional body, especially if you go back and forth. If one manages to step out of the reality, there is separation and solitude that can be crippling to an individual.
(me) How can we avoid the effects of this interference? Is this part of the reason so many of us have weird symptoms at present and there is so much illness?
The patterns created by the controllers as interference are widespread and held in electric grids and wires, in various wave frequencies, and in your TVs and devices. The largest influence that interferes in the evolution of the human species is the concept that you are helpless. If you believe that you are slaves and that there is nothing you can do in the face of all of this interference, then you are truly lost in their quagmire.
One of you with a strong sense of freedom can challenge and escape for a time, like a stallion escaping from the corral. He can call to the others, but if they don’t follow he is alone. On the other hand if the whole herd exerts their weight and takes down part of the fence, they can all leave together and the corral can no longer hold them.
It is like the water, when held back securely, will change its nature and lose its life force. Letting a small amount out at a dam prevents pressure from building up but still prevents the swelling of the Life Force.
We are attempting to bring to your awareness reasons why some of you struggle so much and feel that hopelessness in attempting to break free from the interference. The larger the force of water, or the larger the movement of the herd, the greater will be the capacity to break free from the interference.
It is much like the force field around the death star in Star Wars. When the shield is down the attackers can manage to take the adversaries out. We are not advocating resistance and violence and perhaps that was an incorrect analogy. On the other hand, by keeping your individual energetic field strong, you can resist the influences from the interference. Together you can create a force field capable of warding off the effects of any interference.
We see that you are growing weary and we will meet again.
FEBRUARY 18
(me) I would
like your opinions today about free energy devices, the larger picture that may
be behind destruction and interference in our Solar System, and your thoughts
on free agency and the future of humans.
Good morning.
We see that you are looking for companionship. We caution you to beware of that which would distract you
from your goals. Look for someone
whose frequency is similar to yours [not adapting to it].
Regarding devices for production of free energy and
alternative energy, the flood gates are about to open and there will be no way
to prevent all of the people from moving into that new reality. The controllers know this but are still
resisting and trying to prevent it.
(me) How can we
make the knowledge we have into a workable prototype?
The information you have from Tesla and other inventors can
be applied by connecting the diode to the Tesla generator such that the electro
magnetic forces create a state of tension. Collect heat transfer and electron charge as well as the
magnetic attraction force. The
three forces generating collectible energy will be stored separately. When called forth and combined by a
regulator, can be used to power your devices.
You already have the means to harness water, wind and sun,
which are not constant forces and vary with seasons and atmospheric changes and
weather. It is also possible to
create optimal conditions around those devices to make them constant.
There are indeed various larger scale agendas being played
out and preparation being made for various future scenarios. Much is being prepared underground to
protect humans from the possibility of a period of great heat on the
Earth.
The disregard for the life on the planet is another faction
that believes that with the immanent changes, that resources should be
extracted and made use of in case all will be destroyed during the
changes. This is the voice of
greed and destruction [and fear] that is harming the planet greatly and
affecting the frequency needed to withstand any changes.
The alliance we cooperate with is engaged in processes to
protect the Earth and to put a halt to the destructive contingent. Because this is a free will sector,
they must be convinced of the error of their ways, make restitution and
contribute to a whole that is in alignment or remove themselves. This is taking place now.
The larger picture is one of change and your solar system is
processing these changes now. We
are attempting to mollify the effects that can damage Earth and also to prepare
Earth to be able to transcend into a higher vibratory body at this time.
Given the understanding that many humans have, it is
possible that evolution can proceed and humans can govern themselves and
cooperate. The key is compassion
and respect for diversity.
We would also wish to assure you that there are many beings
attempting to establish what is in the best interests of humans and determine
what that may be.
What would be most useful at this point would be for humans
to prepare to take in refugees of all sorts as many will come for sanctuary as
their homes are going through changes that make them uninhabitable.

be good to begin to discuss and record specific steps and procedures that would
be helpful for human progression

In our discussions we have presented information in an
attempt to encourage you to move into a new reality or way of being that will
be more rewarding and fulfilling, and ultimately bring humanity into a higher
state of evolution. It is helpful
to review information about ancient civilizations and prepare yourself for
connection with other races and beings.
(me) I am here
to be of service.
Very good. In
the near future we may call upon you for your assistance in helping to bridge
some of the gaps that humans find it difficult to cross, and offer
reinforcement and direction.
(me) Had you
thought more about creating specific steps for humans to take to prepare for
the changes?
Yes. We are
discussing this approach among ourselves.
In the free agency sector we must be careful to not coerce. We understand that to offer a list of
possible actions does not impinge on the decision making of an individual.
(me) I know
that well from having raised children and been in leadership positions.
Ha, Ha. We like
your phrase “trying to herd cats”.
We also find that it is not possible to predict with
assurance what will occur, due to the variables we have mentioned
previously. We will let you know
when we have formulated something.
Today we would like to share a concept with you that is dear
to our heats, that is the idea of connection in Love within larger groups. This experience is known to [many]
humans.
(me) Back in
the “60’s” and at other times since, large groups have gathered with one
purpose and moved into a mind-set of Love and Oneness, but drugs have often
been involved.
We understand that it is difficult sometimes for humans to
make this connection consciously, but confidence and recognition and experience
with the state of mind, is making it easier to achieve. You can practice with small groups and
anticipate with larger groups. We
see that you have a good understanding of this. We see that this is an auspicious time to begin to move into
the new way of being.
(me) We need to
create the context for it so everyone can begin to practice it.

Good morning.
We find ourselves in a bit of a dilemma over the next step in preparing
a concise list of actions you mighty find useful at this time. Since there are still various scenarios
that may play out, we could lay out the steps in an “if-this-then-that”
fashion, but feel it might not be as helpful.
The other aspect that varies widely is geographic
location. Useful preparations
would be determined by proximity to water, land formation, altitude, geothermal
openings, etc, etc. Various groups
of beings see different solutions to meeting the challenges of the
changes. We therefore feel it is
best to remain on our present course and make suggestions that prepare the mind
in order to help humans become better organized and operating on higher
frequency levels.
This may not be the answer you were seeking, but it is a
wise direction to follow.
Generally, there are pros and cons in most alternative plans and to
prescribe the best course is at best a hypothesis.
Let us discuss the topic of regeneration once more. In the process of preparing your mind
for the natural process of renewal on the cellular level, it is also necessary
to prepare the body by eliminating influences that cause reaction of protective
mechanisms. Removing fear and reaction
in the mind will do much to allow the natural healing to take place but also
purification and clearing of toxins in important.
Humans have become surrounded by toxic chemicals in all
aspects of their various lifestyles.
It is nearly impossible to escape from this environment. There are some places left on Earth
where this is possible, but obviously this would no longer be the case if
everyone went there. The solution
lies in cleaning environments and purifying the human spaces and to end
production of toxins and their release into the environment.
Elimination of the factors that cause deterioration in the
body, and preparing the mind to accept and follow the natural blueprint of the
body, will open the way for regeneration with the intention of renewal.
It is much the same process we suggest in preparation for
the changes. If you situate
yourself where you feel safest and eliminate what prevents you from raising
your vibration, purifying and cleansing your body and lifestyle, you will be
open to the best way to follow with your intention set on transformation and
alignment.

Good morning.
Today we wish to prepare you for what may take place. Enter into your meditative place of
stillness often and listen and observe what is presenting and be open to that
which is expanding and deepening your reality. Answer when you receive a call and prepare all needful
things. Avoid complexity and keep
it simple.
Let us pursue the ever-changing direction of
Source/God. To keep abreast of tis
creation and qualities is like trying to catch water with your hand. Because it is holographic it is easier
to become on with it and relax into it without the struggle and effort of
attempting comprehension of All That Is.
You can ask for all that you need and find what you need to
know, listening in the stillness of your prayers and meditations. Continually align with source/God and
ask for direction and guidance.

Good morning.
Today we want to reach out to you and extend a hand of friendship. In order to be able to accomplish what
needs to be done will require a concerted effort on the part of many people
with the right mindset.
(me) We were
able to accomplish this in the 60’s.
What would you say were the key ingredients that were so effective then?
In our analysis of that time, we believe that the
inspiration of your musicians had a lot to do with it. The young people gathered n central
locations and shared their visions and Love. The most important factor was likely the idea of stepping
out of the imposed reality that was requiring too much conformity. Then it was a war, now it is
destruction of the life support systems on the planet. Times are very much the same.
With concerted effort and cooperation we can prevent the
movement from getting off track or being derailed by the controllers who have
very effective methods at this time.
Let us come together with a meeting of minds and clarify our
values and goals:
Alignment with Love and the Source
of Creation. Check
Compassion and caring for one
another. Check
Honouring and respecting
differentiation and uniqueness in all of Creation. Check
Excellent stewardship of the

Good morning.
Today our topic of conversation is advanced technology. This is a sore issue for humans. Firstly in thinking that the current
civilization is the highest and best that has ever been on the planet, you are
completely deceived. Secondly the
controllers are hiding the technology from the populace that could set them
free. Thirdly, the trade and
agreements made in exchange for technology have been made with horrendous and
devastating consequence for humans and the planet.
(me) The
messages have been having darker content of late. How can I be sure that this influence has pure intent? (I saw the banishment of Marduk and the
untangling and dislodging of his web of insidiousness like tentacles. He was allowed to pass beyond the
barrier into the outer realms and the earth was restored like a tidal wave. It is darkest just before the dawn.)
You are becoming ready to inhabit a higher vibrational Earth. Prepare yourselves – be ready to walk
into the light and leave the darkness behind, purify and transmute the energy
in your bodies. Make all needful
preparations to leave behind that which does not serve you.
(me) Where did
I get that metaphor about the wild horses? Was that from you?
The herd of wild horses was captured and put into a strong corral. The stallion with the strongest sense
of freedom managed to leap over the barrier to freedom. He called to the others but they did
not come because they were of a mass mind-set of hopelessness, discouragement
and enslavement. Oh, and the
stallion was alone and vulnerable.
Finally they realized the power they have together and will all of their
might combined in one spot, they took down a section of the barrier. They were all freed and the coral could
no longer hold them.
At this time we would caution you from becoming
overindulgent in your own processes and distract yourself from alignment and
being in tune with what is going on around you.
(me) Would you
inspire me today as I compose the vision for our conference.
What you are doing is claiming your values and stepping away
from what does not align with those values. Leave behind what is not serving mankind and the good of the
whole and adopt and seek after what is beneficial and inspiring for mankind.
Move into the future that you want to see doing what it
takes to make that happen: Zero
waste, Zero population growth, Zero ecological impact, local food production,
value added and local supply to provide for needs, refuse to support monopolies
and control our own resources, take only what we need and return and repair,
reciprocate and restore.

Good morning.
Today we will discuss the topic of angel food cake. To make this type of cake it requires
special ingredients, special techniques for mixing, a special pan to bake it in,
and a special way to cool it in order for it to remain light and fluffy/airy.
We can make the similar analogy to crating a context for a new
pattern of behavior or thought. In
order for the new to take form, it will need to be supported in the matrix in a
way that is much like angel food cake, held even though it may be tenuous when
newly formed, but if given special care when it is ready, like the cake when
cooled, will hold its shape and have unique qualities.
If the ingredients in the context you are establishing are
of the finest quality and care is taken that as much freedom as possible is
given in the mixing, when the special mold is ready to receive the contest or
the new pattern (cake) is ready to be placed in a mold that allows for the
greatest even exposure, the context is being prepared to be received. If care is taken as the new context is
tested and accepted, the new form will be received well like a fine angel food
cake, full of Light.
To step out and attempt to do something new requires courage
and reinforcement, it is fine if you are able to self reinforce, [and fine to
be reinforced] by others. With a
large base of support it is much easier to create a context for something new,
especially if your timing and sensitivity allows you to catch a wave of public
sentiment.
The controllers use distraction to make their moves and
create a context for large change when no one is looking [suddenly it is there
and no one is sure if it was not there before], or get others to prepare the
way so it doesn’t appear to come from them. You can make use of the same opportunities. As they are distracted themselves [while]
making a big move, you can go in and create a beautiful new context and protect
yourself from what they are creating.
We want to encourage you this morning to be open to receive information
that may help to prepare the way for the new context.
Take care of and be gentle with yourself and each other.
FEBRUARY 25
Good morning.
We are here. (faint) Let us
discuss baking again today. If you
were going to bake bread, you would make sure you have all of the ingredients
and everything [needed] for the baking ready. You would put it together in the proper order (let the yeast
start and add what is needed) and then mix it with the right intent to combine
but remain light. People do not
generally like a hard and heavy loaf.
Wait while it rises sufficiently and then set it with the proper heat
[of your oven]. Treat it gently so
it does not fall.
Creating context is complicated as well. You may as well do it in a way so that
it is well appreciated and light and fine rather than heavy.
At this time, in order to transform society, gentleness is
required. The heavy treatment of
creating in 3D with big machines and slamming and shoving will destroy the new
contexts. In the higher vibratory
rates, having the thought and then allowing it to come into being in a natural
way is the process. It is new for
you because of the context created to support the familiar reality. It will take some practice to be gentle
and allow. Do not force things,
[allow] and you can “move the heavy stones of the pyramids”. Be gentle with each other. This is freedom.
FEBRUARY 26
Good morning. Today we will discuss further the
concept of context. We find that
this topic may have much to offer.
In the process of creating new structure for a better way of living it
becomes easy for all to follow if there is a clear path. The difficulty lies in the direction of
the path layout.
(me) I have recently seen an example of this at the school. The children have made paths through
the new snow to get to the play equipment. A few began to take a path and then the rest follow it, as
it is easier than forging a new one through the deep snow.
Yes, this brings us back to
goals. When the goal is clear it
is easier for the path to be laid down, and when there is a common goal, the
path becomes clear for all to see.
When the system of paths is in place, a structure is formed and the
context appears that will hold it.
It is not so much that it appears, as that it becomes accepted as
reality. The matrix of All That Is
reflects it, and agreement is commonly made and accepted.
Some rules or standards are
generally accepted. In the case of
the new context you are creating, the old laws may no longer be useful and some
may have to be discarded and replaced, or rather the power of governing may
need to be redistributed to the local level. This can be easy for you, as you know what to do to organize
yourselves in your community groups.
Reach out to one another with the
new context you are creating.
Offer the new way in the new way – place the concept carefully with the
best possible foundation, nurture and tend it gently and lovingly with the
highest and lightest [with light] intention, and patiently allow it to mature
and evolve until it is set.
We hope by reiterating this topic,
to clarify the process for you. It
is new for you since historically those in control have formulated the context
with religion and politics and education.
For you, the people, to formulate your own context is new, and will be a
challenge, but easier than you might think if your common goals and values are
clear. From our vantage point, we
see this as a large and powerful change [that is] taking place and know that we
are supporting you as we are able.

Good morning. Today we wish to discuss with you a new
topic, that of Universal Peace.
There are civilizations that have experienced long periods of this kind
of Peace. In order to achieve this
state, a certain amount of evolution and understanding has been achieved. A certain harmony and accord in
alignment with Source/God has been reached within the individuals. It exists between individuals and
within their communities, and between communities. In respect for the achievement of this harmonious way of
being within nation-states, peace is created between very different civilizations.
We bring this up today to give you
hope and inspiration and for you to recognize that this possibility
exists. Even on your planet, Universal
Peace has existed among more advanced civilizations and between planets. At this time and space there are
negotiations going on and positive steps being taken to bring greater states of
alignment into being. With the
correct beginning, and care taken, and proper sharing, we can together create a
new context to hold our connections and desires as we all strive for Universal
Peace.
(me) It is not the various sectors of society coming together,
but the values each brings to the centering that holds it together and makes
the synergy real. The sectors need
to be represented but the values are the structure that makes the context, the
values that the goals are based on, right?
We may be getting somewhere. In order for us to move ahead into a
peaceful way of being, we have to start in the right way, put the right foot
forward so to speak, and change the mind set from separation to unification.
(me) Is there an example we can look at of how this was
accomplished previously and the successes you are having in the negotiations
among yourselves? Are the humans
the problem or is the problem the controlling forces? Where might the fulcrum be to be able to find a tipping
point?
Good questions all. Yes, there are examples and we will
prepare to share that with you the next time. We are having some difficulties among ourselves and there is
mistrust in our negotiations, as not all are in accord over the standards and
limitations of the free agency sector.
Violations and disrespect are at the basis of what we see that is not
working well.
The new paradigm of context
creation is happening at all levels.
Let us contemplate and resume next time.

Q&A
(me) At first I did not have any
questions, then I thought of one.
How can we move into free energy?
Just do it, everything you need is
available. What are your
problems? Taking care of
yourselves and changing the way things are done will solve them. If you are self sufficient, you won’t
need to “work” or drive and buy clothes [and stuff]. Educate yourselves such that you are not dependent on the
government plan, and seeing a whole new scope of what there is to learn. Break out of the enforced reality.
Today our message is about
you. Take a look at who you are
and where you have been and then take a look at where you are going. Without the holographic scope of All
That Is, it is not that much.
Where you are and the work you are doing is not that big, and even your
planet is only a small part.
To help you understand [the holographic
nature of God/Source and see] the relevance of every part and every influence
of every unique stirring [by individuals], we would like to show you how it all
works together. Think of a bathtub
of water and how many drops it would take to fill it, similar to counting the
number of jellybeans in a jar.
That is a lot of drops.
Place one drop of food coloring into the middle of the bathtub and watch
what happens.
You can see the movement of the
water that was not visible before as you observe the spread of the color. Eventually the color is completely
dispersed in the water. Depending
on the strength of your dye, the overall change will be more pronounced or not.
Our point is, that every unique
person makes a contribution by their very existence, like the one drop of
dye. Every place on your planet
where you add your energetic signature and spiritual work is affected like the
drop of dye changed the water.
Your planet has a larger effect on
the holographic scope of All That Is.
Because of the larger effect, other beings are being affected and have
come to assist in this transformation currently taking place.
We are doing what we can to help
you learn the new ways of taking care of yourselves and each other. When you can become self sufficient and

then you will no longer need the controllers. This is currently happening. As you become sovereign and begin to take good care of
yourselves, the controllers will disappear. The path will be cleared for you to move ahead in the ways
of wisdom. What is not beneficial
for the people will not be recognized and what is of benefit will be clarified
in terms of the land, water, air, creatures and life force (life support
systems of the planet).
Determining what is best for
everyone according to the agreed upon values will be the focus, and those with discernment
and insight will become the leaders.
