We are glad to see you again. Greetings and Salutations.
Our message for you today is one of hope. We caution you in your choice of influences in your life ( possibly my reading material) and even though the history of humans is fraught with violence and bloodshed, it is not beneficial to dwell o this. Even though the brave hearts are strengthened by tribulation, the path to the better world does not have to be forged this way. To choose to leave behind the darkness and evil deeds is the preferable path.
Remember to choose the path created by Source/God and Love. Return to your new life renewed and rededicate yourself to the embellishment of this creative life. Spend your time in spiritual pursuits. We welcome the renewal of our visits. Until next time.

I have a message for you today. Entering into new contracts and new ventures, we caution ;you to use caution and prevent yourself from being swept away in activity again. Remain steadfast and continue in the path that allows you room/space to evolve and be open to opportunities.
JUNE 18 (Beginning a new intention cycle around the Solstice)
In the meridian of time there existed the remnants of a race/people that came to earth following a cataclysm on their home planet. This people were more highly advanced technologically and lived separately from other peoples and life on this planet. In order to maintain their way of life they retreated under ground as the humans were into conquest and remain to this day resistant to differences.
We bring this to your attention because the humans continue to persecute and wipe out traces of other different civilizations. Although the times are changing and the general populace is beginning to be able to embrace change and differentiation, it is not happening fast enough to prevent destruction.
The galactic protectorate attempts to prevent extinction of remnants of this and various other different races. It is time to bring to light the nefarious methods of leaders and factions of the human agenda. It is given to you at this time to bring light onto this matter and rally the people to bring to safety the races and knowledge that is in jeopardy.

Be aware and seek out information about activities on both poles and other clandestine activities that involve other species and races. Investigate and spread awareness as you are able.

for creation of the means for you to transform your body and be able
to journey with us. ( I saw an energetic sort of box shape of a
copper color that I could merge into.) If you are able to

To
begin, allow yourself to relax fully. In that state, prepare
your mind to allow for different realities and to participate on new
levels with various developing sensory capacities.
Allow
your body to remain stationery and protected so that travel does not
affect it.
Increase
the state of energy through deep breathing for one minute or 10
times, and then move into a state of awareness of your inner
surroundings.
You
can then use the construct we have sent with our intention to
transport yourself to join us on our journey. We look forward
to our connections.

How do I do that? I felt I need to be compassionate. I see that I
really don't like people much. I need to love them all, not be
judgemental. Having a hard time listening... My ego has gotten
large. I need to open up and love.
