NEW FORMS OF LEADERSHIP

Having questions.  How do we get organized?  Where do we start?  How do we discover where we fit in?  
The answer was:
Ask the questions.  Everything is in place/readiness.  Let us begin.

Next morning
Good morning.  We have missed you and see that you have missed us too.  Yes, there is something you can do.  Within the context of management, we find ourselves torn between hopes for new forms of leadership to emerge and recommending restructure of the whole system.  Restructure involves chaos and times of troubles, difficulties, is slow, and often reformation comes back in the previous patterns.  Imposition of new structure can be oppressive and impinges on free agency, and is also not probable.  We find ourselves leaning on our hopes for new forms of leadership.  We propose a format for leadership development.  Would you agree that this is timely and necessary?
Me -  I am on that very page with you presently.  OK. 
 Sounds good.  Shall we start tomorrow morning?  Do you have any thoughts for today?

Yes, allow yourself time to "tune in" with the natural world and make greater preparation, watch your diet, and generally slow down.  
Me -  Those are all things that are hard for me and ways I need to do better.   Thank you for your support.

Next morning.

Good morning.  We were planniing to discuss new forms of leadership with you, however, there is something we wish to discuss before that.  In the course of your day to day activities, in alignment with your theories and beliefs about the nature of reality, there is much you are missing.  You have expectations which hold in place your system of what you accept and hold in common.  You expect to see what is around the corner.  You have patterns of behavior around your expectations.  Therefore what you expect, you find.  
This system works well for you, but it is only receptive to slight changes, not the "radically new".  In order to discuss new forms of leadership, we must create some new expectations for reality.  Take a look at the reality you want to see.
Me -   Free energy, people raising their own food, people taking care of each other and themselves, everyone has a place to live, stewardship of the earth is a priority, all working at what they enjoy doing, spirituality is part of the way of life, creativity is rewarded and accepted as it aligns with God/Source.

Good.  This is what you have to start to expect to find, to look for it around the corner, and rejoice when you find it.  What is preventing each of those things on the list?  How can things start to change in that direction?  Who can see the vision of that change and who has the excitement to make it happen?  Those people are the leaders you are looking for. 
Me -  I noticed that yesterday.  People who only look at who will lead, the proper way to do things, and the acceptable process, will not make good leaders.  Like you said, those with the vision of how things could be, can lead.  If you can't see where you are going, you better not lead, right?

Good.  So now, how shall these visionaries lead?  Excitement will only facilitate leadership.  We have some suggestions.
First.  Interpret the signs around you and work within the openings and readiness as it appears.  This involves an awareness of a larger reality.  Think Galactically, align with Source/God, and communicate and contemplate in closeness [with] and [with] faith/trust in guidance you receive in that manner.  It also involves an openness to see in new ways, to be able to receive inspiration as it will come in a multitude of forms, as differentiation is the nature of Source/God.
Second.  Prepare for the "out of the ordinary".  
Me - Can we pick up here tomorrow?

THANKSGIVING DAY
Me - Thank you for this opportunity.

We hope you enjoy your holiday.  Did you notice the unusual yesterday?  
Me -  Yes.  I noticed several times, and was reminded of recent times when I have been in situations reminiscent of Heaven, and other situations where the difference is marked, and felt definitely unusual.  I watched for encounters and opportunities to share.

Good.  What we had in mind is to watch for differences between the reality you are creating and the realities that others are creating (or allowing yourself/consenting to participate in).  This one is difficult to explain.   (We tried an exercise which was not very successful for me, will skip ahead)
Let us move forward in our discourse.  
Thirdly, use your time in the pursuit of that which exists in the reality you are choosing - that which is creating your "Heaven".  Do not waste time, it slows your progress.
Fourth.  Be aware of conflict and directions others are heading which detract from the vision, nip it in the bud, so to speak.  Do not allow it to unfold.  It is easy to redirect at the start and hard to control when established.
Five.  Become an actor.  Take on the personae which is most useful to attract the interest of the group. [pick the "look" that exemplifies that personae] That is why it helps to start with a story or joke [or wear a hat].

Next Day

We do want to talk about leadership with you.  The new form of leadership will of necessity be open to the "new" and [to] creativity, because that is the nature of God/Source, constantly evolving and creating.  To further understand this concept, let us look at differentiation.  In all of the variations in nature, that which is perfect in its functioning and ability to adapt continues and the others fall away.  Unfortunately mankind has interfered with nature to the extent that much of which is perfection has become extinguished because of habitat destruction and wilful killing.  
In all of differentiation is the process of creation of the new and variation of the existing.  Changes are necessary for life forms to survive.  Change allows for adaptability.  In order for a leader to be able to be adaptable and flexible enough to encompass change, awareness and openness to see, and then contemplate changes [is necessary].  
Beyond that, a quality must be developed that will allow the leader to make use of what is available or at hand, to create what is needed.  By "at hand"  we mean being close to God/Source and requesting that which is useful at the given Present Moment.  All that is useful for the potential reality of choice, is available when you ask in faith.  [It can assist to the best possible outcome, which may not be according to expectations.]  We have previously discussed a "Holy Grail" concept of abundance in which everything you desire is present for you, to the extent you can receive it.
Taking all of this into consideration, a leader will take stock of everything available, all resources, and consider all ideas and input from others which is apropos, considering the parameters of God/Source, pondering answers, being close to God/Source and seeking direction, requesting the same from other decision makers, before making a wise decision.  Decisions of necessity will be of the same adaptable quality and be able to evolve.  Decisions made will be useful, to be able to move ahead, but not fixed to the extent that they exclude regular evaluation and modification for adaptation to change.  
Me -  Basically what this is saying is that leadership involves all participants being in tune with Source/God.  Decisions therefore are progressive actions that are in alignment with the direction of God/Source.  

Yes, a leader will guide the process in that manner.
Me -  OK.  Thanks for that

Good morning, nice to be together again.  Within the scope of our previous discussions there lies that which should be touched upon.  It is of particular interest that we review it briefly.  When in the service of your God, entering into communion/connection often brings the state of Peace and attitude required to be able to utilize the strength and power available in your service.  Therefore be diligent in asking for guidance/direction in all you do, to be able to use the power available to you in the best possible way.  
Until you reach the point where you are following well and leading in the ways of compassion and Peace, remember to often pray and meditate, be grateful and return your joy to source/God.  Now we wish to bring up the reason for this visit.
Instead of turning to your own understanding when in the presence of the new and unusual, mainly because your past responses and ego make themselves useful when you do that, relax and allow Source/God to direct you.  The list of ways to analyse information can be of assistance after you open up to see in new ways or to receive impressions.
Me -  I am afraid that I will open myself to attacks from other sources.  Lately when observing the unusual, I find a lower undesirable energy surrounding me.

Rather than choosing to avoid/shut out the lower vibration [which doesn't work because you are focusing on it in an anti way], is it not possible to see yourself holding the higher vibration like a light or beacon, which is not a part of the lower frequency/density, [which becomes] the means of raising [the other] up, opening the "Holy Grail" in that situation?  If you do that the worst thing that can happen is that others will not receive it.
Me -  It won't cause a backlash?  After all, they crucified Christ.

That is your old patterning and ego speaking from your survival centers.  Fortify yourself.  If you come from Love and Peace (which is All There Is), nothing can touch you.  
So moving on ahead, we will continue.  
Rather than experiencing in a negative way, choose the experience which adds light, adds compassion, adds meaningfulness.
Create your heaven in every moment, each encounter, each moment of solitude, each reminiscence.  You are learning to create.  Be creative, following you heart's desire.
In responding to the world around you choose to share your creation of heaven with others, create in their presence, in a compassionate way, in service to them.
It really is "not all about you".  It is "all about"  Love and Peace.  That is all there is.  Think not of imposing something upon any situation, but returning to Love, to what underlies all of creation.  Truly, "Back to the Basics".
