I have compiled the messages, received at 4:44AM in June and July of 2017, by topic and sifted the bits according to relevance.  I have made corrections and additions as needed to clarify the meaning and to be more grammatically correct, though I have left most of the run-on sentences.  Comments I have made are indicated [as such].  I have included “The Alpha & Omega Return” and “Parameters”, from a former series of messages, as they are referred to in this series.

The urgency to publish this information makes me think that the shift is in process.  I hope this treatise will be of assistance to as many as possible, to those ready to embrace it and to those who can adapt to the new vibrations held by those who are prepared.

1.  Unique Resonance

Ø There is a certain frequency which is inherent in all life forms, and Creation in its Love and Diversity has made Uniqueness a priority.

Ø Each of you has an energetic frequency that is unique to yourself, and as it was designed to be the basis of your being, is in harmony with the creation.  Many individuals fight against this underlying measure of their creation and are out of harmony, and thus we see all manner of aberrations in self-alignment. 

Ø Regarding the use of substances for the alteration of mental states, we encourage you to remain constant in your own vibration and find those you feel you can trust.  An altered state does not compare to the peaceful, calm state you can find by going within yourself.  Contemplate this for yourself and you will be able to add your own experience, when you fully understand the importance of finding your own inner guidance.  When you encounter the self within and truly come into love of this self, there is no imposed standard that can compare.  Stand firmly to protect this self and honor and treat it kindly.

Ø Within the reach of each individual is the capability to comprehend what it is that makes them unique. Between the events of one’s life and the choices or decisions made, is a path or pattern that can be discernible upon review. Life’s review is useful as a tool for identifying one’s uniqueness.  Look for aptitudes from a young age, skills and abilities, as well as strength of personal traits. By observation of all of this, intuitive analyses, and seeing how one uses innate abilities, one can come to understand what is unique about one’s self.

Ø By focusing on this uniqueness in a celebratory way, allowing this nature to expand and flow, one begins to develop the frequency that is in harmony with the Creator.  Remember to spend time with the nethermost parts of yourself, to include all of you in celebration of who you are.  All of those parts are recognized as who you are.  The totality of you makes up your unique vibration.  The sum or whole is what completes your frequency.

Ø Resonance is what happens when two or more things vibrate at a common frequency. When this happens, each of the pair vibrating in commonality is affected by the new frequency that is created in the process. If both were previously at that frequency, the joining creates harmony with the creative field, and together they can create at a deeper level.

If the pair, upon coming together, find their differing frequencies merging into a common one, the joining is more powerful because of the movement or momentum created by their desire for unification.
A common resonant field can be set up by one who has the intention to do so, and if there is the desire of others to join at that frequency. One who is in tune with the harmony of the Creator can act as a tuning fork to share the vibration with others who have the desire to resonate at that frequency.
We can choose to resonate with any certain frequency. We can also remember frequency once we have experienced it. We can also forget the actual frequency and find the memory to only be a feeling or emotion and no longer carry the same frequency, but can take on another frequency associated with emotions in the memory. One can with practice distinguish the frequencies in the memory and return to the original one.

Ø Practices with mantras which elicit similar vibration, or body postures that free up pent up emotions of other frequencies, can open the person to be able to return to the resonance with Source.

Ø As children we find joy in simple things and can live in a world of our imagination.  As we grow older, the magic of life disappears with the responsibility we believe, or are taught, we must assume.  To create a new persona that will fit into the situations we choose in our daily lives, and one that we pick that will assume the various roles asked of us by others, becomes a limiting force in our lives.  We believe we are no longer free to enjoy the magic of the moment due to our responsibilities.  This is an erroneous belief because it blinds us to what is actually going on around us and forces us to focus on the man made/created reality that requires all to participate to maintain itself.  The magic found in each individual's reality is the differentiation of the God/Source.  [There seem to be so many roles to take and aspects of life to explore, facets of myself to call upon in the various circumstances, that to find one that is truly my self is a challenge.]  All of your roles that you undertake are part of this self.  The exploring you do elucidates this self.  Look at the larger picture of who you are.  See how expansive and great you are.

Ø There is joy in doing what you love to do.  Under the influence of this joy, your capacities grow in a synergistic fashion.   Connecting with God/Source is the greatest synergy you can find.  It is not an addiction as it fulfills and complements, and opens new horizons because it is your own frequency.  You are freed by it rather than enslaved to a frequency that is not yours. 

Ø Within each individual are the seeds of their greatness that can be nourished, watered and [weeded], to spring forth in their own glory as the Creator intended.  Often these seeds are prevented from growing, choked by weeds, by the doings of others to prevent expression of the greatness, and often by our own choices and actions.  Your leader, Nelson Mandela, spoke the truth, that we are often afraid of what we might be able to become.  We wish to encourage you today to become what you have the potential to become ,and follow those visions and insights that give you indication of pathways you can follow to become a more universal being. 

Ø Increasingly humans find no usefulness in the concept of valor.  An explanation is due.  In the course of our daily lives, opportunity to be outstanding and to do remarkable things is not called for.  Mediocrity is the accepted norm.  What soldiers do is not common information and much of that is doing as one is commanded. 

Within this concept we find there are opportunities which arise in which a person can follow his own direction, and generally it is in service that a strength is found or a feat is achieved that otherwise would not have happened.  What we want to say about this is that your species has a particular aptitude for valorous behavior and can call on strength and assistance from beyond the norm to bring about or enter into a new situation.  The knowledge that you can do anything you set your mind to and create possibilities that you can imagine, serves you well.  This message is to encourage you to practice and recognize this ability to create situations from your imagination. 

Ø Within each of us is the capacity to see into the future.  When confronted by a difficult decision, each one of us can reach into the unknown for answers that will help to reach the better conclusion.  In order to do this, an understanding must be reached.  This understanding is powerful and simple at the same time.  As you develop the skills of reaching out to one another, to see another’s point of view, you can call on this ability to understand the aspects of a situation, asking the appropriate questions and opening your mind to the subtle nuances of the situation, you will develop this ability.

Ø Experiment with attuning yourself to your own vibration, where your strength lies, when challenges present themselves.  Think of these as growth opportunities to strengthen your resolve to return to the freedom that is yours to experience as only you can.  We wish this for you.

Ø Within your reach is another useful capacity that can easily be developed.  When coming into a space that has energy which is unusual for you or encountering something new, you can switch into a protective mode and withdraw, or you can consciously return to your unique vibration and be an observer of what is not you.  This is harder for you to do because many times the emotions are triggered or come into play.  The stronger your unique self direction becomes as you align with the underlying harmony of all creation, the less emotional distraction you will find yourself having, with greater ease in navigating the familiar circumstances as well as the unusual and new, and greater ease of choice-making for your own well being and of the collective.

Ø We encourage you to explore in your relationships, but choose wisely as you decide to form a connection, in terms of time commitment and giving your self into the connection and allowing for the sharing.  Be conscious of when the vibration that is close to your own shifts yourself and when the vibrations that are different from your own alter your vibrational state.  The sharing can be healthy for both and create a vibration which is synergistic and creative and in alignment with God/Source.  In this case the connection you form is deep and adds to the whole.  If the connection you form is disruptive to your own self frequency, even to the point of joining with a frequency that is decidedly contrary to your own, you are causing an alteration in the frequency around you as well as just in your own.  Please consider the possibility of creating deep and wholesome connection and contributing to the whole of all that is in a positive manner instead.

2.    The Desire for Unity

Ø Yes, we can alter our base frequency and yes, we can align with the base frequency of creation, and come to know the unity that is the cohesive force by which all is connected – the glue. You could call its outward manifestation gravity [or the elemental ethers] and find its usefulness all around you.

Ø What is ultimately good for the individual is also good for the commonality. Let us explain. A concept cannot be good for an individual that is ultimately not good for the collective. In this way the collective becomes a priority, as an understanding of the collective good will help to bypass many opportunities for wrong choices. The use of the word good in this instance precludes the opportunities to move in directions that do not work and will fall by the wayside.  It is more a matter of foresight in elimination of that which does not progress in alignment with the Source of Creation.

Ø The longing for unity is a powerful desire and a charismatic leader can hold the key to move everyone to ignore their own reasonable doubt and take on an entirely different frequency in order to merge into unity.  The point is that when selfishness sets in, and what is created is good for an individual or a group of individuals with an intention that is not good for the general collective as a whole, deviation from Creation occurs.
The focus of a smaller collective, when at variance from the Creation of All Things sets up a vibration of disruption of the underlying harmony.  Experiences that we draw to ourselves for our own growth and reality manifestation must align with the common good or it will be at variance with God/Source.  Our longing to unify and lack of understanding can allow us to be led by those who seek to use the power of unification for their own purposes.

Ø That which fights against Creation is discordant and will set others on edge, just as the music you listen to has the capacity to soothe and align, or to jar the soul and fragment the being. 

Ø As whole individuals become whole together, including all of our parts, a frequency that can align with the holographic nature of Source can be created.  With this opportunity to create comes the responsibility to create well and to ensure the well being of the collective, and to create that which is constructive and allows building on each other’s expressions, to “see and hear” further possibility and to create themselves. 

Ø As you encounter others on a similar unique path, the strength of your own honored and respected frequency will be enhanced and refined.  Synergy is the process of coming together to amplify and create greater than one individual can alone.  Strengthening your unique self is part of the process and then being open to attracting others doing this as well is the basis of creating synergy.  When others come together with you, and your intentions to create merge, you will achieve more if the individuals are each in harmony with Source/God and are strong in their harmonious frequency.  Resonance is more powerful with each contributing their unique harmony than releasing their own to join one individual’s frequency.  Resonance is achieved by all releasing their vibration to take on one vibration as established by a leader.  However this union is not lasting if it is not the frequency of one’s self.  Resonance formed when each individual is strong in their own frequency and in harmony with god/Source is stronger and more effective as it is lasting and more synergistic.  Ponder these things.

Ø When you reach the state of being in harmony with Creation, you will find that much of your seeking and longing disappears and that you are will find more clarity in your intellectual processes.

Ø Within the reach of each of you is a certain amount of capability to create.  This would vary with the individual and those with a greater capacity will especially find comfort in groups.  With the right group of people, participation in development of new guidelines to live by, will be of use to all.  It may not be necessary to be with a group to create, though you can help each other to share what you know and collectively piece together the new understanding.  In this way, using the information shared here will benefit others as well as yourself. 

Ø You are not alone.  Enjoy the unity around you.  Remember you are creations of God/Source and designed to be one with the creation.  The blockages are being removed and we see great progress being made.  Connect with the oneness of all things and remain steadfast in your direction.

3.   Separation

Ø Separation within our self and amongst ourselves is the basis for separation from God/Source. The violence and abuse around you fragments your souls and prevents your perfect vibration.  That is the main tool the adversary to God/Source is using.  Judging parts of ourselves and others is how separation is maintained.  

Ø In the meridian of time there were changes to the patterns of time, re-calibrations which allowed for greater free agency and autonomy.  This was useful for most of the relay stations where beings participate in Creation.

Ø In the instances of individual needs for self-gratification, we find it useful to take stock of the frequency at which one is being reinforced.   To reward oneself at a low frequency reinforces that vibration and leads to addiction, because it is not the true frequency of the individual.  The adversary uses this tool to distract and derail the masses.

Ø That which is inherited from our ancestors carries the mark of the “beast”.  The “beast” is that which imposes its will upon us to divert and distract us from being our individual selves in whatever form it comes to us, mainly connected with fear.  In our opinion, this is largely unrecognized by your species, taken as a “given” and controlling everyone into submission. 

Without this control, humans can become creative and free to be unique.  Within the parameters set by the controlling ones, are the accepted ways to serve them and threats and disenfranchisement for behavior not in alignment.  Over the centuries this has become embedded in the DNA of individuals and the collective imprint, which scientists have maintained by technology such as is used in HAARP.  Your belief system from your ancestral DNA, that it is not OK to be different, is pervasive and powerful.

Breaking through this impediment, requires firstly, recognition of its existence, effects, and causes, and then taking action to counter its effects on the body/spirit/mind.  This can be done in non-confrontational ways by holding the truth forward as a standard by which to guide progress and for others to follow.

Ø What we call the adversary is continually striving to destroy the creator and the creation of life, love, peace, light, and unity.  It can be destructive instead of creative, attempting to destroy from within and alter the entire supporting structure.  This is a continual process, indicating the strength of free agency, but there is a safety mechanism built into the underlying basis of Creation which allows free agency to consume itself or bind itself when it becomes a threat to the whole.  We have presented this picture of darkness so that you might become aware of the futility of its purpose and to remind you of the power of light to dispel darkness, to not be recognized by the light.  This banishment of the darkness and its non-recognition is what you know of as the allegory of Lucifer or Satan in your religions, [the fight between good and evil].

Ø The renegade portions have taken the opportunity to gather at the outlying stations where there was greater darkness to work their acts of separation and destruction.  There have been wars fought for the possession of these outposts.  The death and destruction has taken place on your planet, which holds such magnificence in its creation.  This has given much distress and sadness to those observing Earth's progress.

Ø We refer to the misconception that one can hide in the darkness and escape the responsibility to grow in light and love.  It feels like an opportunity to be separate from God/Source and be powerful as an individual, but in reality it is only calling for enslavement and binding of the self, preventing it from actually participating in the glory, beauty, and love that abounds in creation.  This has been a message about darkness and to the darkness, and we hope to be convincing to the detriment of this path.  We must speak of this because this is the danger inherent in the misuse of emotions, especially in the case of drugs and alcohol to distract and derail the being from the path to expansion and oneness. 

Ø Many have been led astray by the concept that oneness involves anonymity and a loss of the identity of your unique self.  This cannot be further from the truth.  It has been our attempt to portray the power of this deception.  The power of “the adversary” to disrupt the Alpha & Omega Return is only imaginary. Its power is marginal and can be negated as it is brought into the light and disregarded, as it vanishes, no longer existing.

Ø Your species has an engrained hesitancy to be a part of the [Alpha & Omega] event, mostly taught by the adversary to prevent this happening.  This is a misconception on their part that it can be stopped.  They are correct that they can prevent many of your species from being able to participate by instilling a fear of what will happen.  They have been successful in creating doubt, confusion and fear.

Ø We look forward to the possibility that there may be further re-calibration during the upcoming expansion of Light that may curtail the fight of the renegade sides against Creation to further their activities of separation from Source.  It will be interesting to watch the developments.  [The allegoric prediction of "Satan" being bound for a thousand years may be fulfilled.]

Ø When we examine your culture closely we can see the holes that allow the insipient darkness to enter and prevail.  One of these weak spots is the work ethic inherent in your species and it is largely due to the genetic manipulation perpetuated on your species by those from elsewhere and done in their own best interest.  It is time for their unwelcome tampering to be made known and rectification and restoration to be made to return the genetics of mankind to its originally created state.  Yes, the nature of women was not tampered with in some cases, but your own species under direction of the adversary attempted to eradicate much of the pure DNA strain remaining.   Your need for “meaningful work” may have been enhanced by those geneticists to increase production, but is part of the design of the Creator as well, and as a contribution to the whole, helps to hold it together.  [“Time is money” keeps us working and busy with little time to organize, and when not working we have to play hard or vegetate.]

You have become slaves to the order and economic organization imposed upon you to make you think that you are organizing in alignment with the whole, but it is not in alignment [with Source].  Many of you are figuring this out and creating together a more aligned system for cooperation.  The difference is that you will cooperate for your mutual benefit and hold stewardship of the planet as a collective goal, helping and caring for each other.  The distinction being that the imposed order benefits itself and then makes you dependent on support from it.  You will be able to discern, when you recognize the imposed fear of not participating when you step outside of the parameters set by the controlling entities.  

Ø Instead of working to support the economy, we see that when you are doing the proper spiritual work that abundance flows and the universe will support you. 

Ø We wish to make known to you what can be done by you that will break through the blockages and help to align more fully with Source/God.  The blockages that you sense are scrambling your intentions may possibly have some genetic manipulation at the root.  Added to that is the physical manipulation still going on in your environment.   [HAARP, cell phones, chemtrails, etc]  Yes, and propaganda and drugs to keep you from organizing yourselves into a higher order.  But, your species is highly resilient and capable of organization beyond the limitations placed upon you.  However, humans seem to resist the higher form of organization to which you are capable.  We wonder if there was also something added at the time of the genetic manipulation to prevent you from becoming fully organized, perhaps for the geneticists to maintain control.

Ø We have searched various sources, and find that there may be something we can do to help your situation.  It turns out that there was something put in place in your bodies that is carried in your DNA and triggered by certain thought processes in the brain.  We believe that it is connected to getting organized on a large scale, to working as one, tuning in to the resonance frequency of Source.  The confusion and stupor of thought you feel at the point of contemplation of these ideas indicates to us that the regular discussions we could have on this topic may not be sufficient to instill change.  On top of the recent political events, you easily find reason to be confused with events apparently escalating and becoming large scale.  In addition, the major celestial changes have made the situation ripe for you to be swayed this way and that with various frequencies.

Therefore, we are suggesting a remedy that we discovered in our research.  Apparently this block can be removed through a process of invention of new avenues of thought, which can bypass the block and initiate processes from the other direction.  The blockage was located at a place of one directional message transmission, but can be by passed, and new pathways set up to release it with intentional thought.  We are not certain that this will work because of the extent of time and generations that this blockage has been carried.  It is like a bolt that has become rusty and will be hard to remove.  There are cultural taboos in place to prevent tampering with it.

Ø We are able to obtain information in varied ways.  The information about your genetic manipulation was not easy to obtain, as it was kept secret to protect those involved and was contrary to the free agency edict in this quadrant.  Because it was not an acceptable practice, there were ramifications for the perpetrators who were forced by their own actions to experience the effects of what was done.  There is some remorse as they are trapped in their own design.  They may be able to assist in the release of these blockages, if called upon to do so.  This is something you can ask for and direct your intention toward this purpose.  We suggest that you attempt this in behalf of all humans, though some will not be affected by the release.

Ø As you may have found in some ancient traditions, there have been several attempts to eradicate the human species and start over with a hopefully more successful experiment.  The predecessors of your species were from other planets in other star systems.  There was some creation that took place here on earth in terms of DNA.  Manipulation by those who deemed themselves to be “Gods” are referred to as the Elohim in creation stories.  In order to speak of this with you, we have obtained permission from them to share this knowledge with you.  They are regretful to a large extent for some of the decisions made in regards to allowances for the spiritual nature of humans to develop, particularly in creating the blockages to your uniqueness and union into the collective (with God/Source).  We are mentioning this today as references have come up in previous messages and those involved with the manipulation wish to offer some solution to the difficulty you experience at present. 

The majority of the population that is not in support of the planet will for the most part destroy themselves.  This may seem harsh to you, but is according to natural order.  That which is destructive, will destroy its self eventually.  That which is aligned with natural order, will survive.  Man is capable of surviving even in its destructive nature, but only for a period of time.

Ø We are giving you this background in order to help explain the process of the stepping up or the vibrational shift happening now.  

We have been encouraged by the progress being made at this time by those who understand the power of love and appreciate their planet.  Taking a tally of the growing strength of the Light forces and the countering attacks of the dark forces, we begin to see that the pattern of creation dealing with the certainty of the elevation taking place, we find that the possibilities for clearing the path for Creation to move forward are clarifying and elucidating as the Light enters into the darker places.

4.   Discernment and Reasonable Doubt

Ø Apply your discernment as to the resonance you feel to any experience, and determine the level of participation you wish to experience.  Be able to look at the experience and participate if you desire, being careful not to be overcome by it and sucked into something that you might become addicted to. 

Ø When using the underlying premises that there is good and evil, and that within the realm of comprehension there lies the notion that facts present themselves to elucidate our minds towards a better way of being, we find that some confusion occurs to our understanding. It occurs that reasonable doubt is the key to being able to decipher and to make way through the world of thoughts.

Ø Each individual becomes important because of the energetic capacity to resonate with a quality or not and as all resonate slightly differently, being each unique, if resonance is not achieved for whatever reason, there is reasonable doubt created.

Ø Without the ability to discern intention for the common good, there is no rudder to steer by.

Ø Disorientation in others is not necessarily a bad thing and allows for energy of a special moment to enter in and to be powerfully felt by others.  [It can be used in destructive ways too.]

Ø Reaching out to you this morning we find ourselves used to being influenced by unusual and somewhat inconveniencing circumstances.  Within the realm of witnessing facts and differing realities, in being the observer and still using the aspect of reasonable doubt to determine what resonates with us, and to categorize our findings and examine the new, we often find ourselves close to confusion and have to step back, re-orient ourselves, and review and evaluate.  We can easily understand the confusion of your world at this time and have decided to outline a process for you that might be useful when encountering confusion.

1.  Reach into your own mind and soul and find your frequency by meditation or contact with nature.

2.  Replace the confusing input with the peace you find in closeness with God/Source.

3.  Ask for assistance and clarity that resonates with you.

4.  Contemplate on the situation which confuses you and evaluate the situation in terms of usefulness to yourself, necessity for continued exposure to this situation if it is at variance with your comfort zone, and determine from the various tacks you could take, which one you feel would be best.  You can always try a different way if that one does not succeed.  If you think of it as an experiment, it can help you be less subjective or better able to observe without being so emotionally involved.

5.  Be careful not to interfere in the path of others, as they are responsible for themselves and what they create and their own karmic experience.

Ø When others reach a state which is at variance, you have the choice to decide whether you desire to learn and grow from their experience of passing through the variance.  It is possible for you to immerse yourself in the varying frequencies to assist another to move through in a positive direction, if you are certain that you will be able to return to your own true self.  If there is reasonable doubt that you can return intact as a whole being, it should not be attempted.  Often being an example or model and standing in your strength and frequency is sufficient for the other person to steer out of their situation into clarity within their own self.  In terms of helping others through this time, the best help you can be is to stand in your strength and truth and offer love and direction whenever it is possible.  Do not hesitate to reach out to others who are wanting help.  Give what you can but don’t try to give when you can’t. 

5.   Progression and the Alpha & Omega Return

The point of this message is to assist you as you encounter challenging situations.  Analysis and evaluation within each of the challenging situations [will help you find] a gem [from which] you can glean a lesson to be learned or something to build your strength and resilience.  Many times a bit of support will ease the transition being made.

Ø What is generally understood about reincarnation has the reflection of the progression of spirit and usefulness of the concept of evolution.  Notwithstanding this common understanding, there lies more information/energy needing to come forth.  Within the concept of relationship lies a realization that progression is an underlying principle of creation and as such is required of all sentient life.

If a life form does not progress along the lines of its creation, it ceases to exist. Man tends to believe that progression only occurs in its own mind due to its intellectual capacities. This is a misconception, as true progression relies strictly on the frequency and harmony of creation to express into the whole as a part of the moving harmony. Music is not static, it moves and flows and carries elements of expression of the creator of all things, and the creation being all things.

Ø We find ourselves under an assumption that we view humans as responding in a certain way.  We are surprised from time to time and reminded that we have made an assumption, which is rarely a useful thing to do.  Today we are surprised to find that greater progress is being made by many of you than we thought possible, along the way of creative innovation.  Some of the difficulty you encounter in your progress stems from assumptions you have made about yourselves and about what lies beyond the accepted and reinforced reality in which you live.  Instead of continually repeating the pattern of acceptable behavior from day to day, practice looking at and participating in opportunities to experience separate realities, that which exists in patterns outside of the usual.

Ø By increasing your awareness, you can prevent habits and patterns from enslaving you and also gain confidence in your capacities to expand and grow in love and creativity.

Ø Call upon your inner strength and abilities to help you accomplish what you can imagine to be possible and rise to the occasion.  Continue to “step up” in new situations.

Ø Before entering in, visualize and prepare and then present it to the others.  Within this concept lies the means of allowing your greatness to come forth.  Holding the space for this strength to come forth, even in the face of presenting the unexpected to others, is good. 

Ø As long as you can maintain your own self-frequency in harmony with creation, you can explore and observe.  Being able to view and participate in various realities will help you to be open to the potentials and possibilities to exercise your greatness, but also to prepare yourself for the Alpha & Omega Return speedily approaching.  Because of the progress rapidly being made by you in assisting the energy shift, it may approach faster.  We are more hopeful than we previously have been for the successful transition of your species. 

Ø Having made the choice to raise the vibration, (you can) move out of scarcity and fear into a space of peace and ease and closeness with one another.

Ø To move another step in the right direction, prepare your life to be able to transition into the world you know to be better.  Examine what it is you know of it.  It allows freedom to learn, to create, to love, to protect life, to build community, to raise children in purity, to follow the hand of the Creator and be good stewards of the world, to expand the soul into its greatness, and to rejoice and celebrate and elevate/accelerate the love and harmony.

Ø When entering into good relationships, each of you have special types of individuals who can accelerate your growth in good ways.  There are also those who can accelerate your growth in ways that are not so healthy for you.  It is much better for you to choose the former.  Entering into a relationship is not a random choice.  It is one thing for you to look for synchronicities in your life and people who enter to share and give gifts to you.  It is something different to choose to care for and share love with a specific person. 

Ø [What about the poly-amorous relationships these days?]  It may be true that there is greater growth with multiple person relationships, but something is sacrificed of quality for quantity.  You may know that there are many animal kingdom species that are monogamous or mate for life.  There are many of you who can be happy in life with one partner.  We commend this form of relationship.  Entering into a conscious decision to form an alliance with another person should not be considered a trivial choice.  In the larger scale you are forming ties and connections holographically that affect the network of all that is.  Good loving relationships add to the strength and bonding of the network, having larger effect than you might expect.

Ø You have come into a difficult time and to know where you are going will be useful, as keeping the peak of the mountain in sight will help you find your way to the top.  [Or, with your eye on the lighthouse you can find your way past the rocks in the storm. Where is it that we are going?]
Yes, what you can expect is a transformation of your earth, an energetic separation from one vibratory level to another or a higher frequency or dimension.
It is happening and those in tune will be able to experience it. It is the Alpha & Omega Return we told you about previously, streaming through the universe with a powerful intention for completion.

The power of sanctification and activation with intention on the part of humans is required now, and perhaps this was part of the plan from the beginning, for your species to be planted here at this time. 

[Could we say that this is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius?]
Not in the sense that you have of moving into a new era, a time of peace for all mankind. Rather it is like a window that will be open for a somewhat brief time, through which you can see what the door opens into, a door that you can walk through from the old reality into a place where you can create and reside in harmony.

Ø Unless you find yourself entrenched in the commonalities of life, you will be able to notice the energy fluctuation.  They will be pronounced and account for much of the variability you see around you and the difficulties people are having.  That is why we are here to help. 

6.  Expression and Emotions

Ø In addition to the desire for unification is also the desire on the part of humans for creative expression.  In order to find an outlet for this expression, humans do all sorts of things, many of which do not serve the individual or the collective.  Here again, we encourage you to come to find your true self’s frequency, because from that resonance you can truly express what is uniquely you.

Ø Instead of reasoning the way through these obstacles it may require feelings and intuition to be able to know what direction to take.  Each of you will respond in an individual way but all can move ahead collectively. 

Ø Emotions can bring about an imbalance within your various physical systems and cause you to be unable to make conscious choices.  Until the physical body returns to a balanced state, reaching a proper state of comprehension is difficult. 

Ø The emotions are useful to you as you explore relationships and various states of enjoyment and adversity.  Because you have found yourselves often in the habit of calling on the emotions and find a pleasure in activation of emotional states, the adversary uses this to evoke a heightened state and be able to direct you as they wish.  In an emotional state you lose your inner sense of direction, and the ability to make good choices is altered. 

The same experience happens with altered states caused by drugs and alcohol.  Under this influence you are under the misconception that responsibility is taken away and you are free to be yourself. 

Ø We wanted to speak further today about the role emotions play in self-development.  Instead of defining and summarizing, let us step into some examples of what we are discussing.

In a darkened place one finds that an individual withdraws and hides from the self and all others.  Invisibility is an interesting state of being.

We find that the use and misuse of emotion as a tool for indulgence and abuse of unique gifts and talents has become rampant in scale.  To immerse oneself in emotions intentionally for the sheer joy of being carried away by emotion, or by a drug or alcohol state, has the apparent effect of releasing oneself from this responsibility.  It is a paradox from which there is no escape.  The seeming escape is fleeting and imaginary as one is holographically part of all that is and the resistance only disturbs the network supporting itself, like a fly caught in a spider web struggling and fighting to get out, but there is nothing else or nowhere else to go. You cannot hide and you cannot escape from God/Source.  You can only cause difficulties for yourself and for the whole.

In this disruption you may also be under a misconception that you can escape from anonymity or to make yourself an outstanding being by affecting the web of life in an adverse way – making strong waves and becoming noticed.  This error in judgment also creates and exists in darkness, compounding itself and like the victim of the spider binds itself more firmly

into the web until no matter how hard it thrashes or tries to thrash about, becomes more and more solidly entrenched. 

This is a preventative measure designed into creation by the creator.  Anything that has the potential to disturb and destroy the web of life will be encased or walled off from its existence as a threat to balance and harmony and goodness. 

We encourage you at this time to step away from the abuse of emotion to distract and disrupt, and begin to align with creation and use the power of emotion to heighten your experience of love and light and, in alignment with Source/God, to create more of itself, with you and every other unique self finding greater pleasure.

Ø This is what you are ultimately seeking by exploring with your emotions.  You have only to see through the misconceptions you have received and know that you are “good enough”, and to not listen to those who try to tell you otherwise. 

Ø You are a unique being and part of the harmony of all existence.  As they say, “Let your light shine” and you can “walk into the light” in this existence and become one with the light. 

Ø Within your reach is the capacity to build the world you desire.  [What about people creating a reality of their own choosing that is undesirable for others?]  Yes, that is possible.  It is also possible to create together what you desire to see happen.  Look at the Constitution of the USA and how the founders created the structure to support their ideal.  Great achievements have been made by humans to insure freedoms and create just structures.

Ø Place the intention, according to your goals, where it will establish yourself on the desired path and in alignment with your natural frequency and the patterns of nature and Source.  How you place your intention is the next important factor. Within each person lies the potential to express passion and desire.  How it is expressed is different for each.  There is a spectrum of ways of expression, from explosion of pent up emotions to calculated mental formulations. 

Ø Let us take a look at the role emotions play in expression.  The clarity of your emotions is important when placing intentions and can be quite complex.  If emotions are allowed to run rampant, the emotional field can become overcharged and muddied by conflicting aspects.  One can with the powers of awareness and evaluation, sort out the feelings and emotional response and return to a state of balance.  Attuning to the vibrations of nature and meditating in order to return to your innate frequency can override the conflict and release the emotional charge.  Presenting from a clear emotional field is basic to the success of placing your intention.

Ø Let us discuss the concept of desire.  Passion and desire have become culturally entangled by human civilization, directed by those with the power to divert the energy for their own purposes.  Originally humans used passion and desire to create in a responsible way, understanding the effects expression has on the whole of All That Is.  By making it “sinful” to feel passion and by associating it with the act of procreation as pleasure rather than as a creative force, they have thwarted and misdirected its power away from natural love, and use fear to channel it.  It is no longer the means by which emotion adds to the expression of desires.

Ø In order to sift through the barriers erected to thwart this natural process, watch for those associations with “sin” and “sexuality”, and what encourages random or misdirected expression of emotions and desires for physical pleasure- seeking purposes.

Ø We realize how important this understanding is to our progress.  So much negativity has been connected to the words desire and passion that it is difficult to share around their usage.  The difference between the two words as defined in your language is part of the problem.  [I think other languages use them differently.  In the dictionary, passion is associated with death of Christ, emotion or agitation of the mind esp. rage, ardent love, and object of desire.  Desire as a noun is a longing or wish, prayer or request, object desired, lust.  I see what we are dealing with.  Perhaps you have another definition for us.]

Yes.  Let us regard these words with less harshness and negative connotations.  Let us use passion in the sense of the elemental fire that underlies creativity and productivity.  Yes, we can take it a bit farther or deeper.  Using the power associated with your emotions as designed in your creation, is the way for you to excel and innovate and rise above the buffetings of reality attempting to enslave your race.  We would like to use the word passion in the sense of utilization of the life force within you, that when aligned with the source of all creation, gives you the impetus needed to be creators and be able to expand or extend the capacity of God/Source.  In this way it is a sacred attribute and holds none of the dismal and base nature associated with the word in your language.

The concept of desire has also been misconstrued.  Originally it was designed to arise in the process of creation to empower the unique expression.  Desire arises naturally as you determine that which aligns with your unique self [when] wanting to express it’s greatness.  It arises from connections with All That Is as inspiration.  It can also reflect the creativity of source and arises from the unity wanting to express itself individually.  Desire will trigger emotions to fuel the expression in the natural state.

Ø Before we leave this topic, let us adjust our compass further by examining the likelihood of our regressing to the lower forms of expression in terms of these words.   When finding ourselves in the presence of baser forms of expression or emotional responses, and especially in the presence of the cultural and media presentations of the baser nature of man, withdraw from this all as much as possible and remember that these gifts you have are to be expressed creatively in connection with your own unique frequency and aligned with Source.  Do not fall into the trap of degradation and inferiority leading to depression.  Your uniqueness is special, not to be scorned or made light of, instead, to be trained and utilized and upheld as vital.

7.   Harmony and Alignment

Ø The harmony of the creation of all things allows for the vibration of each individual created within this harmony, so that when you are vibrating at your unique frequency you are in harmony.

Ø Today let’s discuss the rearrangement of particles, as is part of the process of Creation.  In order for something to be created, intention causes movement of the particular particles of matter required for that intention.  Within these particles lies the dormant potential to move in alignment with Source and the capacity to respond to the harmony from Source in the way that an instrument waits until the part written for their instrument comes up, then they follow their notes in the symphonic movement.

It is possible to understand the process by which source accomplishes Creation, for some individuals, this is what they love to do.  For others, who do not find the desire to apply their intellectual capacities in that manner, it is sufficient to see and feel the movement as a whole, and desire to respond and move with it using their emotional capacities.  All participate in their unique way to resonate with their own frequency. 

Ø Sometimes we feel the potency of a phrase of language but do not have comprehension of it.  You are a witness to the stirrings in your souls in preparation, as your part is coming nearer, and from your seeking and searching, you have been practicing to be able to express your part well.  With the desire to participate in a sufficient manner, you will find that your life has prepared you to play your unique part in a meaningful way and by tuning in to the whole of you, and resonating with your unique frequency, you are playing your part in the most harmonious way.

Ø Characteristically, each individual prepares his own story/phrase or lines and melody.  Depending on the alignment with Source it will be more or less harmonious. 

Ø To be able to discern alignment and to “fulfill the measure of creation”, with all uniqueness being the bottom line, is the goal of intellectual pursuit. The forms of life that lack intellectual capacity naturally align with their creation, unless threatened to the point of their survival. Mankind on the other hand, uses this intellectual capacity to create threats to its own well-being and all sentient life.

Ø In order for man to be able to reach into the depths of creation and become in tune, one will tune up oneself like an instrument, and feel the sense of the harmony. Like jamming musicians, the flow can take care of any disharmony and acclimate new players. This is the union all seek, to be in harmony with all of creation, to be deeply in that flow and movement, a rhapsody, a rapturous experience.

Ø Reason indicates that it [ringing in the ears] is a useful means of forcing one to go deep enough into nothingness that it no longer exists, and one can feel the harmony underlying all things.

Ø Each individual exists to have joy, to expand the soul in harmony with the Source to encompass all that can be comprehended.

Ø The best reinforcement is the joy found when in connection with Source in Unity.  It is sometimes so subtle its beneficence is overlooked.

Ø Today we wish to speak about the ingenuity of humankind.  The creativity of your species is fascinating.  You often find that your creative expression delights you to the point of self-indulgence and you believe that you are creating separately from Source that it comes from your own mind/intelligence.  This is a misconception.  You may have noticed that when you are doing something significant, that you are generally inspired.  Creativity is the nature of God/Source, and within the reach of every individual is this potential for creativity.

Ø Instead of recognition of self-indulgence, recognition of Source/God in all things brings a greater joy which can be returned to Source/God to create a cycle building on itself and which is ultimately the highest form of reinforcement. 

Ø Within each individual is the capacity to create ,and humans have the intellectual abilities to pursue various endeavors for creation.  We remind you that creative expression can take place at various frequencies, but the most self-rewarding and meaningful opportunities arise in resonance with Source/God, and with the harmony that is reached in union with each individual’s frequency. 

Ø Within the boundaries of each individual’s capacities to entertain the spirit and soul connection with God/Source is the opportunity to connect in a significant way. This connection is ultimately self-rewarding and completing of the longing of one’s being. 

Ø In order to remain grounded it will be necessary for you to gather together with those of similar vibration to reinforce the individual resonance.  The confusion around will also be useful to many who will rely on their inner and higher selves.  The point being to exchange energetically with those who are close enough to your own way, and find together the resonance with God/Source that allows the harmonious overtones to sound forth.  Often as individuals we lack the strength to ring out like bells, which we can do when united.

Ø The direction is the key element.  As you search through potential reality, look for the direction from God/Source and then what you create will have greater meaning and relevance.

Ø Within the potential for creativity there are facets of God/Source, aspects of the individual observer, and traces of the elementals and other individual observers that are involved.  For the sake of simplicity look for the direction from Source/God rather than trying to understand the multiplicity of possible influences.

Ø To bring clarity to this clouded thinking and return decency and respect for all life to the core of all being, would be the goal.  Instead of rallying together around war making, rally around rejoicing and celebrating the works of creation and aligning with the principles that govern this.  It is the design of the Creator for all parts to contribute to the whole that holds it together. 

Ø As the changes are affecting most of the dimensions, each of your skills and abilities will come into play and working together will be advantageous as you put the various pieces together toward greater understanding.  Follow your leanings and insight to be with those who are also progressing and spend time together to allow time for this progress to settle into your beings and reinforce the general path that is emerging collectively.

Ø In the design of the holographic universe there are examples of particular organization of species or elements that demonstrate the underlying principles well.  [Like bees and ants?  Like the elemental of ether that holds all of creation together?]  Yes.

8.   Preparation and Goals

Ø In addition to breaking through barriers in your DNA and upbringing that are reinforced as a pervasive reality, you also need to be diligent in placing your goals before you and pray and meditate for attunement and sustenance in your path.  Honor and nourish yourself on a daily basis with the best food and water and air of the purest nature possible.

Ø Within your reach are the means to reach your desired state.  Yes, and without reaching this goal, the intention to do so is sufficient.

Ø In order to prepare us for this experience with our bodies, carefully select good food, and rest sufficiently, and keep the body fit with good exercise.  All these things you know if you would do them with a sincere devoted effort.  The stronger the physical body is the better resilience will be available to you when required.  Usually the spirit requires strength in the body to make changes.  You have all been clearing old patterns and beliefs for some time now and may of you are prepared to hold the resonant field for others, and to help others who may not be sufficiently prepared to be able to meet the challenges.  You will respond in an individual way but all can move ahead collectively.  As you are ready when called upon to be of assistance, the way will be clear how to proceed.  Within each of you is the capacity to know and recognize the direction you want to take.  As your race does not deal well with uncertainty,  you may have been preparing to be able to work with it better.  Hopefully this information will allow you to move ahead with a sure footing.

Ø Now we will pursue another tack.  While your training is lacking generally for your species in a broader learning of what exists in the universe, some of you have learned to learn and when new experience arises are able to adjust and reorient and learn, which course prevents the prevailing reality from limiting [your] growth.  Existence in the larger perspective is not taught or experienced, but can be revealed to the courageous explorers.  Each can find the niche that their unique skills and talents prepare them to fill.  Wherever one goes and however life presents itself, with the attitude of being a conscious observer of the new and the patterns around, keeping preconceptions and expectations to necessary functions for comfort and safety and the thriving of the physical body, one can explore and grow through any situations that arise. 

Ø Prevent yourself from going into fear and contracting, withdrawing into old patterns.  It is a matter of convincing the ego or yourself that the universe or all of creation is presenting you with what you are calling for or what you need at the moment.  “We find what we are looking for.  We call in that which we expect to find.  Be careful what you wish for.  What goes around comes around.”  All of those sayings are common and give direction to increase your awareness of your thought processes.

Ø Regarding the ability for all to be able to prepare sufficiently: 

1.   Be respectful of yourself and us, as you recognize parts of you that get in your way.  Ponder.

2.   We have mentioned eating well and exercising to prepare the physical body, awareness of one’s limiting habits and beliefs, and opening to your potential.  These are ways you can assist each other. 

3.   Recognize the beauty and higher self in others.  In so doing you have the opportunity to connect on a higher vibration level and to reinforce the individual’s true vibration.

4.   Rejoice in the opportunities you have to go deep with individuals one on one.  Caring for each individual and recognizing their unique self will give them the permission they need and the reinforcement to know that it is real.  Of course it is important for them to know they are not alone - that others are like them and with them.

5.   In conclusion, reach out to others with love and support their endeavors.  Give them the permission they need, the reinforcement of their unique self, and the information they may be missing.  With love we attempt to do this for you as well, and your entire race, as we are able.

Ø [Listening], you can hear “voices” expressing the various alternative possibilities.  Given various choices you may make you can  “hear or see” [or imagine] how each scenario may play out.  Creating lists of pros & cons is extremely limiting, whereas playing out the various scenarios in your mind is expanding and insightful and is a creative process. 

Ø You will be tuning in to differing potentialities and also moving past simple desires into benefit to yourself and others.  You can rearrange and place potentialities in order of preference and the good to be accomplished by each.  Within each potentiality is usefulness in its function or constructive capacity.  This is reflective of powers of creation that it has the capacity to accomplish what is good for the whole, holographically being sufficient in being part of creation creating. 

Residing in each potentiality are facets and capabilities inherent in the creative process to expand into the whole and to become part of creation.  As you tune into a situation you can find what this potential is, what it can become given the opportunity to express itself and you can witness – “see or hear” – these and depending on the situation and the abilities of the observer, there may be more or less of the various potentials.  How the observer can contribute to the creative process becomes an important contributing factor and the number of possibilities also is influenced by the capacity of the observer to complete and enhance a wide variety of possibility.  [I see that what is possible for me depends on what I can make happen then.] 

Yes and instead of thinking that the universe determines what will happen next, think that the universe provides all that is necessary for you to create various scenarios.  [Like an artist being inspired to see something and then creatively expressing it?]

You are going to have experiences which will allow you to practice what you are learning and to see it working around you, which is the best way to learn and grow.

Ø We can use our energies to facilitate work that will complement the Alpha & Omega Return presently in progress.  The heightened energy can be applied through your intention and effort by firstly tuning in to the vibration of nature and relaxing into your own harmonious vibration. Secondly, as you hold this resonant harmony in love and gratitude, you can with your intention amplify this vibration within your physical being, to share it with others and your community, with the elementals and higher frequency beings in your area, to create a bridge.  Using a construct forged by common intention, it is possible to connect with a higher frequency energy

/intelligence to combine worlds and universal patterns constructed by other beings also in tune with the plan of the Creator.

Ø We are attempting to prepare you for this understanding, to alleviate fears that may arise for you.  Remember to stay in your own self-vibration and use the intellectual capacity of your reasonable doubt to ascertain the harmony and resonance you feel.  You will not have a sense of losing yourself, but rather, a heightening of what is uniquely you, as part of the holographic universe.  Each individual contribution makes a difference.  This will not require you to be lost in a sea of oneness, but rather the freedom you seek to expand and be all you can be will be experienced.  Do not be afraid of your unique greatness.  [Not to be afraid of the light we seek either.]

Ø This is what you have been seeking and when you feel yourself participating in this great event, you will know and can overcome your uncertainty.  Within the confines of your physical being lies the capacity for you to contribute at this time.

Ø We wish to offer the alternative to your people:  That given the opportunity to rise to this new level of love and connection, that the multitude will recognize this longing in their being and turn in this direction and consciously recognize it in each other, and choose to participate and step into the connection with love, and [step] out of fear.

Ø [Is this what the seers have predicted and some have called the rapture?]  It is possible that many will recognize it and raise their vibration and some will not.  The influence of alcohol and drugs may interfere for some and others may be carried away with it, not consciously a choice, but it may work for them anyway.

Ø Prepare to be of assistance to others, sharing the love and support, standing in the frequency and harmony. 

Ø Our next suggestion [See Arcturian Metaphor - Encampment] is to use and re-use the parts of you that tend towards good.  We have previously suggested meditating and spending time in the state of being that is in harmony with God/Source.  This would be most beneficial.

Ø To move another step in the right direction, prepare your life to be able to transition into the world you know to be better.  Examine what it is you know of it.  It allows freedom to learn, to create, to love, to protect life, to build community, to raise children in purity, to follow the hand of the Creator and be good stewards of the world, to expand the soul into its greatness, and to rejoice and celebrate and elevate/ accelerate the love and harmony.  [We could do this to raise the vibration of the planet, but we don’t know that we could live like that.  We are so entrenched in our busy way of life, as we stay busy to distract ourselves from the current state of being.]

Ø When you become aware of misplaced loyalties that command certain behaviors or exert controlling influence, review the various goals of freedom you now have, and in terms of light and harmony, seek after the pathways that lead more directly toward these goals.  You may need to establish goals more firmly.  When holding these goals to be your own as you come to personalize them or come to understand them in your core being, you will develop a strong inner guidance that will keep you close to God/Source and aligned with the flows of energy/intelligence in the universe, and prevent you from finding yourself in separation and judgment.

Ø Messiness is a sign of a disordered mental state, and clarity of thought is lost in a mess.  It is a worthwhile endeavor to maintain order around oneself and we commend it.

Ø Be clear in what you want.

Ø Our work involves keeping track of energy/information in an orderly systematic way.  Therefore we strongly adhere to a program of order and focus.  We are able to communicate with you because of the orderliness of your mind and your ability to focus and sort words.

Ø To continue, we want to express our gratitude and admiration for your species to meet this fierce control head on and stand up against inhumane treatment, and by sharing this information with each other to bring in your own self organization and begin the re-structuring necessary to align with Source.  Your species when given the opportunity, [desires] can be organized in stewardship to the species and to Earth.  The difference [between control and the reality you desire] is that you will cooperate for your mutual benefit and hold stewardship of the planet as a collective goal, helping and caring for each other.

Ø Focus on preparation, watching for the window [of the shift] and helping prepare others to be able to see what is on the other side of the window, while setting the goals and preparing themselves by developing the skills needed to make the transition.  Prepare yourselves:

1.    Do those things that add to your spiritual strength. 

2.   Reach conclusions from deliberation and make choices that draw you closer to the natural world. 

3.   Work harder to preserve and protect living species of all types on your planet.

4.   Withdraw from that which is disturbing to your spiritual nature and focus on growth and freedom to express your uniqueness.

5.   You can accomplish a lot with your diet by eating certain plants that restore your DNA and avoid those which have had the DNA tampered with by those of mean intention.

6.   We are hopeful that you will be able to use this information wisely.  Be sure to eat properly and continue to exert effort to bring about the exchange of information amongst you.  You can help each other to come together and share what you know and collectively piece together the new understanding.  Using this information that is shared here will benefit others as well as yourself. 

Ø Think of these as a short cut of sorts and a method of giving you the ability to develop the skills needed for the next phase.  Developing the skills to be able to receive information specific to yourself, call it insight if you will, will be useful, as well as developing the skills to reach understanding of how all of the parts come together when working collectively.

Ø Under the influence of love, great things can come forward.  Use your time wisely to pursue this course of action as much as possible.  Reaching joint conclusion and understanding will be very rewarding for all involved in the process.

Ø Reinforce the simplicity and inevitability of creating the change desired using your intention:

First, by becoming aware of the desired change, you can create the intention for the change to take place.

Secondly, examine and research what it is that brings about this change naturally.

Finally, as you apply the conditions necessary for the change to occur, and also to set the stage for the change to land on its feet, so to speak, and be planted firmly, you will be successful.  [See Arcturian Metaphors – Theatre and Ice]

You know what conditions work to create the change, and if you examine those conditions you can discover how to incorporate them into your life on a regular basis through your daily choices and routines and habits.  Clearly make choices that bring you closer to your desired way of being, free from the beliefs and habits that limit you, which is closer to your inborn state and frequency and the design of greatness within your being.  In order for this to come out, examine the conditions necessary for your expansion to take place and prepare all that is needful for that to take root.

Ø We hope we have conveyed to you that, with your intention and preparation, change can be effected by you in your life.  We spoke earlier about goal setting.  Let us review that which may be helpful to setting the best goals that will allow you to expand into your uniqueness.

1.  Make sure that your intention is clear as to what you want to achieve that is in alignment with your own frequency as you align with nature and Source.  Goals that are helpful in the worldly economy or according to expectations of others or cultural mores, will not likely bring about the desired expansion of your uniqueness.

2.  In order to set goals that establish a path that is clear, it will be necessary to disregard the distractions that would derail or divert you as you move forward.  The intention and goal to be achieved and the clear path to reach there, need to be set well at the outset.

3.  The goal that you choose to establish for yourself must of necessity be realizable in a time frame from start to finish, and the steps along the way visualized as much as you can see, to be able to prepare all needful things, so that the goal, when reached, will land neatly on the stage you set up for it.

4.  Although you may think that you see the goal clearly, the outcome that is in your highest interest may vary from the original goal and you will need to be flexible enough and open in your capacity to see what additional blessings the universe has to bestow upon your journey.  Often as you make progress towards a goal, new opportunities will open to you that you may not have foreseen.  Keeping in mind that as your uniqueness unfolds, expansion can take place and (make sure that) what distracts and diverts will fall to the wayside.

Ø We would like to expand on this some and further elucidate the concept of expansion with you.  Within each of you lies the capacity to build the world you desire.  The difficulties lie in clarifying what you desire and in maintaining the focus you need to build it, also the flexibility to be able to modify as you progress, to encompass new discoveries and needed additions and corrections to your structure.  Lets discuss structure and work our way backwards to desire.

Structure can be a diverse concept.  To create the most useful kind of structure, surround yourself with as much related information as possible, and use the evaluation tools and experience you have accumulated as you begin.  Organize the information, and from the experience available, evaluate by what works and what doesn’t work.  Use the “what doesn’t work” information to help guide the process of setting the resulting goals you will establish.

The structure you choose to be the framework for your creation must have certain firm elements for the foundation, like cornerstones that are the anchors and set the boundaries for your work.  These will be the best you can come up with, the elements necessary for the common good of all.  The more universal these are, the larger and more inclusive your structure can become.  To give you an idea, respect for the individual uniqueness of all might be one of these cornerstones.  If you base the foundation on the elements and parameters of God/Source you will make further headway.  [See Appendix - Parameters]

Including evaluation in the process will preclude the potential of reaching your goal and finding that it is no longer where you want to be.

Ø The understanding that the process is more important than reaching a final destination, has elements that are important to discuss here.  To hold the goal of the destination too firmly and fixed will prevent the natural process that is ever evolving from expressing.  [Hence, the problem that many have of clinging to the foundations of a reality from the past, not allowing for what is needful in times of change.]

Ø Within each form of reality there are several variables with specific interfaces in time. .

1.   One is the awareness or recognition factor by which agreement occurs.  A person can recognize a reality, which only that one person recognizes, but it is difficult to maintain.  When an entire culture recognizes a reality, it is able to be entrained by all.  That is what the media and advertisers use to get everyone to follow in a certain direction.

2.   Another variable is the aspect of recent happenings building upon one another.  This aspect connects past, present and future in time and the brain draws logical conclusions about the sequence of events.  This is how patterns and habits are formed.  [And expectations] We mentioned how some have trouble when asked to exit from these patterns.

3.   Another variable is the activity which follows the enactment of any chosen path of action.  Everything that is done affects the web that connects all things, more or less depending on relevance and connectivity in time/space.  It is possible to cause very little activity by our choice of actions, as it is also possible to cause greater fluctuation around us. 

Our suggestion would be to use your skills at goal setting to determine what is most important to you and to the collective, and establish a priority list from which you can set your goals.  By establishing a path and direction to steer by, you do not necessarily need to hold a certain outcome or end-point.  Actually that will cause difficulty if you do, as the sequencing aspect that we mentioned causes alterations in time/space that are difficult to account for, and you may not reach an expected result from your actions.  You are better to reevaluate according to what happens around you, and maintain your goals and path, which helps to create order in the reality around you and is how you can responsibly move forward.

Ø Place the intention according to your goals where it will establish yourself on the desired path and in alignment with your natural frequency and the patterns of nature and Source.

Ø Existing in the various dimensional realities are aspects of passion and desire that you can call upon to assist you with clearing and creating framework, allowing your passions and desires to function in ways that will assist you to return to the natural ways.  Releasing of confusion in this area would be useful.

Ø Let us regard the word desire in terms of the capacity you have to empower your goals and evolve.  Without this capacity within your being, you would be like all other aspects of creation, rocks and trees.  Let us also look at this word with the respect and importance that it has in our lives, that delineates the human species from all others and connects us with the source of all creation.  Let us use it in this way.

Ø Take care of yourself and be aware of opportunities to make connections and be responsible for the actions you make.  Set your priorities and goals and take action accordingly.

Ø One way to walk a good path is to take care of each other and have respect for all life.  Meditate and take time to hold the vibration that is uniquely you, so that you can share it in harmony with others holding their own.  Bless each other and the Earth and it’s elementals.

Ø Take time to prepare yourself and others to be ready for the upcoming cosmic and quantum events.  One of the best ways to prepare, as we have been speaking of since the beginning of these messages, is to gather and share vibrations with one another.

Ø Each of you has the capacity to reach the fullness of your being.  Just remember that.  We hope this will be inspiring to you to keep as a goal.

9.   Freedom and Responsibility

Ø As the resonance in the body changes with growth or due to a shift in perspective, reaching out for greater light and knowledge under the circumstances brings further clarity in the soul, which allows release of the inhibitions that circumscribe the being and entangle it and bind it to patterns that are not if its unique self.  [This is one aspect of freedom.]
Within the confines of the beliefs that a being takes upon oneself, lies the understanding necessary to loosen the hold of the beliefs and create the way toward freedom of the soul to exist as a Creator.  Each individual exists to have joy, to expand the soul in harmony with the Source to encompass all that can be comprehended. As it is comprehended it becomes a part of the soul, and therefore the manner of comprehension, as well as the process of storage in the brain, become important to how the being uses the understanding, to free oneself for further expansion, or by shutting down around it and creating more binding patterns from it.
The being has the innate freedom to do either.

Ø The denser reality in which you live puts limitations on what you perceive and on how you can express uniqueness.

Ø Within each of us lies the seed of our uniqueness and greatness.  That is the root of the plague that the "white man" brought to the indigenous people - the reality that brings fear of one's uniqueness and greatness as it lays the heavy blanket over all individuality to suffocate and stamp out a reality where all are free to be unique and become great in their own way. 

Ø In order to be able to free one's self from the oppression that eventually eradicates uniqueness, one must give no power to it by not recognizing it or giving energy to it, especially not taking on the fear that is propagated by it.  Eventually, in most cases, time can eradicate the traces of the injury done to individuals in the name of "normalcy" which demands the end of uniqueness.  [I have powerful images in my mind from the gender awareness movies I saw last night.]  A clear example of how this oppression operates.  Freedom allows the opportunities for uniqueness to surface and for each to become aware of the frequencies and special abilities inherent in their being.

Ø In order for the harmony with Source to be strengthened sufficiently for this time of the Alpha & Omega Return, we must become aware of and allow our own uniqueness, with respect for the uniqueness of all, and hold the reality of this freedom, tuning in to the oneness of the Source of all Creation.  This is the intent of our message at this time.  

Ø [Those in control tell you that you are free, and that various substances make you free, but] the very contrary is true.  You are enslaved by the misconception of being free when in reality your judgment is clouded and by avoiding taking responsibility for your actions and choices, you are subject to the whims and directions of others or of the adversary.  True freedom is not abdication of responsibility for you to be yourself and do good works, rather it is the understanding that using your own guidance and direction is the path that ultimately brings the closeness that you long for with God/Source.  That is the unity that brings relief from the distraction of the buffeting that emotions and the interruption that others cause to your own peace of mind.  The freedom we are speaking of is truly being free to be yourself and allow your greatness to express itself directly following your own direction.  Floating free, directionless, with no responsibility for one’s actions is actually a separation from Source/God which is always moving with creative direction.  [This] insight will help you [if you] tune into the creative direction from God/Source which will allow you to reset your own directional compass in harmony and oneness.

Ø Some think they are able to ignore it all and withdraw into themselves.

In a darkened place one finds that an individual withdraws and hides from the self and all others.  Invisibility is an interesting state of being.  We spoke yesterday about trying to escape from the responsibility we all have to ourselves and to all of creation to “fulfill the measure of our creation”, to grow and become what we have the potential to become, using our free agency and intelligence and gifts.   This is the only way you can be truly free.  You seek freedom but are under misconceptions about what it is.  Because Creation exists with free agency we all must come to this understanding in our own unique way, and thus be able to take part in the great creative unfolding.  [I believe they want us to experience it to know what we want – to be able to make clearer choices based on a better understanding of what is involved.  We can make a stronger choice to be aligned with God/Source by better understanding the options.]

Ø We don’t have to be afraid of the darkness or absence of the light, or afraid of our emotions and the passion of fire when we know how to use it properly in the creative process, being careful not to be disruptive or destructive.  Using these gifts wisely can empower us in our work and in our relationships.

Ø Rejoice and celebrate our freedom and the free agency provided by the Creator for our benefit and empowerment.  We are free to pursue our own happiness and are also free to destroy.

Ø  We would like to talk with you about religion.  As you may know there are many useful things about most of the various sects.  However, there is much to be said against them in general.  While they maintain the position of goodness and light, they often limit the growth of an individual by confining their activities in various ways.  [By taking a stand at variance with one another, they create separation from each other, which goes against the nature of creation.]  Yes.  We want to focus on those things we do that limit ourselves.  In terms of choices made that move us toward the greater freedom we previously discussed, we notice that some people tend to be oblivious of the limitations that religion places upon people.  It is easier to see limitations in other areas.

Ø To speak of these limitations further, you seem to allow the limitations that come with your choices to be controlling, [just] because you made that choice.  You justify this limiting factor and say things like, “you made your bed, so lie in it”.  You stay with decisions you have made regardless of how bad they may be and accept the limitations that go along with them even if they are to your detriment because of this loyalty you create for your choices and decisions.

We hope that by realizing that you are doing this, this awareness will help you to see more clearly, and realize that the loyalty may be misplaced.  Rather if it be placed correctly, the loyalty should be to the human species as a whole and the capacity you have to direct your focus to tending and preserving your home, Earth.

Ø We will talk about religion again and the constraints it places upon people.  For all of the goodness it brings into people’s lives and the direction and insight it offers, it also places restraints that prevent you from being who you truly are, replacing that with who you should be, with a set of life directives.  Where as direction is preferable to having no direction, imposed direction is less desirable in our eyes to self-direction.  

Ø We want you to look at the various ways you are limiting yourself in the choices you make.

Ø There is something to say of preservation.  When something is recognized as full of value, it should be protected from overuse or misuse and slight of the value, and it’s health and wellbeing insured.  In this case, as the value is maintained, it becomes more valuable and when used wisely with good stewardship, increases itself.  That is the same with good stewardship of your planet.  When the value is recognized and protected and used with good stewardship, the asset increases in value.

Ø When what we do affects others in a larger way, we must be able and willing to take responsibility for our actions and be gentle and “kind” (as the Dali Lama puts it) with others who are influenced by our actions.  It is injurious to the health of all for a leader to thrash about and cause chaos through his actions.

Ø Looking at these variables is an important part of successfully and responsibly creating in time/space.  There are other variables as well and perhaps you can explore and discover for yourself, but it is sufficient for our purposes to work with these few:  awareness as it connects with intention, sequencing, and the larger connection.  Reaching out to you at this time is creating a reality that only you are aware of.

Ø Today we wish to discuss the idea of sorting through input in order to better comprehend what is going on in the realm of endless possibility.  The variety of information at this time is overwhelming to most people.  In order to sort and clear your way through, most have relied on simple techniques to hold certain patterns as direction and guidance, hence the dependency on religions and other doctrines.

Ø Each of us has the responsibility to insure that the world is a better place for our having walked this way.  How to do this is the question.  Take care of yourself and be aware of opportunities to make connections and be responsible for the actions you make.  Set your priorities and goals and take action accordingly.

In summary, remember to be aware of the choices you make and determine if they are leading to the new freedom or not, and make corrections accordingly.

10.  Understanding and Expansion

Ø Each individual exists to have joy, to expand the soul in harmony with the Source to encompass all that can be comprehended.  As it is comprehended it becomes a part of the soul.

Ø Where to place intention must be addressed.  In order to fully use the potential of the intention, the recipient needs to make a connection with it.  Therefore it is important to make a wise choice in where to place the intention, because you are creating something that you will be connected with and [are] responsible for the activity that follows the connection holographically. 

Ø Often as you make progress towards a goal, new opportunities will open to you that you may not have foreseen.  Keeping in mind that as your uniqueness unfolds, expansion can take place and what distracts and diverts will fall to the wayside.

Ø We would like to further elucidate the concept of expansion with you.  Within each of you lies the capacity to build the world you desire.  The difficulties lie in clarifying what you desire and in maintaining the focus you need to build it, also the flexibility to be able to modify as you progress, to encompass new discoveries and needed additions and corrections to your structure. 

Ø [Does what you are speaking of have to do with the changes in time or the energy increasing?]  The recent influx of energy is affecting the structure of time as you experience it.  When given opportunity to move with the energy increase, a successful transition is possible.  Those trapped by their reality may find it harder to transition.  There is a shift in the general disposition to accept more of our assistance, which is pleasing to us.  In regards to your question about time, we are pleased that you are keeping track of the way that you experience the changes going on in that dimension. 

Ø The suggestion we can make as to what would be of most assistance to you at this time follows the line of becoming more flexible.   Awareness is most helpful.  When you are aware of changes taking place, it is easier to see what is happening around you and see possibilities for adjustment.  Part of the difficulty is changing the attitude many have around making changes.  Establishing an attitude that allows you to be willing to adjust to the new is basic to flexibility.  In addition, becoming flexible depends on skills which have been developed that allow one to incorporate new information, to be able to welcome the new, to release the need for a fixed reality, also to be able to reject the realities imposed by the cultural norm setters.

Ø In reaching your set goals, it is important to evaluate along the way to be able to incorporate the increasing energy and the new information coming in, to be able to adjust direction,  evaluate priorities, and be flexible in regard to the outcome and expectations you make.  With this in mind you will be better able to make progress, as inflexibility and narrow vision in terms of limiting reality, will prevent you from aligning with the energy influx.  If you are unable to align yourself with the increasing energy, your body will have increasing dissident vibration that will affect your health and well being.  Having a good understanding of what is going on, and what will be required in order to be able to stay in alignment, will ultimately be very important.

11.   ARCTURIAN METAPHORS

Music – Within the particles in the process of creation, lies the dormant potential to move in alignment with Source, and the capacity to respond to the harmony from Source in the way that an instrument waits until the part written for their instrument comes up, then they follow their notes in the symphonic movement.

As you are a witness to the stirrings in your souls in preparation for your part as it is coming nearer, and from your seeking and searching, you have been practicing to be able to express your part well.

With the desire to participate in a sufficient manner, you will find that your life has prepared you to play your unique part in a meaningful way and by tuning in to the whole of you, and resonating with your unique frequency, you are playing your part in the most harmonious way.

Characteristically, each individual prepares his own story/phrase or lines and melody.  Depending on the alignment with Source it will be more or less harmonious.  That which fights against Creation is discordant and will set others on edge, just as the music you listen to has the capacity to soothe and align, or to jar the soul and fragment the being.  We hope we have increased your understanding of “the harmony of the spheres”.

We touch on this process to give you the example of “following the measure of their creation”.  [Thanks.  I had not comprehended the musical meaning of the word ”measure”.]

Theatre - Let us continue to discuss “setting the stage” for the successful implementation of the desired change.  Theatre for you is a good and effective way to communicate though it may not be so for the majority of people, but most have had some contact, and the media breeds some familiarity.

There are various methods that can be successful.  The black box or bare stage can work in most cases if the actors are good and can create strong images in the imagination.  On the other hand a well executed set with all needful props and costumes will create [a reality that will be] a home for the image to reside.  You recognize that when the set is seamless and in perfect order, the image lives comfortably, but if something is out of place or missing, that the image can be broken in the viewers’ minds.

We wish to present the idea that you prepare for the change by establishing a seamless set, or the conditions necessary for the change to thrive, and thus insure the successful integration of the change.  [See the ICE metaphor]  With your intention you can prepare the life situations needed, to be able to move into the desired state comfortably and remain there without falling back into the previous state.

Encampment [camping] -  Our suggestion lies in the realm of encampment, to remove oneself from the culture that primes all individuals to be able to embrace death and destruction, instead to build a shelter and live in nature, close to the creatures and in harmony with all of existence.  To practice living in this way would help realign.  [But the men still want to fight and disregard the harmony even out in nature.]

Yes, the women may have to take charge, as the men seem to be suffering from a genetic aberration that engulfs the soul.

You are comfortable in the busy way of being.  Encampment is a way for you to explore the alternative to the busy life. 

Sculpting and Cleanliness and order -   Let us briefly discuss cleanliness and order.  This is a highly discussed topic that is little understood.  For the time spent in its pursuit is considered old fashioned at best, or compulsive at worst.

We would like to re-introduce it in the light of creation.  Take a sculptor.  When the sculptor has become familiar with the material and begins to unveil what is seen, or making itself known to the artist, it is a matter of keeping what has meaning and removing what is no longer part of the whole.  It is important to the work, that the artist removes the pieces to be discarded, so as not to be distracted by what is not part of the whole.  Creation is a work of order and the Creator works in that manner.  Mess is a sign of a disordered mental state, and clarity of thought is lost in a mess.  It is a worthwhile endeavor to maintain order around oneself and we commend it.

Piracy  - The idea we are formulating for you today concerns piracy.  We thought it a most interesting way to convey it, cloaked in the mystery and freedom of the marauders of the sea.  When in a state of freedom and lacking moral direction and compass, taking what you need from others, and killing and abusing them for your own pleasure can become an acceptable way of living.  War can become somewhat like this under certain leadership, or when a group of the military order separates from the discipline of the order to move into this freedom.

We are mentioning this as an aspect of freedom to be avoided at all cost.  When we say that, “at all cost”, we are speaking of holding it as a high value.  It is necessary for the collective good to prevent this piracy from taking place. 

To take from one for the benefit of the other is never of benefit, as you established in the Feudal days. 

It works better for all to share equally.  In taking care of each other, there is greater loyalty through unity and purpose in serving the greater whole, rather than serving a few in control.  The best leaders are servants to the greater good of the whole, leaders who can see what that will be.

If the truth of what is for the greater good is expressed, all will recognize it.  Sometimes it must be expressed differently or translated, but when understood, comprehension dawns.

Logging - There is something to say of preservation.  When something is recognized as full of value, it should be protected from overuse or misuse and avoid slighting of the value, and thus insure it’s health and wellbeing.  In this case, as the value is maintained, it becomes more valuable and when used wisely with good stewardship, increases itself.  That is the same with good stewardship of your planet.  When the value is recognized and protected and used with good stewardship, the asset increases in value.

We are thinking of an exercise in practicing this technique of increasing value.  Take your logging industry for example.  The value of the logs is recognized and when farmed with fast growing replacements, is a viable business.  However the value of the trees as part of the planet and all of the ecosystems involved has been disregarded.  When the value of something is seen only in the eyes of profit for the few, disregarding the value to animals, plants and the whole of creation, and the value of the life of the trees, it becomes of less value and abuse occurs, which we considered in our example of piracy.

This extreme example we hope will be useful in seeing and making choices for your future. 

ICE - Ice is something all are familiar with.  Intention applied to water with some energy expended to provide the correct temperature will cause the change in physical state.  It can also happen coincidentally in nature.

Similarly, with your intention you can bring about change through application of the correct conditions to bring about the desired effect.  The conditions are clearly understood to bring about the result, due to the physical laws in play to create ice.  Without using your intention the results can happen by themselves naturally, but coincidentally.

INSIGHTS INTO THE NATURE OF CREATION:

In the design of the holographic universe there are examples of particular organization of species or elements that demonstrate the underlying principles well.  [Like bees and ants and crystals?]  Yes.

1.   Uniqueness,

2.   Progression,

3.   Walls off what disturbs & destroys the web,

4.   What is destructive destroys self, and the aligned survives.  Part of this is the design of the Creator as part of the contribution to the whole that holds it together.  [Like the elemental of ether that holds all of creation together?]

PARAMETERS OF GOD/SOURCE  [From former message series]

This is a post the Parameters of God/Source, according to my understanding from the messages.  

1.  Peace and Love is All There Is.  Resistance is not in the nature of the flow.
2.  Everything spirals and is holographic in Oneness, containing all.
3.  Life Force renews itself, increases and evolves as it improves itself.
4.  It replenishes itself though service to itself and all of creation, increasing through the intentions of gratitude, awe, and respect for diversity.  When honour and glory are returned to God/Source, greater outpouring occurs.
5.  Recalibration occurs through free agency to correct what is counter to the parameters, in Love and according to natural consequences.

EXPLORATION TOGETHER

Research and Records - What we want to share comes to us as we peruse these images when doing research or seeking further understanding.  Because of our experience in the present, as we examine what came before chronologically, we affect the record in some ways.  We have found it to be advantageous to step back into a meditative state, which is more passive than active, so as to cause as little effect as possible and disrupt the records as little as possible.

With this attitude of respect, we find that we accumulate more recordings and find more energy/information related to the topic at hand.  As we explore in an open, less influencing way, there is greater expansion.  We are able to reach greater insight and understanding. 

When we take our own attitudes and influences with us in our exploration, not only do we affect what we are looking at, but it is as if it closes itself to us, and a different process takes place, rather a creation of new thought processes which are our own.

An open, meditative, observing state is different from the state of intention and control of what transpires around the individual.  Be aware of the effects you have on processes around you. 

In addition, be respectful or careful when leaving your work, to allow it to flow unimpeded as it is, not to cause a lashing out when ending the connection [you have] made, that would influence it.   It is possible to exit in the meditative state and release the connection with the energy/information without causing influence or change to it.  The influence you have can be kept to a minimum by being objective and respectful of what is not yourself. 

When using or making use of information gathered from various sources, examine using this technique.

1.   Pull all together in a comprehensive way based on a common theme or commonality.

2.  Compare the bits, looking for that common thread, and then organize it by what is different.

3.  Using a technique developed by the Arcturians, be sure to choose that which connects.   Then look at what is at variance and see what is brought to the attention, to find the input that the variance offers that is most useful and corrective to the concepts.

4.  Refine and review and revisit to be sure that nothing has been overlooked and that further research is not needed.  You will then be able to tell if what you have compiled is most useful or to be stored for later.

Communicating - As we are contacting more of you,  Arcturians are being recognized, as more are finding out about us and our efforts to assist you to assist yourselves.

Usually when we communicate we search for words to convey our message, but we are discovering as we get to know each other better that there are images or concepts that are familiar to many and when called upon will convey the message more powerfully.  By calling upon these more popular images, we can make our point more powerfully.

Removing Blockages - Perhaps if you instill into your mind the new idea that humans can reach a cooperative level not undermined by the perpetrators of the blockage and outside of what they anticipated, we can together proceed to release this block.  It is possible there may be more than one.  A thought process that might be new for you regarding the flow of energy in your body might be a pulsing energy outside of your meridian systems.  If you are able to concentrate long enough for the new thought forms to bypass the blockage, we may be able to assist you.  Are you willing to attempt this?  [My vision:  There were the 3 large green blocks I had previously seen, which if you entered you became lost.   As we make ourselves tiny people we could walk over them as mountain climbers.  I saw lots of little people climbing over the green blocks like ants.  I see now that I can grow very large, as all of the little ones become a giant one, and coming to the blocks from the other side, step on the blocks and crush them.  As they become vapors, it is probably best to suck that out of the system, so I tried using a vacuum.  Will try to remove lumps in my spine.]  Yes, persevere and attempt this a few times and we will see what the effects will be.  Continue your work on dissolving the blockages.
