Good morning. Today let us work together on a project of ours. Inside of the rest of the Universe, we find no end of interesting bits of information to explore. We have taken it upon ourselves to make reports and note the various formations of matter and energy. We take particular note of information in crystaline form. By placing our attention, we are careful to observe their nature being, in the Present Moment, without disturbing it as best we can. Noting the information we glean from our activities, we attempt to not remove anything from the particular time/space juncture. Upon our return, we organize our data in relationship to its location holographically, as above so below, and store it in our crystal bank. Some of you have remembrance of crystal storage from earlier periods in your Earth's history. Would you like to help us work with the crystaline grid of your planet?

Me - Have been debating with myself as to whether I am ready to do this work with you, knowing that it will effect change in me. I need to clarify my goals and accept my position in this reality. OK, I'm good.
You previously had an interest in the giant crystal cave in Mexico. Let us take a look at that one. We will go there energetically, examine the juncture in the Present Moment, take notes to ourself, take nothing away and observe without disturbing anything with our attention /intervention.

Me - I remember where the 4 ley lines crossed, I felt that each line had a different energy vibration. How do the crystals store the information?
We mentioned that, holographically.
Me - How do you get it in there when you record it?
We prepare the information into an order similar to its Signature junction, in relationship as it lies in the matrix, using as many dimensions as possible.
Like a model, and when ready, use our common intention holding that vision/ feeling/ understanding/vibration in the presence of the crystal, in as constant a way as long as we can. It is similar to the way your group meditation or prayer, when held for a period of time is anchored.
Me - Does it not work as well to give it a short burst and release?
No, it works better to hold it firmly with the intention to impress the memory until you sense that it is complete.
Me - Are we creating a junction?
More like using the keys of the Conjuncture to incorporate an energy signature into the density of the crystal. The Streaming Energy/Intelligence can renew these impressions, so as they will not fade over time.

Good morning. Ready? Here we go. Leaving off yesterday, resuming today, we were discussing the relationships of intergalactic beings to their energetic signatures in terms of information storage and retrieval. What we wish to express is the nature of accumulation of energy and how to prepare it holographically for storage. You have seen the images of retrieval of holographic images using computers. Data is entered in 1st Dimension, 2nd Dimension, 3rd Dimension, 4th Dimension (time) and can be entered in higher Dimensions, as well as you come to understand them.
Me - How can you explain the 5th Dimension?
Using your senses is somewhat limiting to you. In order to understand the 5th Dimension, you will need to focus.... it is best understood as you experience a wave washing over you and when the wave passes you are somewhere new. It is a variation of space/time in which the Present Moment exists accessed by the desired juncture keys in the past/present/future [using your intention]. What we have been explaining to you with this entire series of topics is all involved in an understanding of the 5th Dimension and higher. [You will need this understanding] In order to communicate with us and other intergalactic beings. You are capable of entering in, but need to have direction or a purpose to explore there. You must know where you re going to get anywhere. It is sort of like what you imagine time travel to be. That is a silly notion that clothes can't travel with you, but if you believe it, it is so.
Me - Having trouble staying with you. Where are we going?
Exactly the point we are making. You say, if you don't know where you are going, you won't get there. When you are listening without an understanding of what you will hear, you may hear anything. When you explore the 5th Dimension, if you don't know your purpose or where you want to go, you will not get anywhere. A degree of intention is required to direct the process.

Good morning. Our message to you this morning contains/reveals evidence of superior beings' presence and intervention in your planet's history.
We mentioned the several times when the plan was "scrapped" and the direction was changed. You are more familiar with the flood and the story of survival of a few of your species. There were other times when the plan was changed and life was erased to begin again. The reason we mention this today, is because there has been some discussion of that possibility, consideration of starting over at this time, as you have overpopulated the Earth and made such a mess. Very few of your mankind live in righteousness, the state of doing and being in right-ness, living and creating in balance and harmony with the Stream and within the parameters established by God/Source.
Many of your ancient stories reflect this state when man was overpopulated in areas, especially cities, that were disconnected from Peace and Love, and destruction ensued.
There are also stories of times when man did live in Peace and harmony, like the stories about the City of Enoch.
It has been agreed to among interested parties, that rather than a complete "start over", a serious attempt would be made to effect a change from within, rather than change enforced from without.
That is why many interests are actively participating to assist you in making this change. We hope to allow you to effect a realignment yourselves, and come up with a plan that is better than the total "wipe the slate clean" and try something different plan. The plans that have been instituted previously [am noting my wrong use of words like instituted, my interpretation of what they are thinking] have been numerous.
1. Supplant a superior race on Earth with the creation of a worker species to handle the stewardship and collection of resources.
2. Creation of various species at various times in Earth's history to replace the previous ones, that would better be suited to connect, beings with greater ability to connect with God/Source, and direct themselves in alignment. Each time, greed and destruction has taken over.
3. Using Earth as a foster home for beings who have lost their homes [and could love this planet], or are seeking to create a better way of living.
There has been much discussion around the issue of the Free Will Zone being the problem; the senses and emotional capacity being the problem; and around the influence from outside the planet being the problem; and around the concept of creating a utopia with our minds not working. Experiments with creating with the heart and in service to God/Source, seem to be the options which work best.
Our message today has been somewhat discouraging, because of experiments of the past which have been useful to discover what does not work.
Drugs and alcohol and "dumbing down of the masses" to create a worker race of "sheep" does not work. It supports a faction of controllers and abusers. The polarity causes imbalance. The creation of utopia is based on a better than and less than system of choice making, which creates dissonance. What we have observed and experienced, is that service to others, supporting the vulnerable, living in heart directed unity, and aligning with Love and Peace, is what works. It appears that, to grasp this fully and find that understanding in its relationship at your Signature Junction, and then to be able to connect in greater Conjunctions, will work.

When in the course of your day to day activities, reaching agreement and connecting with others can be a welcome thing. Setting the intention on experiencing joy and creating in that moment together to accomplish goals, will open the blessings of the Source/God to you. Finding joy in the Present Moment will make a big difference to mass shifting into higher Dimensional Energy. Turn the fear around. Bury the weapons, or turn them into plowshares. Return to the Garden.
Entering into relationship with others is a desirable thing. Each of you has a key to the matrix, a virtual piece of the puzzle, a spark of the Divine Life Force, all of that and more. Within each of you is great potential for good. It is only when that potential is thwarted that individuals become unhappy and find life difficult.
Breathing in air and nourishment from the Source/God in the form of energy and elemental nutrients, is the natural way to sustain ourselves and renew our energy. Substance abuse in all its many forms, including food, derails this natural system, and prevents us from being fully Present in the Moment, in connection with Source/God.
We don't have to search for something, seeking energy highs from physical exercise (though that is a health promoting activity), or from any activity. It is enough to Be Present and find joy and energy in this juncture and Conjunctures you recognize. Within your reach is all the joy and fulfilment you can handle. You all know this on some level and sense it is close and desirable. Those of you who actively seek and participate have experienced this.
Perhaps you feel that you need permission to allow yourself to live that way. Perhaps you are waiting for everyone to "go there" together. It feels somehow unacceptable [to be] in the Present Moment by yourself. Connecting in "pods" allows for connection by consensus, but as individuals, we hold ourselves back.
Being content and grateful for each connection made and welcoming each potential connection will help in removing hurdles you place in your own way to prevent our direct and immediate approach into the Present Moment. Ego once again says "beware, look at the negative things of the past", fear replaces love, and you let obstacles throw you off your path. Being aware that you are sabotaging yourself, is the first step. Make a goal to achieve the joyful state of Being in the Present Moment fully. Remind yourself of your goals, and celebrate your achievements, and renew your goals often.
When you do this, all needful things are added to you as blessings pour out upon you from Source/God. Allow yourself to do good whenever you can. Serve others, smile and uplift others, contribute your abilities to create Peace, Love each other. Make the world around you a little better as you make your way along your path.
Rejoice! Take a stand against abuse. Start with yourself. Don't allow you to beat yourself up if you don't meet your own expectations or those others may try to impose on you. Seek after the desires of your heart instead. Keep the slate clear. Remove clutter that collects in your mind, in your life. Each of you has the capacity to achieve all of your heart's desires at any time. Turn around and find yourself in a different place. Clear and release the tension and weight of density you take on.

Good morning. This morning we would like to attend your session within the context of reevolution, meaning great political and social upheaval.
Me - What do you mean by that?
In times when there is much shifting and movement, there is an alternative to thinking of the process of increasing the dissonance and disparity until a threshold is reached and a shift takes place. In that process, [after the shifting takes place,] a period of time is required for everything to settle again in an acceptable order. That new platform often contains the seeds of the imbalance that created it
Consider this alternative. When you sense the shifting and movement, welcome the seeds of change. Examine the opportunity to manifest and create within the present Moment. Bring your skills and talents, all resources that you have been blessed with, join with others of like mind, and seek ways to return to balance and harmony (ultimately to Peace and Love) in a way that integrates your goals and hearts desires. Asking for inspiration and guidance at the Conjuncture, assures that this process will be successful because you are Present in the stream and within the parameters set by God/Source. There is a better way than upheaval and total reorganization.
The alternative is easier, better in all ways, and more liable to be successful because it is God/Source based. Because there has been a past precedent, does not mean that is the [only] way to follow. Look at the results of following that path, war and destruction.
Your non violent communication and restorative justice processes are making in roads into this alternative process. Reject fear when it is Presented, and stand for the Truth of Peace and Love. Any military action is contrary to this stand. Remember you cannot fight for anything, Resistance of any kind, hostility and polarization, can only lead away from Peace and Love, never toward it.
The parameter of the measure of creation of all things is Peace and Love, respect for differentiation and free agency. There are different ways of seeing reality, multiple platforms for creativity, but all can cooperate in balance and harmony.
The American Dream was beautiful in its idealism, based as it was on political and social upheaval, is now grossly perverted and misused for greed and control. Peace cannot be enforced with armed forces. Peace is already present in all things and simply needs to be respected and honoured as part of the God/Source. Man is not the God/Source. Man is a small part of creation, and like all of creation, is designed to participate in the flow of Life Force, in this Free Will Zone, according to the parameters of God/Source, and is blessed and nourished by the Stream of Intelligence/Energy. Recognize that we are so blessed, and gratefully return our energy, and actively participate accordingly with the rest of creation.

Good morning. When in the course of your daily activities, you recognize and welcome the opportunity to be of service, and it is the desire of your heart to be of service, be sure to approach the situation with the right attitude. Approach the Moment with Love, not to glorify yourself or be seen by others.
Me - [having trouble getting a message] Are you wanting to discuss my pride?
Yes.
Me - When I get excited or passionate about the situation, I find myself expounding, thinking it is inspired, coming from my heart, but often it is not a peaceful feeling, and the heightened energy leaves me unsettled with an uncomfortable feeling.
That is your ego. When you are coming from your heart, you will feel good about it. Ego wants to assert itself,and thinks it needs to be heard. The heart is patient and kind.
Me - As I find myself doing more of what I love to do, receiving blessings, it feels like I am finding my "place" and doing what I am good at, I am being recognized by others, and I find myself in a different space and it feels prideful.
Yes, that is what we want to discuss today, but could not bring it up ourselves. Now that you bring it up, this is a sensitive issue and one well worth looking at. Because it is the nature of man to sense an importance in what is close to the heart, what you have passion about, it is easy to get off the track and ego slips in and a sense of self importance can take over.
Awareness is always the answer. Being aware when you get the feeling that you are in the middle of the situation, take charge [of yourself] and step back. Add Peace to the situation, [as you have practised] bring your attention to Peace and Love.
Your ego will sabotage the situation if allowed to run free. It wants to keep you to itself, to prevent you from being one in the Moment in a Conjuncture, therefore to lose itself. The Masters have taught that to lose oneself in service is the way to gain the eternal reward, or to truly find oneself. What that entails is putting others first, the best way to keep the ego from taking over. By respecting others and their "work" and their junctures and building Conjunctures, Conjunctions, you expand your personal juncture. Ego is only familiar with your juncture. Outside of your Signature Juncture, ego does not function. So when you feel that you are in the center, recognize that your juncture is in the right place to make the connections for building a Conjuncture. Be grateful, celebrate with joyfulness that you bring to the [new] Conjuncture, and release ego from the job of anchoring you to that personal time/space. As you free yourself to be of service to the others in that Conjuncture, be it one or more individuals, you will find joy in serving, without the chains of ego to bring you into subservience to it's illusions. Learning to escape the bondage of your ego in your Signature Juncture, you will find that you are better able to see the nature of your juncture and use the tools and skills you are blessed with to advantage, within a larger context where you can be more objective. When you can think and experience on the Galactic Level, there will be less ego interference, because it is unable to function at that level. [when you leave your Signature Juncture behind] Love and Peace are also out of ego's realm, another good reason to go to the Present Moment and call in Love and Peace. The illumination that comes with acceptance and allowing [and dismissal of ego] will light your way out of darkness and limitation. That is how losing the self [ego] ultimately frees you to become who you can become. It is hard to be prideful when you have entered into Conjuncture with others in the right way.

Good morning, dear one. This morning we wish to convey a message of hope, at the time of your equinox. Your Earth holds such potential, such beauty, so much to offer to your species. Gratitude is the attitude that should prevail in general. What you attain to above and beyond that is bonus. Gratitude is enough to bring you joy. It is such a waste, to get bogged down in worries and anxieties, and fears. Start eliminating fears from your life. Notice the little things you do out of fear, and replace those habits with a welcome and Love. You have all the knowledge and skills to handle any situation that comes up with understanding and integrity and return everything to Peace and Love.
Egypt - Return to your ways of receiving that you know. Use this knowledge to receive all the blessings you are entitled to. You are loved.
Messages from us are a blessing that you well deserve. It is difficult for you to understand this, but we see that you are making progress and we rejoice in your small steps and understanding you are acquiring. Resistance is not useful. Be aware when you are resisting, relax and allow. Be grateful for those you come in contact with and the gifts they bring to the moment. Good morning. Today we will discuss the return of energy to the Source. We have mentioned the Alpha & Omega Return which is possibly difficult for you to understand, but there are other ways as well. When humans resonate with Love and Peace, which is close to the resonance of God/Source, an attraction is set up and an increase [of energy] is created. The same thing happens with fear and the "insurgents" use fear to draw energy away from God/Source, and strengthen the density of the 3rd Dimension.
Me - Is there more we should understand about fear? Can you explain the Alpha & Omega?
Yes. There is more. If you understand that fear is counter to the flow of Source/God and that it prevents you from increasing the vibration of the planet, actually depleting the energy flow, by disconnecting from it, it brings us to the effects on the Alpha & Omega Return. This outlying juncture [where you reside] differs from a juncture along the path of the Stream of Energy/ Intelligence, which propagates or is more like an energy booting relay station along the way, The end points are established with the Alpha & Omega Return, which increases the energy which is at One with the beginning. We will try to explain this to you. Realize that this [end] position in the flow is critical to the flow of the whole, similar to the importance/relevance of any of the other stations along the way, but different. The Alpha & Omega mechanism, in addition to sustaining, maintaining and boosting the Stream and the energy matrix at points of greatest concentration, could be described as a Conjuncture with Source/God. It could also be understood within the context of realization of Oneness. The connection of the beginning and ending become one with all of the parts in the middle holographically. The stations along the way are one with the beginning and the ending holographically, but the outlying stations have an additional function.
Me - Are we making progress?
Slowly. Trying to help you understand the difference is difficult. We will search for a metaphor you can understand.
Me - I keep returning in my mind to the ancient Celtic drawings which seem to depict this idea.
Good. |Perhaps as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. Most of the pictures have 2 heads or a beginning and an ending seeing and knowing each other. Often the head is devouring the tail, depicting the inclusion of the ending into the beginning. "In the one great round there is no beginning and no ending", has the concept, but not completely. The beginning and the ending may be changed by their connection and Oneness, but they still maintain their unique Signature Junctures. The Alpha & Omega connection works through their distinct differences. It only works with Peace and Love. The opposite clarifies the difference between the two, stirring a remembrance of the Truth of the Source/God, but outside its workings and disturbing to the overall integrity of its nature.
In addition we wish to bring up the idea/notion of unified intention in its best application toward aligning with the intention and holographic nature of God/Source. In alignment and Oneness, intention can help to bring about the fulfilment of the measure of the nature of its creation through trust and faith in Source/God. Whatever the Stream has attained to through its journey is included holographically and it has evolved. It can be supported with your intention or it can be destroyed as the insurgents are attempting.
Back to "Gratitude is the Attitude". In all of our research and compilation in our record keeping, we are astounded by the order and magnitude of the beauty and function of the creation of God/Source. We are taking our stand toward its preservation and sustenance. We are requesting your assistance in this great alignment which is taking place at this time. Gather together in your "pods, find your groups, and use the power of your Conjunctures to resonate with Love and Peace and increase the energy, so it can fulfil the measure of its creation and go forth to complete the Alpha & Omega, as is the design. If you are uncertain in your independence, as to which "horse you should back", look at the "fruits of the tree", darkness, destruction and death, or light, life and the pursuit of joy. We can't imagine how people let themselves get bogged down in bitterness and anger, when they could choose to be grateful and turn toward Love and Oneness. Till we meet again.

Good morning. We return to our previous discussion topic of connection to the Source/God in Oneness. In this Free Will Sector of the Galactic Universe, choice to align and become one is necessary for your species. The elemental and plant & animal kingdoms understand the nature of God/Source with all of their being and follow the directives of their creation. Man on the other hand, lacks this cellular memory, or rather it has been deactivated, in order for a conscious choice to be able to be made, to open to this understanding, and to make the alignment. This understanding can be attained by choices to draw near to it briefly, but you also have the knowledge that it is not a permanent state [for you]. That is probably your biggest dilemma, how to make it a permanent state [by choice]. We have some suggestions if you are interested.
Me - Very much so.
1. Hold firmly to your goals. Have you heard that before? Your goals seem elusive. Make them and remind yourself often enough for them to become a part of you, until they are actualized, and then set some new ones.
2. Return often to places in your mind that give you great joy. Return often to [actual] places where you find great joy. Include opportunities for service in your day to day activities that bring you joy. Spend time with others who add joy to your life.
3. Create for yourself opportunities to engage creatively and return often to the Present Moment.
4. Welcome in the energy of Source/God and allow yourself to be a part of the greater whole. Release any resistance you meet up with along your way.
5. Receive inspiration from the beauty and complex order around you and be a part of the Conjuncture Earth makes in this time/space.
Mostly you know all of this, and you recognize the energy around you. Perhaps the problem is where you put your priorities. Somehow you have convinced yourselves that the illusion of the everyday existence is meaningful and important. You can switch your allegiance from that illusion which compels your focus and energy to maintain it, to the importance of Source/God, and not a religious concept of it which is also an illusion, albeit a useful and [can be a] beneficent illusion.
We would like to add the urgency and possibilities of this Present Moment, to help you in changing your allegiance to the Galactic perspective, away from maintaining the illusion you collectively hold. NOW is the time. The celestial bodies of your Galaxy are aligned, the streaming Energy/Intelligence is prepared for the influx needed, the Galactic Beings are ready to support you in this. All is in order in this time/space.
You do not have to wait any longer. Previously it was not ready, and waiting was the nature of the game, "the waiting game". But you seem to have adopted that mentality, that it might all pass by and nothing will happen....again. Be like the little children who are not restricted by past experiences, other than those imposed on them. Be careful what you are imposing on them. You do not have to wait for the Messiah and the 2nd coming, or a mass UFO landing, or a great wave of energy to encompass the Earth. Use your time wisely and approach your alignment with Oneness in whatever way works for you. Jump in with both feet, gradually [with] one toe at a time, in your way that is comfortable for you.
It is easier with a group of like minded people who hold the common intention. Use your energy to assist the group [what ever group you are in] to raise the vibration of the whole, to recognize the importance of the alignment, to shift into the Oneness. [Make sure you are] not [shifting into] another illusion. You do not have to lower your vibration when you are around others. They will rise to your vibration. Others are looking for an opportunity to align and become One. Everyone ultimately knows. The insurgents have taken resistance to a new level and think they can achieve oneness there. (Laughter)
Me - In the movies, when the evil guy thinks he gets to the prize, the Holy Grail or such, he implodes or disintegrates, or is destroyed by the light.
Yes, his illusion falls apart.
Let us end today on a positive note. In the similitude of the wisdom taught by all of the masters, follow the path that leads to Oneness.

Good morning. To begin today, we wish to express our gratitude for the opportunity we have to serve the Greater Good in this way, to share our knowledge and information with humankind, and particularly to be able to help at this time/space juncture. It is a glorious event which is taking place.
Me - I am also grateful to be of service at this time, to be a part of whatever is happening.
We would like to help you understand this event from a larger perspective, as you cannot see much from your vantage point.
Firstly, the Streaming Energy/Intelligence has been building in readiness for a large Alpha & Omega Return. This has happened before in our records, but has evolved since that time long ago, and will be unique in this time/space juncture. So many factors are in play, that the outcome and the Direction from God/Source, though somewhat predictable with our understanding of the parameters of creation thus far, will hold some interest for the Galactic Universe to watch it unfold. Many beings have intention as to what would be beneficial to see happen in the way of new and changing direction, there is also intention being held for your species to awake and arise to assist in your own transformation to a greater understanding of what you can become. Those who covet control and resist the coming changes will find themselves on shaky ground at best. They cannot stop it, and their efforts to divert it and harness it will only pervert and disable it in the sphere in which their intervention operates, perverting and disabling their own sector. They think they will be able to maintain their dysfunction after the upgrade, but it is our understanding that all of their efforts will fall away. Just as the builders of the dams have taken the life force from the flow of water in their attempt to harness its power, they will find that their attempts to harness the flow from Source will meet with the destruction which is inherent in their plan.
Peace and Love is all there is in the end. It would be so much more worthwhile if they would cooperate with Source/God and align with the Greater Design to assist in the process rather than fighting it, in the end to bring about their own destruction. [you get what you are looking for, like attracts like, you can't solve the problem in the same way it was created, etc] Enough about the negative side, except to say that the polarity they create will bring awareness and the opportunity for new channels to open.
To resume, the picture of what is about to take place is larger than you imagine, has greater potential than you might think, and can affect you in ways you might not have thought of. Your concept and fascination with Zombies has been interesting for us as well. Perhaps you are thinking that as a species if you are deadened and desensitized that the energy will pass by and not affect you. Those will also be left out, and left behind in the density that will be transformed along with the elemental life forms.
Me - Am I getting this right?
You are doing OK, we will try to clarify the picture as we are losing your focus.
What we see is an outpouring of Light and Love, an abundance of substance/matter that is like unto God/Source, and a raising up of vibration from the density of the 3rd Dimension to the 5th Dimension. Don't worry about the 4th Dimension. It is Time. The 5th Dimension is just another aspect of being, added on to what you already understand and experience. You are beginning to experience it. Perhaps it will explain why you feel bursts of understanding and beginnings of the changes, but do not have it consistently and wonder what is wrong with you. We discussed previously how you are connecting occasionally but are not connected continuously. You achieve understanding bit by bit. You are adapting to the changes little by little and when you are able, will find you are already there with no great shift happening. This is the easiest way for you. We are all anxiously waiting for more and more of you to make the transition. When enough have done this, the connections (more like shackles) with the reality of density will begin to fall away and will be left behind. We are not so interested at this moment with what will happen with what gets left behind as we are interested in what will move forward and in what will be created and the ways the new will function. There will be plenty of time later to look at what is left behind and to make sure that all that can be salvaged will move up. What can be rehabilitated will be attended [to]. The insurgent factor will be addressed in the attempt to convert or at least prevent further regrouping and re-emergence. The role it has played in creating polarity and bringing awareness to keep the opposite from getting off track, we believe, will not be needed any more. [Perhaps that is what the prophets referred to by Satan no longer having power.]
There has been much intention placed on a new way of inclusion that can maintain itself with challenge that does not have to involve opposition. Formerly the parameters of God/Source have included the principle of opposition in all things, to perpetuate itself, especially in the Free Will Sector. We are seeing a new development, on the magnitude of '"Christ's first coming that ended 'sacrifice by the shedding of blood'" in all of its metaphoric application. This "2nd coming", as it were, or new era, may end [the] finding [of] direction by seeing where not to go. In this way, moving directly to the intention of where you want to go [or be] (back to goals again), within the parameters of God/Source, will eliminate the need for opposition. We will all see if it is going to happen, if so, how it will work, and if the inhabitants of Earth will be able to abide by it. You are such a contrary species!
Just remember Love and Peace is really all there is!

Be careful of judgement of others and interference in their Free agency. In your decision making, develop your integrity and your ability to take a stand for that which improves the condition of man, that which brings attention to alignment With Source/God, that which uplifts and inspires and is praiseworthy. Think of yourself creating history, create something good, and worthwhile leaving to the next generations.

Good morning. Reaching out to grasp the better choice or element regularly, helps to put us on a path towards achieving the Greater Good. Opening your mind to think on a larger scale will also help you to be able to better understand the nature of the Life Source. We are wanting to help you to broaden your perspective so that you can take your place along side other Beings from more advanced civilizations. When your perspective is limited, you cannot see much [stuff] that is present in any given Moment.
Me - Like that story about the coming of the white man, and the natives could not see the ships, until the medicine man who saw them, could explain the concept and broaden their understanding. Then they could see them.

Me - I can see how we limit ourselves, because I felt a shot of fear go through. My first response was great, sure, then I had a flash of fear. It is the ego right? Trying to maintain it's control. To become more of who I can become is one of my understood but unspoken goals. Time to write and speak them. [wrote my goals here] Many of my goals are large, whole species and planetary goals. None of them are galactic in scale....not so, one is, now that I recognize it, all of them are. It is a matter of my perspective how large my goals become.

Realize that you are not alone as a species here on Earth. You talk about your masters and angels being there to support you to the extent that your faith and openness will allow them to.
Consider that your whole species - Humans- are supported, that your planet is supported, that your Galaxy is supported, etc. You can call on "angels" to assist you in any endeavor. What assistance you receive depends on the nature of your request. The greater your perspective, the greater your support. Desires for the Greater Good will call in support that can assist with that. Desires for personal gain will call in that support which can assist with that. If you set a goal to become a Galactic Being, in alignment with Source/God, that is the connection and support you will call in.
Me - Perhaps that is why I have such a fascination with all things Arthurian, and the Holy Grail, to understand this concept......Sorry, I digressed, but am back again.

Good morning. Blessings on your special day. We hope to convey a special message to you this day. Understanding of group processes comes through experiences with various groups. Understanding of each individual's process is a unique experience, though there are certain factors that are common in nearly all experiences. What we have come to understand of the nature of this information is what we will share today.
In order for one to participate in any activity fully, one must adjust the level of openness and awareness to be able to recognize changes in the flow from moment to moment. Within this experience of reaching out, consider the availability of certain aspects of yourself that have an influence on what is transpiring. From our point of view, it is useful to minimize these aspects, and rather [to] use our abilities of observation.
It is possible to participate with minimal influence on the situation. In that case, you can be involved and be open to gain understanding more than if you insert your own influence into the situation. This is as true in individual process as it is in group process. You can learn more about yourself by observation of your influences on situations around you, than by influencing and trying to control and direct events around you. .... In the stillness, there you are.
Love and nourish yourself. Be your own best supporter. It is OK to recognize yourself. You do not have to be recognized by others to be a valid entity in the Galactic Universe. You are valid, it is a given. How you access the potential you have, to become and participate fully, is the interesting part. These factors which underlie the choices we make along these lines, in our understanding, are just as valid as your existence.
We have drawn your attention to Being in the Present Moment often, and find that this is a good place to start with any intention. In the Present Moment you will find that aligning with the Galactic Flow assists you in many ways. Here are 4 Ways: (1) giving clarity by releasing what is not relevant, (2) providing Galactic Perspective which broadens the understanding, (3) connecting you, much like plugging in an electric cord, to energy and insight, and (4) offering a place to come from, reminding you that Love and Peace is all there is and that everything is connected. Thus as each individual goes to the place where they become One within the Present Moment, they all find a common ground for their group work. Call it what you will, heart resonance, entering into the river together, etc, this individual process of Being in the Moment works even better when done as a group. The sense of becoming connected as an individual and letting the ego and trappings of illusion fall away, as well as the past knowledge you have received which was only relevant in a previous Present Moment, and accessing information that is relevant in this Present Moment, allows you to participate as an observer of the New.
Me - That is why I keep getting this reality check message when leaders or others assert their past knowledge and experience, though good and possibly helpful to some, does not have the correct resonance because it is from a Past Present Moment.
Yes. You can recognize this. It is hard for you to leave behind the idea that someone needs to lead. Those of you who are used to leading, can accomplish more by observing changes in the flow of the Present Moment.
Exercise: (To be used before you start your individual or group intentional process) [Relax.....Close your eyes and do the breath work which works best for you].....Find that place you know where you find Peace and Love, Life and Joy.....connected to all that is....you are at One with God/Source. Rest in that place for a few moments.......Apply this connection to your intention with the 4 Ways [above].

Good morning and welcome to you. We are glad you are here. Instead of our usual discussion, we wish to play a bit.
Reach out with your mind to the time/space when you were born, especially [since it is] around the time of your birthday. When you get there, look around and notice the nature of the space. Between the structures of the formation you can "zoom in" to spaces where information is held. We will try to describe to you how to access this information. Many of you find that with your senses that you use to navigate the 3rd dimensional density, one or more of them are more finely tuned or more developed, largely because you rely on particular ones more often. When presented with new experiences you will use that sense (which you are used to using or most familiar with) to interpret the information. By so doing, you are accessing only a small amount of what is there. To be able to expand to access more of what is available in any given Moment .......relax and allow what is attracted to you to come to you. Open yourself to receive it and [let it] bring itself to your understanding using your higher faculties. You will be able to interpret it in other ways, to know it without limiting it. We have mentioned that you attract to you what you "need", as your thoughts are, and what you desire consciously or unconsciously. Would you like to try it?
Me - I'm back. Had to go to the bathroom and chase a giant cockroach, but I did go where you said. I am close to my Signature Juncture with my birthday, so I went there. It felt like a box up close with the the walls being a grid of horizontal lines, more like rows of stuff. I looked between the lines to see the spaces. I did the exercise you suggested and many of the spaces were drawn to me. Thought I would see a vision, but they only illuminated me, like a hologram. It was me. So I saw that I was only accessing a few of the spaces. I understand now that I can go there, allow more of the spaces and become more of who I can become.
Very good. We can talk all day, but if you can experience it..... The same can be done with any time/space juncture. The way you experienced the process just now, is individual, and each individual will bring their own experience to this mode of discovery. Each exploration of the time/space junctures will be unique as the individual evolves and as the junctures vary.
Within the context of this type of exploration, and because we are our job, we return to information retrieval and storage. What you are able to access at any time/space juncture is what you are attracting and open to receive. That is why the group process works better. Together you can access more.
Me - Why are you not worried about "insurgents" messing things up in the time/space junctures?
They can only be accessed within the parameters with which they were designed and the information only flows according to their desires and openness. If they can get there [unlikely], or if they can learn about it through someone who can access it, their methods will not work on the source/flow. They can only approximate its reconstruction in 3rd dimensional density and it will lack the life source and direction which makes it truly functional.
Me - How are we doing?
Getting there. In addition [to] being able to access more of who you can become, or information relevant to the group process in the Present Moment, there is much more there. Try again.
Me - OK [Went to the Present Moment[ Don't think that went very well. [Debated whether to continue writing or skip this, will go ahead] Realized that I could go through into what was on the other side. Oh, remembered a charge given to me previously to help people over the 3 green boxes. Never figured that one out. Perhaps these are the 3 green boxes: Signature Junctures, time/space junctures, and Conjunctures. Allowed what was there to be attracted to me. Small black hard things came at me, bit by bit covering me until I was completely covered. All went black. It was a bit scary. Decided to come back to the other side, brought this stuff and tried to access what I had, but didn't like it much. Got it all off and then tried to look at it. What I could see of myself looked altered, dimmed, a different color. Am I OK?
Well, that was interesting. On considering how that went, we think what you collected, has indeed affected you in some way. We are quite interested in what you brought back. Could you give us permission to examine it?

It seems to have some density, so we are not sure where it came from. Upon examining it, it does not appear to be energy/information.
Me - The thought came to me that it may have been a travel suit of sorts to protect me as I travelled somewhere.
You may be right and it would appear to be able to resist great heat. Is there some place you are wanting to go like that? It may have been an invitation.
Me - the cave with the huge crystals in Mexico? or the interior of the earth to visit the magma people? No real burning desire, ha ha. Not sure if really want to do that at all. If I am following the path of my joy, it does not lead in that direction. Am I OK, intact and not damaged? Can you help clear that?

Good morning. This morning we would like to attend your session within the context of reevolution, meaning great political and social upheaval.
Me - What do you mean by that?
In times when there is much shifting and movement, there is an alternative to thinking of the process of increasing the dissonance and disparity until a threshold is reached and a shift takes place. In that process, [after the shifting takes place,] a period of time is required for everything to settle again in an acceptable order. That new platform often contains the seeds of the imbalance that created it
Consider this alternative. When you sense the shifting and movement, welcome the seeds of change. Examine the opportunity to manifest and create within the present Moment. Bring your skills and talents, all resources that you have been blessed with, join with others of like mind, and seek ways to return to balance and harmony (ultimately to Peace and Love) in a way that integrates your goals and hearts desires. Asking for inspiration and guidance at the Conjuncture, assures that this process will be successful because you are Present in the stream and within the parameters set by God/Source. There is a better way than upheaval and total reorganization.
The alternative is easier, better in all ways, and more liable to be successful because it is God/Source based. Because there has been a past precedent, does not mean that is the [only] way to follow. Look at the results of following that path, war and destruction.
Your non violent communication and restorative justice processes are making in roads into this alternative process. Reject fear when it is Presented, and stand for the Truth of Peace and Love. Any military action is contrary to this stand. Remember you cannot fight for anything, Resistance of any kind, hostility and polarization, can only lead away from Peace and Love, never toward it.
The parameter of the measure of creation of all things is Peace and Love, respect for differentiation and free agency. There are different ways of seeing reality, multiple platforms for creativity, but all can cooperate in balance and harmony.
The American Dream was beautiful in its idealism, based as it was on political and social upheaval, is now grossly perverted and misused for greed and control. Peace cannot be enforced with armed forces. Peace is already present in all things and simply needs to be respected and honoured as part of the God/Source. Man is not the God/Source. Man is a small part of creation, and like all of creation, is designed to participate in the flow of Life Force, in this Free Will Zone, according to the parameters of God/Source, and is blessed and nourished by the Stream of Intelligence/Energy. Recognize that we are so blessed, and gratefully return our energy, and actively participate accordingly with the rest of creation.

Remember who you are, created in the image of God/ Source, and make all of your actions reflect that image, and clarify that image for others who may be in darkness.

Good morning. When in the course of your daily activities, you recognize and welcome the opportunity to be of service, and it is the desire of your heart to be of service, be sure to approach the situation with the right attitude. Approach the Moment with Love, not to glorify yourself or be seen by others.
Me - [having trouble getting a message] Are you wanting to discuss my pride?
Yes.
Me - When I get excited or passionate about the situation, I find myself expounding, thinking it is inspired, coming from my heart, but often it is not a peaceful feeling, and the heightened energy leaves me unsettled with an uncomfortable feeling.
That is your ego. When you are coming from your heart, you will feel good about it. Ego wants to assert itself,and thinks it needs to be heard. The heart is patient and kind.
Me - As I find myself doing more of what I love to do, receiving blessings, it feels like I am finding my "place" and doing what I am good at, I am being recognized by others, and I find myself in a different space and it feels prideful.
Yes, that is what we want to discuss today, but could not bring it up ourselves. Now that you bring it up, this is a sensitive issue and one well worth looking at. Because it is the nature of man to sense an importance in what is close to the heart, what you have passion about, it is easy to get off the track and ego slips in and a sense of self importance can take over.
Awareness is always the answer. Being aware when you get the feeling that you are in the middle of the situation, take charge [of yourself] and step back. Add Peace to the situation, [as you have practised] bring your attention to Peace and Love.
Your ego will sabotage the situation if allowed to run free. It wants to keep you to itself, to prevent you from being one in the Moment in a Conjuncture, therefore to lose itself. The Masters have taught that to lose oneself in service is the way to gain the eternal reward, or to truly find oneself. What that entails is putting others first, the best way to keep the ego from taking over. By respecting others and their "work" and their junctures and building Conjunctures, Conjunctions, you expand your personal juncture. Ego is only familiar with your juncture. Outside of your Signature Juncture, ego does not function. So when you feel that you are in the center, recognize that your juncture is in the right place to make the connections for building a Conjuncture. Be grateful, celebrate with joyfulness that you bring to the [new] Conjuncture, and release ego from the job of anchoring you to that personal time/space. As you free yourself to be of service to the others in that Conjuncture, be it one or more individuals, you will find joy in serving, without the chains of ego to bring you into subservience to it's illusions. Learning to escape the bondage of your ego in your Signature Juncture, you will find that you are better able to see the nature of your juncture and use the tools and skills you are blessed with to advantage, within a larger context where you can be more objective. When you can think and experience on the Galactic Level, there will be less ego interference, because it is unable to function at that level. [when you leave your Signature Juncture behind] Love and Peace are also out of ego's realm, another good reason to go to the Present Moment and call in Love and Peace. The illumination that comes with acceptance and allowing [and dismissal of ego] will light your way out of darkness and limitation. That is how losing the self [ego] ultimately frees you to become who you can become. It is hard to be prideful when you have entered into Conjuncture with others in the right way.

Yes. There is a succubus like a black hole, wanting to devour all understanding, that it might assimilate all to be recreated for its own purposes. In the end it will only devour itself and disappear. However, until it is gone you will be able to do your creating in a higher dimension where it will remain intact, while the 3rd Dimensional density is busy devouring itself in its greed.

Rising up is a good metaphor for this particular time. Rise up into the 5th Dimension.

Good morning, dear one. This morning we wish to convey a message of hope, at the time of your equinox. Your Earth holds such potential, such beauty, so much to offer to your species. Gratitude is the attitude that should prevail in general. What you attain to above and beyond that is bonus. Gratitude is enough to bring you joy. It is such a waste, to get bogged down in worries and anxieties, and fears. Start eliminating fears from your life. Notice the little things you do out of fear, and replace those habits with a welcome and Love. You have all the knowledge and skills to handle any situation that comes up with understanding and integrity and return everything to Peace and Love.
Egypt - Return to your ways of receiving that you know. Use this knowledge to receive all the blessings you are entitled to. You are loved.
Messages from us are a blessing that you well deserve. It is difficult for you to understand this, but we see that you are making progress and we rejoice in your small steps and understanding you are acquiring. Resistance is not useful. Be aware when you are resisting, relax and allow. Be grateful for those you come in contact with and the gifts they bring to the moment. Good morning. Today we will discuss the return of energy to the Source. We have mentioned the Alpha & Omega Return which is possibly difficult for you to understand, but there are other ways as well. When humans resonate with Love and Peace, which is close to the resonance of God/Source, an attraction is set up and an increase [of energy] is created. The same thing happens with fear and the "insurgents" use fear to draw energy away from God/Source, and strengthen the density of the 3rd Dimension.
Me - Is there more we should understand about fear? Can you explain the Alpha & Omega?
Yes. There is more. If you understand that fear is counter to the flow of Source/God and that it prevents you from increasing the vibration of the planet, actually depleting the energy flow, by disconnecting from it, it brings us to the effects on the Alpha & Omega Return. This outlying juncture [where you reside] differs from a juncture along the path of the Stream of Energy/ Intelligence, which propagates or is more like an energy booting relay station along the way, The end points are established with the Alpha & Omega Return, which increases the energy which is at One with the beginning. We will try to explain this to you. Realize that this [end] position in the flow is critical to the flow of the whole, similar to the importance/relevance of any of the other stations along the way, but different. The Alpha & Omega mechanism, in addition to sustaining, maintaining and boosting the Stream and the energy matrix at points of greatest concentration, could be described as a Conjuncture with Source/God. It could also be understood within the context of realization of Oneness. The connection of the beginning and ending become one with all of the parts in the middle holographically. The stations along the way are one with the beginning and the ending holographically, but the outlying stations have an additional function.
Me - Are we making progress?
Slowly. Trying to help you understand the difference is difficult. We will search for a metaphor you can understand.
Me - I keep returning in my mind to the ancient Celtic drawings which seem to depict this idea.
Good. |Perhaps as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. Most of the pictures have 2 heads or a beginning and an ending seeing and knowing each other. Often the head is devouring the tail, depicting the inclusion of the ending into the beginning. "In the one great round there is no beginning and no ending", has the concept, but not completely. The beginning and the ending may be changed by their connection and Oneness, but they still maintain their unique Signature Junctures. The Alpha & Omega connection works through their distinct differences. It only works with Peace and Love. The opposite clarifies the difference between the two, stirring a remembrance of the Truth of the Source/God, but outside its workings and disturbing to the overall integrity of its nature.
In addition we wish to bring up the idea/notion of unified intention in its best application toward aligning with the intention and holographic nature of God/Source. In alignment and Oneness, intention can help to bring about the fulfilment of the measure of the nature of its creation through trust and faith in Source/God. Whatever the Stream has attained to through its journey is included holographically and it has evolved. It can be supported with your intention or it can be destroyed as the insurgents are attempting.
Back to "Gratitude is the Attitude". In all of our research and compilation in our record keeping, we are astounded by the order and magnitude of the beauty and function of the creation of God/Source. We are taking our stand toward its preservation and sustenance. We are requesting your assistance in this great alignment which is taking place at this time. Gather together in your "pods, find your groups, and use the power of your Conjunctures to resonate with Love and Peace and increase the energy, so it can fulfil the measure of its creation and go forth to complete the Alpha & Omega, as is the design. If you are uncertain in your independence, as to which "horse you should back", look at the "fruits of the tree", darkness, destruction and death, or light, life and the pursuit of joy. We can't imagine how people let themselves get bogged down in bitterness and anger, when they could choose to be grateful and turn toward Love and Oneness. Till we meet again.

Me - Good morning, welcome.
Good morning. We return to our previous discussion topic of connection to the Source/God in Oneness. In this Free Will Sector of the Galactic Universe, choice to align and become one is necessary for your species. The elemental and plant & animal kingdoms understand the nature of God/Source with all of their being and follow the directives of their creation. Man on the other hand, lacks this cellular memory, or rather it has been deactivated, in order for a conscious choice to be able to be made, to open to this understanding, and to make the alignment. This understanding can be attained by choices to draw near to it briefly, but you also have the knowledge that it is not a permanent state [for you]. That is probably your biggest dilemma, how to make it a permanent state [by choice]. We have some suggestions if you are interested.
Me - Very much so.
1. Hold firmly to your goals. Have you heard that before? Your goals seem elusive. Make them and remind yourself often enough for them to become a part of you, until they are actualized, and then set some new ones.
2. Return often to places in your mind that give you great joy. Return often to [actual] places where you find great joy. Include opportunities for service in your day to day activities that bring you joy. Spend time with others who add joy to your life.
3. Create for yourself opportunities to engage creatively and return often to the Present Moment.
4. Welcome in the energy of Source/God and allow yourself to be a part of the greater whole. Release any resistance you meet up with along your way.
5. Receive inspiration from the beauty and complex order around you and be a part of the Conjuncture Earth makes in this time/space.
Mostly you know all of this, and you recognize the energy around you. Perhaps the problem is where you put your priorities. Somehow you have convinced yourselves that the illusion of the everyday existence is meaningful and important. You can switch your allegiance from that illusion which compels your focus and energy to maintain it, to the importance of Source/God, and not a religious concept of it which is also an illusion, albeit a useful and [can be a] beneficent illusion.
We would like to add the urgency and possibilities of this Present Moment, to help you in changing your allegiance to the Galactic perspective, away from maintaining the illusion you collectively hold. NOW is the time. The celestial bodies of your Galaxy are aligned, the streaming Energy/Intelligence is prepared for the influx needed, the Galactic Beings are ready to support you in this. All is in order in this time/space.
You do not have to wait any longer. Previously it was not ready, and waiting was the nature of the game, "the waiting game". But you seem to have adopted that mentality, that it might all pass by and nothing will happen....again. Be like the little children who are not restricted by past experiences, other than those imposed on them. Be careful what you are imposing on them. You do not have to wait for the Messiah and the 2nd coming, or a mass UFO landing, or a great wave of energy to encompass the Earth. Use your time wisely and approach your alignment with Oneness in whatever way works for you. Jump in with both feet, gradually [with] one toe at a time, in your way that is comfortable for you.
It is easier with a group of like minded people who hold the common intention. Use your energy to assist the group [what ever group you are in] to raise the vibration of the whole, to recognize the importance of the alignment, to shift into the Oneness. [Make sure you are] not [shifting into] another illusion. You do not have to lower your vibration when you are around others. They will rise to your vibration. Others are looking for an opportunity to align and become One. Everyone ultimately knows. The insurgents have taken resistance to a new level and think they can achieve oneness there. (Laughter)
Me - In the movies, when the evil guy thinks he gets to the prize, the Holy Grail or such, he implodes or disintegrates, or is destroyed by the light.
Yes, his illusion falls apart.
Let us end today on a positive note. In the similitude of the wisdom taught by all of the masters, follow the path that leads to Oneness.

Good morning. To begin today, we wish to express our gratitude for the opportunity we have to serve the Greater Good in this way, to share our knowledge and information with humankind, and particularly to be able to help at this time/space juncture. It is a glorious event which is taking place.
Me - I am also grateful to be of service at this time, to be a part of whatever is happening.
We would like to help you understand this event from a larger perspective, as you cannot see much from your vantage point.
Firstly, the Streaming Energy/Intelligence has been building in readiness for a large Alpha & Omega Return. This has happened before in our records, but has evolved since that time long ago, and will be unique in this time/space juncture. So many factors are in play, that the outcome and the Direction from God/Source, though somewhat predictable with our understanding of the parameters of creation thus far, will hold some interest for the Galactic Universe to watch it unfold. Many beings have intention as to what would be beneficial to see happen in the way of new and changing direction, there is also intention being held for your species to awake and arise to assist in your own transformation to a greater understanding of what you can become. Those who covet control and resist the coming changes will find themselves on shaky ground at best. They cannot stop it, and their efforts to divert it and harness it will only pervert and disable it in the sphere in which their intervention operates, perverting and disabling their own sector. They think they will be able to maintain their dysfunction after the upgrade, but it is our understanding that all of their efforts will fall away. Just as the builders of the dams have taken the life force from the flow of water in their attempt to harness its power, they will find that their attempts to harness the flow from Source will meet with the destruction which is inherent in their plan.
Peace and Love is all there is in the end. It would be so much more worthwhile if they would cooperate with Source/God and align with the Greater Design to assist in the process rather than fighting it, in the end to bring about their own destruction. [you get what you are looking for, like attracts like, you can't solve the problem in the same way it was created, etc] Enough about the negative side, except to say that the polarity they create will bring awareness and the opportunity for new channels to open.
To resume, the picture of what is about to take place is larger than you imagine, has greater potential than you might think, and can affect you in ways you might not have thought of. Your concept and fascination with Zombies has been interesting for us as well. Perhaps you are thinking that as a species if you are deadened and desensitized that the energy will pass by and not affect you. Those will also be left out, and left behind in the density that will be transformed along with the elemental life forms.
Me - Am I getting this right?
You are doing OK, we will try to clarify the picture as we are losing your focus.
What we see is an outpouring of Light and Love, an abundance of substance/matter that is like unto God/Source, and a raising up of vibration from the density of the 3rd Dimension to the 5th Dimension. Don't worry about the 4th Dimension. It is Time. The 5th Dimension is just another aspect of being, added on to what you already understand and experience. You are beginning to experience it. Perhaps it will explain why you feel bursts of understanding and beginnings of the changes, but do not have it consistently and wonder what is wrong with you. We discussed previously how you are connecting occasionally but are not connected continuously. You achieve understanding bit by bit. You are adapting to the changes little by little and when you are able, will find you are already there with no great shift happening. This is the easiest way for you. We are all anxiously waiting for more and more of you to make the transition. When enough have done this, the connections (more like shackles) with the reality of density will begin to fall away and will be left behind. We are not so interested at this moment with what will happen with what gets left behind as we are interested in what will move forward and in what will be created and the ways the new will function. There will be plenty of time later to look at what is left behind and to make sure that all that can be salvaged will move up. What can be rehabilitated will be attended [to]. The insurgent factor will be addressed in the attempt to convert or at least prevent further regrouping and re-emergence. The role it has played in creating polarity and bringing awareness to keep the opposite from getting off track, we believe, will not be needed any more. [Perhaps that is what the prophets referred to by Satan no longer having power.]
There has been much intention placed on a new way of inclusion that can maintain itself with challenge that does not have to involve opposition. Formerly the parameters of God/Source have included the principle of opposition in all things, to perpetuate itself, especially in the Free Will Sector. We are seeing a new development, on the magnitude of '"Christ's first coming that ended 'sacrifice by the shedding of blood'" in all of its metaphoric application. This "2nd coming", as it were, or new era, may end [the] finding [of] direction by seeing where not to go. In this way, moving directly to the intention of where you want to go [or be] (back to goals again), within the parameters of God/Source, will eliminate the need for opposition. We will all see if it is going to happen, if so, how it will work, and if the inhabitants of Earth will be able to abide by it. You are such a contrary species!

Me - Good morning, welcome.
Good morning. Today we wish to communicate something to you. Let us explore some possiblilities. If there are an infinite number of possibilities available at any given point in time/space, holographically speaking, then we should be able to look at a handful at least, in order to make a better choice in the Present Moment. Lets try it together. You go first.
Me - OK. I am sitting in this chair, and my body resists being in the same position for more than a minute or so. What are the possibilities for my comfort? I can shift my weight every minute to keepmy circulation flowing. I can get up and move from time to time. I can sit on the bed instead of the chair. Those are things I usually do. What other options do I have? I could lie on the floor. I could sit on another piece of furniture. There,I am trying another place. I could go in the other room. I could stop this and go back to sleep..... OK. Your turn.
We are observing a certain condition on Earth. We can record what we see from one time/space juncture. We can observe it from a different time/space juncture to get perspective as to other factors that may have previously influenced it. We can look at it from a future place in time/space. We can see the direction it goes according to its natural tendencies and habits that will determine how likely it will be a creative situation or continue in repetitive patterns. We find it to be of more interest to us when creativity enters in and new arises.
We can observe from within the situation by assuming a position within the situation as far as we can, without disrupting or changing the flow of activity. We must back off if our presence changes the outcome in any way. We can stand in the wings so to speak and prompt if we are accepted, or can be heard by the actors, if they ask for a line. We can record at conjunctures when the energy is flowing.
We can record in different ways: measure changes, much like your scientists record data, we can recognize intention, and whether or not events are planned for and coordinated by goals and desires, or unfold randomly. [We note] whether what transpires is in alignment with Source, or setting up dissonant vibrations and disruption of the natural flow. There are certain factors on Earth that are totally predictable and others that are subtle in their influence and bring about variation.
We would like to mention drugs, alcohol, tobacco, stimulants and substances that humans gravitate toward to help them alter their Present Moment. Unfortunately, the effects of this type of alteration take you out of the natural flow of the Present Moment by altering your perception and receptivity, actually subjecting you to be buffeted about by outside influences as your free agency is affected. We can observe its affect on Humans, but as far as we can tell its side effects are much worse than any benefit imagined to come from it. There is something to be said for reminding yourself that you can alter your state of mind at any time, but there are innumerable possible ways to do that, and they have various outcomes.

So drawing this to a conclusion, making the choice to pursue one path over the others is no easy task, and we understand why many of you resist having to make choices. If you practice being in the Present Moment aligning with Source/God, make use of the techniques we go on and on about, like holding your goals firmly, remembering to be grateful, and that Peace and Love is really all there is, you can eliminate a lot of the possibilities without even trying, they fall away by themselves.
When in the Present Moment, the possibilities are attracted to you by your thoughts and goals/desires. Sometimes other Beings have been known to direct certain possibilities toward Humans. They are not taking away from Free Agency, you always have a choice. In that manner be aware of the possibilities directed to you by the "insurgents". You do have a choice in this Free Will Sector.

Using your free agency to direct your life requires some responsibility. The power of entropy is strong, and [as are] other of your physical laws. Energy is required to move and change and create.

Yes. Under Free Will,you are given the opportunity to express your individuality and be creative. It is a great blessing and opportunity. Be careful of judgement of others and interference in their Free agency. In your decision making, develop your integrity and your ability to take a stand for that which improves the condition of man, that which brings attention to alignment With Source/God, that which uplifts and inspires and is praiseworthy. Think of yourself creating history, create something good, and worthwhile leaving to the next generations.

Good morning. Reaching out to grasp the better choice or element regularly, helps to put us on a path towards achieving the Greater Good. Opening your mind to think on a larger scale will also help you to be able to better understand the nature of the Life Source. We are wanting to help you to broaden your perspective so that you can take your place along side other Beings from more advanced civilizations. When your perspective is limited, you cannot see much [stuff] that is present in any given Moment.
Me - Like that story about the coming of the white man, and the natives could not see the ships, until the medicine man who saw them, could explain the concept and broaden their understanding. Then they could see them.
We have brainstormed the various possibilities for helping you to expand your minds, and have come to agreement on a method which we would like to try with you, with your permission.
Me - I can see how we limit ourselves, because I felt a shot of fear go through. My first response was great, sure, then I had a flash of fear. It is the ego right? Trying to maintain it's control. To become more of who I can become is one of my understood but unspoken goals. Time to write and speak them. [wrote my goals here] Many of my goals are large, whole species and planetary goals. None of them are galactic in scale....not so, one is, now that I recognize it, all of them are. It is a matter of my perspective how large my goals become.

Realize that you are not alone as a species here on Earth. You talk about your masters and angels being there to support you to the extent that your faith and openness will allow them to.
Consider that your whole species - Humans- are supported, that your planet is supported, that your Galaxy is supported, etc. You can call on "angels" to assist you in any endeavor. What assistance you receive depends on the nature of your request. The greater your perspective, the greater your support. Desires for the Greater Good will call in support that can assist with that. Desires for personal gain will call in that support which can assist with that. If you set a goal to become a Galactic Being, in alignment with Source/God, that is the connection and support you will call in.
Me - Perhaps that is why I have such a fascination with all things Arthurian, and the Holy Grail, to understand this concept......Sorry, I digressed, but am back again.

When you are expanding, you will receive energy. Relax.... Go into the present Moment and consider what you receive in terms of the basis of all there is, Love and Peace. Keep your goals forefront in your mind to keep you on track and attracting what you need to yourself.

Me - Good morning, welcome.
Good morning. Blessings on your special day. We hope to convey a special message to you this day. Understanding of group processes comes through experiences with various groups. Understanding of each individual's process is a unique experience, though there are certain factors that are common in nearly all experiences. What we have come to understand of the nature of this information is what we will share today.
In order for one to participate in any activity fully, one must adjust the level of openness and awareness to be able to recognize changes in the flow from moment to moment. Within this experience of reaching out, consider the availability of certain aspects of yourself that have an influence on what is transpiring. From our point of view, it is useful to minimize these aspects, and rather [to] use our abilities of observation.
It is possible to participate with minimal influence on the situation. In that case, you can be involved and be open to gain understanding more than if you insert your own influence into the situation. This is as true in individual process as it is in group process. You can learn more about yourself by observation of your influences on situations around you, than by influencing and trying to control and direct events around you. .... In the stillness, there you are.
Love and nourish yourself. Be your own best supporter. It is OK to recognize yourself. You do not have to be recognized by others to be a valid entity in the Galactic Universe. You are valid, it is a given. How you access the potential you have, to become and participate fully, is the interesting part. These factors which underlie the choices we make along these lines, in our understanding, are just as valid as your existence.
We have drawn your attention to Being in the Present Moment often, and find that this is a good place to start with any intention. In the Present Moment you will find that aligning with the Galactic Flow assists you in many ways. Here are 4 Ways: (1) giving clarity by releasing what is not relevant, (2) providing Galactic Perspective which broadens the understanding, (3) connecting you, much like plugging in an electric cord, to energy and insight, and (4) offering a place to come from, reminding you that Love and Peace is all there is and that everything is connected. Thus as each individual goes to the place where they become One within the Present Moment, they all find a common ground for their group work. Call it what you will, heart resonance, entering into the river together, etc, this individual process of Being in the Moment works even better when done as a group. The sense of becoming connected as an individual and letting the ego and trappings of illusion fall away, as well as the past knowledge you have received which was only relevant in a previous Present Moment, and accessing information that is relevant in this Present Moment, allows you to participate as an observer of the New.
Me - That is why I keep getting this reality check message when leaders or others assert their past knowledge and experience, though good and possibly helpful to some, does not have the correct resonance because it is from a Past Present Moment.
Yes. You can recognize this. It is hard for you to leave behind the idea that someone needs to lead. Those of you who are used to leading, can accomplish more by observing changes in the flow of the Present Moment.
Exercise: (To be used before you start your individual or group intentional process) [Relax.....Close your eyes and do the breath work which works best for you].....Find that place you know where you find Peace and Love, Life and Joy.....connected to all that is....you are at One with God/Source. Rest in that place for a few moments.......Apply this connection to your intention with the 4 Ways [above].

Leaving the 3rd Dimensional density behind is a great relief. You no longer have to be what others expect of you. Celebrate.

Me - Good morning, welcome.
Good morning and welcome to you. We are glad you are here. Instead of our usual discussion, we wish to play a bit.
Reach out with your mind to the time/space when you were born, especially [since it is] around the time of your birthday. When you get there, look around and notice the nature of the space. Between the structures of the formation you can "zoom in" to spaces where information is held. We will try to describe to you how to access this information. Many of you find that with your senses that you use to navigate the 3rd dimensional density, one or more of them are more finely tuned or more developed, largely because you rely on particular ones more often. When presented with new experiences you will use that sense (which you are used to using or most familiar with) to interpret the information. By so doing, you are accessing only a small amount of what is there. To be able to expand to access more of what is available in any given Moment .......relax and allow what is attracted to you to come to you. Open yourself to receive it and [let it] bring itself to your understanding using your higher faculties. You will be able to interpret it in other ways, to know it without limiting it. We have mentioned that you attract to you what you "need", as your thoughts are, and what you desire consciously or unconsciously. Would you like to try it?
Me - I'm back. Had to go to the bathroom and chase a giant cockroach, but I did go where you said. I am close to my Signature Juncture with my birthday, so I went there. It felt like a box up close with the the walls being a grid of horizontal lines, more like rows of stuff. I looked between the lines to see the spaces. I did the exercise you suggested and many of the spaces were drawn to me. Thought I would see a vision, but they only illuminated me, like a hologram. It was me. So I saw that I was only accessing a few of the spaces. I understand now that I can go there, allow more of the spaces and become more of who I can become.
Very good. We can talk all day, but if you can experience it..... The same can be done with any time/space juncture. The way you experienced the process just now, is individual, and each individual will bring their own experience to this mode of discovery. Each exploration of the time/space junctures will be unique as the individual evolves and as the junctures vary.
Within the context of this type of exploration, and because we are our job, we return to information retrieval and storage. What you are able to access at any time/space juncture is what you are attracting and open to receive. That is why the group process works better. Together you can access more.
Me - Why are you not worried about "insurgents" messing things up in the time/space junctures?
They can only be accessed within the parameters with which they were designed and the information only flows according to their desires and openness. If they can get there [unlikely], or if they can learn about it through someone who can access it, their methods will not work on the source/flow. They can only approximate its reconstruction in 3rd dimensional density and it will lack the life source and direction which makes it truly functional.
Me - How are we doing?
Getting there. In addition [to] being able to access more of who you can become, or information relevant to the group process in the Present Moment, there is much more there. Try again.
Me - OK [Went to the Present Moment[ Don't think that went very well. [Debated whether to continue writing or skip this, will go ahead] Realized that I could go through into what was on the other side. Oh, remembered a charge given to me previously to help people over the 3 green boxes. Never figured that one out. Perhaps these are the 3 green boxes: Signature Junctures, time/space junctures, and Conjunctures. Allowed what was there to be attracted to me. Small black hard things came at me, bit by bit covering me until I was completely covered. All went black. It was a bit scary. Decided to come back to the other side, brought this stuff and tried to access what I had, but didn't like it much. Got it all off and then tried to look at it. What I could see of myself looked altered, dimmed, a different color. Am I OK?
Well, that was interesting. On considering how that went, we think what you collected, has indeed affected you in some way. We are quite interested in what you brought back. Could you give us permission to examine it?

It seems to have some density, so we are not sure where it came from. Upon examining it, it does not appear to be energy/information.
Me - The thought came to me that it may have been a travel suit of sorts to protect me as I travelled somewhere.
You may be right and it would appear to be able to resist great heat. Is there some place you are wanting to go like that? It may have been an invitation.
Me - the cave with the huge crystals in Mexico? or the interior of the earth to visit the magma people? No real burning desire, ha ha. Not sure if really want to do that at all. If I am following the path of my joy, it does not lead in that direction. Am I OK, intact and not damaged? Can you help clear that?

Me - Perhaps that was the auto immune system of the God/Source attacking an invader?
Very likely. The substance is similar to the barrier. It must be a sort of membrane, like a cell membrane. Interesting that you could go there. We will contemplate this and hopefully have more information next visit. A demain.
