Good morning. Yes, we are here. Today we wish to speak with you about answering the call.

At this important time of great changes many of you are awakening and desirous of being of service. You understand that being in alignment yourself has effects on others and the world around you and is a good way to be of service.

Some of you will receive a call to be of service in others ways. As you stand ready and willing to step up and use your talents and skills other possibilities will open for you and you will be more useful as you are able. We also stand at the ready to assist as we are requested by you and permitted.

Do not be afraid. Stay in alignment with Source and the way will appear clear for you to know what you can do.

The message today holds special meaning for you. In addition to the message that will assist humans to improve their capacities to carry light and broaden their understanding, we suggest that you continue to seek after your further education and enlightenment,

Stay on the path and do not let yourself be distracted.

DECEMBER 13    4:40 am

Good morning. Today our message is about regulation of body functions. In order for you to be able to transition smoothly there is a degree of conscious regulation required. This ability has not been taught to the people except by certain masters and adepts to only a few. The practice of yoga strengthens the body and attaining stillness prepares the way for being able to regulate certain functions.

The ability to relieve stress and to quiet the brain through meditation will help you learn the tools needed. 

To know that you desire the raising of your frequency and to live in a state of Love and compassion with whatever level of understanding you have of this state will give you the goal and intention needed to persevere in the conscious regulation needed to balance and allow the body to function normally. The body systems are geared to be able to process the raising of frequency if the lower chakras are prevented [disengaged] from steering the body into survival fight or flight mode. This is where the regulation comes in.

Practice noticing when you respond in ways that take you away from Love and compassion and returning your emotional state back to the way you would rather be. When in the state of Love and compassion everything works to the advantage of all and you can be of service and help others to stay in alignment. The better you are able to stay in alignment the better will be your ability to allow the body to adjust and calibrate itself.

(me) Have you been here before?

Yes. Our message today is about resistance. You have the understanding that carrying resistance in your body [can be harmful] but we would like to clarify further the nature of resistance.

Generally we are speaking of fear in one form or another that is the source of most all resistance. This can be the fear of beginning and moving forward, the fear to become one with others, fear of loving, fear of disapproval of others, of extending or stepping out of yourself and not being recognized, not being seen and heard, fear of using your power or losing your power or misusing it, fear of becoming who you are, of being different and standing out, fear of being controlled or losing control, fear of doing something wrong or not doing it at all.

If you boil all of this down there is one thing at the root of all of your worry and insecurity, the fear of the Love of Source. It is powerful and you have been taught to be afraid of power and becoming powerful.

With the changes taking place there will be greater power evidenced and being afraid of it, resisting it, will only cause difficulties for your body and spirit. Clear out all of your fear and resistance and open the way for you[rself] to be filled with the Love and power of God/Source.

(me) Who are you?

This is the Arcturian Group. Today we would like to discuss the matter of evangelists. The teachings of the masters you follow are accounts of avatars or prophets and there have been those in your history who have seen the future and have attempted to prepare people for what is to come. We mention this today since you are concerned about the rise of the darkness and its proponents and evangelists.

These are the last times that have been prophesied for millenniums. You have been taught to protect yourself from the darkness and then misdirected to believe that the darkness is actually the light, in great confusion. ”Even the elect will be deceived.” (There was a beautiful phrase I missed because I was following a thread at the time and didn't know where to put the phrase in the sequence.)

You can hope to be filled with the Light of Love and this light will shine a path for you to follow and illuminate the darkness you pass through. Love God with all of the power of your body and mind/will and spirit and your neighbor as yourself. Be loving with yourself.

We would like to share with you a story about how we have all come to be here at this moment.

Recently we have mobilized because our wisdom keepers know the timeline for the changes in process now and we also recognize the importance of the successful transition of Earth and its races who have sought refuge here. Many groups have come to assist at this time. Many sign posts and messages have been planted and hidden away from the destroyers to help humans to advance and evolve at this time. Many of you have also come with the intention of assisting in the ascension or transition and there is much anticipation and excitement for all who plan to take [a] part like a [in the] grand pageant.

Do not concern yourself with those creating adversarial scenarios as they create their own demise or fate. Whatever is not aligned with the Love of Source will be swept away as the spiraling intensity increases.

Remain calm and peaceful.

DECEMBER 11 4:50 am

Yes we are here and have a message for you today.

We would like to discuss the possibility of reaching consensus. When decision making in a group it is possible to think collectively and determine what will be best in the larger scope.

The process we have found to work best is for each individual to offer their input from their unique perspective, then as a group to share the experience of alignment with Source in a resonant field. Once again, to share the feelings and thoughts that arise and find the common thread that leads to the best solution.

We suggest trying this when important decisions need to be made.

DECEMBER 10 3:02 am

Good morning. Today let us talk about becoming One. Since each unique being expresses its differentiation, especially in humans, it is sometimes difficult to imagine expressing oneness and experiencing that wholeness. Oneness does not involve sameness or the loss of individuality. Perhaps it would be a good idea to elucidate the concept more deeply.

By Oneness we mean the ability to connect deeply with the Source of All That Is and its patterns creating a relationship that draws in and exudes Love. The vibration of Love unites All That Is - light, energy/information, [and] life forms - all the time. Most life forms are naturally in tune. Humans on the other hand seem to believe that it is right that they should separate themselves by creating their own vibrations. It is obvious to an observer that humans have not only been unsuccessful at creation on their separate frequencies, but tend to easily be led astray and be controlled by others who may have mal-intent.

The misconceptions that have arisen around free will should be addressed. It is a fact that this sector has been established with free will and the ability to choose for oneself the path to follow. Therefore, to choose to follow the design of creation is more highly valued. However, (I sensed a battle taking place and sent in light and love. I thought something happened to the voice as there was an interruption of transmission but a voice resumed.) ….the dark forces are powerful in their destruction and can remove the borders constructed to limit their access.

When united or aligned with Source, entities cannot be destroyed but only change shape and form. (The darkness felt like it began to lift slowly.) Part of the reason that humans have buried their desires to ascend or achieve a higher frequency in their bodies, is because of the history of becoming a target for the dark forces that cannot exist in the presence of the light of creation.

The main reasoning that humans use to block out the connection with the Source of creation is the fear humans have of losing their unique being and becoming like “robots”. In actuality this is not what happens when you open up to the vibrations which surround you and sustain you. Humans separated in their own vibrational states find confusion and are more likely to follow like “sheep”. It is just the opposite if you contemplate, the Source is welcoming, fosters and supports unique differentiation on all levels, and the only sameness that exists is on the basic level of species recognition and even that is malleable.

What you understand of the “State of Grace” and the concepts of hope and faith can help you overcome some of the many fears and barriers you have created to prevent your opening up to what exists all around you. The tension that must be maintained by your body to remain closed off from it is wearing on your body. Relax and allow your body to rely on its innate “knowing” to function properly during the changes taking place. We encourage you to overcome your resistance and open [up] to the state of being aligned with Source and [the] free[dom] to be supported by Love as your unique self.

Good morning. Let us discuss the matter of intelligence this morning. By this we mean the capacity to be enlightened by the Spirit of Truth and to carry energy/information. In order to be able to discern the Spirit of Truth one must be open to receive and to be in alignment with Source or be able to make connections and develop relationships with it. From the perspective of these connections and relationships one is able to use it [Truth] as a standard by which to evaluate and match data. In this way one can come to know and utilize the Spirit of Truth and thus observe in a deeper conscious way.

Thus what we describe as intelligence is a state of being rather than a method of storing data in the brain. Keep this in mind as you regard education methods.

Good morning is a good place to start. Concurrent with the events you hear about in your media there are events taking place among various scenarios playing out in the background that are creating large scale changes on your planet. We would like to familiarize you with some of these.

Many of you are sensing the changes taking place and finding hope as progress is being made. As you attune and resonate with Source you will recognize the truthfulness of this message.

Due to the pressure building in your solar system as you move into this active area of time/space there may appear as a jolt the movement forward as your passageway clears and the forward momentum will affect Earth in various ways.

Those of you who are practicing various relaxation techniques that will make your bodies more resilient will find it easier to transition than those who are used to using their lower chakra energy and survival instincts.

There are groups of beings working independently, or in coordinated efforts with the Wise Ones of the various galaxies, and some even coordinating with your scientists to help the planet transition more smoothly.

You can disregard the hubbub and drama being created to distract and divert the majority of the people, but follow the deeper threads of Love being sewn to patch the divisions and begin a new tapestry. In the past your species has undertaken bloody coups and replaced the old with those responsible for the overthrow who were not responsible for or capable of making a better way. There have been some exceptions with individuals or groups who had more alignment with Source and were able to lead in good directions.

Through the leadership of many in positions around the world [at this time] light is beginning to shine the way along a path all can see to a better future. Look for these bright spots and stay aligned with source and the light will spread and maintain stability. It will be the people following the light in unification that will turn the tide of events. We are hopeful that humans will be able to transition and create a better future for themselves. We remain in the background to assist as needed and requested.

Good morning Dear One. Thank you for sharing our messages. We would share with you today a message regarding the passage of time. We thought this might be of particular interest to you. Throughout your history humans have marked the passage of time with the movement of the Sun, Moon and other stellar bodies in relationship to Earth.

At present, humans are confused by it all. The relationships within the solar system have been reduced to a fortune telling process of horoscopes. The changes seen taking place are broadcast in your media only partially and disbelief is rampant as much is kept secret and distortions have been witnessed perpetrated] by those broadcasting. Truths have been mixed in with fantasy and falsehoods have been reported as fact.

The usefulness of all of this is that humans have been brought to the point of being forced to rely on their intuition and seek answers for themselves. Many have sensed that time is speeding up. This is indeed the case as the change and increase in density is manifesting as an increase in time and may be hard for some individuals to bear.

As you activate your light bodies the speeding up and increasing of density will have less effect on you. It will also become easier to align with the Love of Source. We look forward to the progress you are making.

Yes. We are here. Today let us discuss the matter of relevance once again. We would like to share further thoughts.

In order to make deep and lasting connections there needs to be a feeling of meaningfulness or relevance. Currently in your culture the opposite of relevance is being fostered. The meaninglessness of life and lack of consequences of actions is being fostered by advertising ad media and of course encouraging use of debilitation substances in the body.

Instead, you would be better served and serve others better by creating meaningful encounters, activities and opportunities continually. From the present moment of [which is] the source of all potentials, choose that which has most meaning for you and encourage whatever is around you to also present or manifest that which is most meaningful, what you might call synchronicity. Drawing on the Source of Love you can find the power to overcome your fears and expect and anticipate that which is in your best interest and what will offer you greater meaning and therefore bring you into deeper connection and alignment. You can expect exponential growth when you consciously apply this practice.

One more thing. Use your time wisely seeking out those opportunities for learning and growth. As time speeds up you can accomplish greater things.

Good morning. Today's message is about restoration. By this we mean the ability to bring something back to its original state. Nothing in time/space can return to the same place it was previously since all matter and energy/information is spiraling and growing. What we speak of is the original intent or what you might call a blueprint.

Even this is evolving and must be regarded as fluid. Think of a painting that is being restored. The type of paint can be closely duplicated, the style and strokes of the methods used can be closely duplicate using similar materials, [even the age can be closely approximated with techniques], but the intention and uniqueness of the artist's work can be imitated, but in the moment [it was created] not completely captured again.

To restore something to approximate a former state requires knowledge of that state acquired by research and study and intuition of connections and conditions surrounding that occurrence. To restore something to this approximate state then requires patience and understanding.

Perfection of something on the other hand is a process of alignment with Source. This takes into account the nature of the uniqueness of an individual being, the nature of the potential connections which can be made through alignment with Source, and allows for the potential for cultural and social evolution of Oneness as well as the individual.

As your research is showing there have been many instances of individuals who have reached perfection and also whole communities that have advanced in alignment.

Our purpose in this message is to help you gain the insight you need to fully align with Source to restore your unique “blueprint” in the sense of perfection in the present moment making deep connections that continually are evolving. Clarifying the variation in perspectives can help free you to more closely and deeply align with Source.

Good morning. Continuing on as we left off, let us discuss the appearance of spirits or other beings. As you come closer to connection with other dimensions you will be able to see not only beings but physical manifestation from other dimensions.

We have been encouraging you to expand your senses and preparing you to clear your mind and open to possibilities. You have also learned to align with Source and thus you should be prepared for the changes. As long as you do not resist or let fear take over your body you will be fine. Beware of resentment and remember to continually return to the state of Love and be compassionate. As you serve others and care about them it will be easier to transition.

Good morning. Today let us discuss the possibility of reoccurring life patterns. By this we mean the capacity of conscious matter to reorganize itself and often in groups to return to life in the physical state. Some of the dogma surrounding the theories of reincarnation may get off the track but in actuality [matter] can reorganize and become present in certain dimensions or densities repeatedly. In this case there is a strong desire to be born again.

Some spirits create an attachment to a certain density and are unable to separate properly at death. They may have the desire to return again but because of fear or other strong emotions are unable to separate and reorganize in order to be born again.

(me) This feels like a strange topic and my mind is getting foggy.

Good morning. We would like to add something. In addition to the information you have received regarding the transmission of new energy/information please consider the relevance of.... (nothing)

...entering into connections where the energy/information is found. As it is living substance, relationships can be made at those junctures. From those junctures one can follow the spiraling energy to other new and related energy/information (EI). At the junctures of the matrix of All That Is consciousness influences the direction of the spiraling and choices can be made.

We have cautioned you previously to clear your receptive channels so as to be in alignment with the Source of Love and Goodness and to be able to allow the flow to follow its natural course. Unless you are able to live continually in Love and Compassion it is best not to attempt to exert influence. Egoic desires have caused much hardship for humans.

There are among us those who have the capacity to exert influence in time/space being in alignment with Source who are willing to be of assistance at this time to bring Earth into alignment. When there is sufficient human intention and desire for alignment we will be able to assist you in your transformation.

DECEMBER 3 2:50 am

Good morning Dear One. It is so nice to see you again. Let us continue along the vein we were pursuing last time. In addition to the usefulness of collecting those dreams and memories that will serve you as you create the world you desire knowing that the universe will respond to your requests, keep foremost in your mind that each step you take moving forward and each design you complete needs the inclusion of Love to give it life and substance in the connections made in the matrix of All That Is.

We spoke previously about creating a platform on which to receive new information. The same process can be used in creation. With a platform you can make a cube and with your intention you can see what you desire within the spinning light form within. As your intention creates the seed of your desire the platform will become a springboard to give forward momentum to your creation as it begins to complete itself in its own unique way. You can only love it and follow it, you cannot control it once it is given life force through your love and good feelings such as joy and gratitude.

The same is true for the calling in of new information. Once you have unwrapped the package with great care and Love in alignment with Source, it has its own life force and you to propel it forward with your platform to join other energy/information in the collective field. You do not “own” the energy/ information nor do you “own” your creation.

Continue to experiment and remind yourself continually that “Love is all there is” and “Love makes the world go round” to see the Love all around you until you can operate in a field of Love as you explore in a safe manner so as not to be distracted by egoistic tendencies for self preservation from imposed patterns.

Good morning. We would like to add something this morning. In order for you to progress into a higher frequency life you will have to let go of the patterns and rules that confine you to the lower density.

Do not worry about “going crazy” as the chaos that appears in the reorganization into new patterns can be disorienting. Keep your focus on your goals and watch them become priority and materialize.

Continue to expand and include greater scope and the Love surrounding you into yourself.

Good morning Dear One. In order to better serve you today we wish to organize our thoughts for you in a manner that will be conducive to issuing new information that you may not have a basis to receive. That will require an opening of sorts that will reveal energy/information that becomes a new category in itself. Others in your history have acquired this groundwork and you have the capacity to grasp it. When you prepare to learn something new, what do you do?

(me) Listen and ready myself to take notes.

Good, that is a beginning. What do you hear?

(me) I hear my family gathering like we did last night online with lots of background noise.

That is a good beginning. As there is much information present at the same time it becomes necessary to tune in to certain frequencies and usually you look for ones that are familiar to you. This time however we will listen together and I can guide you to hear something specific. Are you ready?

(me) Yes.

In the meridian of time there was much hubbub over new ideas that would come to one or another and by sharing this new information, greater opening occurred and platforms to receive the new were created for individuals and therefore for the greater whole. Follow your inclination to share this information, as often these receiving platforms can best be created in a group with each individual holding a corner, knowing that each of you is “on the same page” or wavelength. If you and I hold a corner we can create a platform for the “landing” of new concepts.

(me) OK. (With our 4 arms we made a platform sort of like a flexible net or a trampoline.) Sorry, got distracted thinking about my granddaughter.

Yes, that is right. You can invite someone else into this realm to hold a corner. I will also invite another in and we will have a cube to hold our new information. We can approximate or draw near to the patterns of Source in this way and have access to all energy/information and possibilities.

(me) I will try this this weekend with friends. (We made a platform and called in what we most need to know and a package landed. I realized that the platform had become like an elevator and we could go to a different floor, and like one I remember in Tintagel, if the sliding door was not closed tightly it would not move, but I could run up to the other floor and close the door and then we could move in the elevator again. When opening the package a male person landed on his backside on a black puddle or something so it could not open – sort of a joke. We are ready now for it to open. As we expand the platform into a spinning cube to hold the package, we can view it like it is a new world or movie – a virtual reality experience. I think I have started doing this lately in meditation. There were some crackers that look like some in my cupboard. Should I eat one like Alice in Wonderland to grow larger or smaller? OK. I got small so I can see the light in inner space. We can use this to diagnose illness where the light is different colors when out of harmony. We can learn to read this. ) Sorry my mind is wandering.

Good morning. Today let us discuss the eventuality of [recognition of] common ancestry with races from other star systems. When humans recognize the presence of other races and discover the links between the species, we are hopeful that greater understanding will be the result. In these connections lies the potential for evolution of your species and greater harmony on an inter galactic scale.

Included in this hopeful scenario is the possibility of greater harmony on your planet and we consider this epistle to be a forerunner of things to come as we make further contact with others like yourself.

Search on your web of information. It may be useful to work together or make connections. Continue your work and publish it. If you make yourself more widely known others can find you.

NOVEMBER 2

This morning we would like to present information about further investigation into the true history of the planet Earth. Your scientists have dated occurrences and changes far back, but yet the history that you follow largely from the perspectives of religions, each beginning about the same time period, starts at a certain point and everything before that time has been erased by those who perpetuate their own history in order to control the planet. They have done a very good job of concealing other forms of leadership than their own and destroying written histories and races with oral history that predates their time. Their intention was to establish that they created this Earth and their own racial supremacy.

What we wish to present is the unusual (not sure that was the correct word) story that begins with the coming of various races from other inhabited planets. Multiple colonies have been founded for various reasons, mainly [because] as Earth is discovered to be habitable and adaptable for many races. As Earth was created according to a master design by and for the most highly civilized and Source-aligned. It lacked many of the flaws of other unsuccessful planets and with great variety and components of successful planets. It was suitable and desirable, unfortunately, [also] by those who were inhospitable and uncooperative and exiled from their homes of origin. We shall call them renegades.

Earth provided for the expansion of the highly civilized races it was designed for and [who] welcomed races that were left homeless due to destruction of their homes in wars or from other less successful planets that became inhabitable. This is why many are interested to assure that greed and controlling races do not make this ideal planet become uninhabitable.

Some of the colonies integrated themselves and others remained isolated for various reasons of DNA incompatibility or inability to coexist or to hide themselves from detection by their enemies. Some became isolated because of changes on Earth or to wars on Earth and miscalculated ventures and errors.

Before any further racial extinction is perpetrated, it is imperative that this deception is exposed and the history and the merger of DNA from numerous intergalactic sources is recognized. We suggest that the solution may lie in the uncovering of ancestral DNA and disclosure of the remarkable source and time periods of its arrival on Earth. The disclosure of the nefarious schemes behind the destruction of vast information and suppression and eradication of colonies and populations is difficult [to look at] but important and largely avoided because of the fear and threats created around it to prevent its disclosure.

Those in control are being thwarted because their greed and control are threatening the design and existence of populations on Earth. Intervention is necessary at this point to insure cooperation through the changes ahead. Strengthen your small groups and research information available to help you better understand your history and what has been perpetrated upon your people.

Good morning. Today let us discuss the possibility of achieving a peaceful coexistence in your lifetime. It is a myth that the military can be a peacekeeping force. A military prepares to fight and therefore needs a fight to keep themselves occupied.

To cooperate and settle disputes as they arise among oneselves, conflict resolution is the preferable alternative to escalation of conflict into wars designed for profit and control by fear.

In order for there to be peaceful coexistence, differences are recognized and appreciated as one way is not supreme or better than the others. Upon deliberation one solution may work better than the others but all have validity and the choice of solution must take all differences into account and be given its place and role. That will be enough for today.

NOVEMBER 4 4:44 am

Today let us discuss the possibility of what you might call ascension of your planet. Rather than thinking of it as a radical and powerful sudden change, think of it as a change in mind set of the people. If the forces [currently present] at work can enlighten the minds of the people and effect a change toward peace and harmony with each other and nature and galactically, it would effectually be an “ascension”.

(me) What can I do?

Publish your works and continue to affect the groups you work with.

Consider reaching out to a greater number of people. The connections bring made at this time are important.

Lean not to your own understanding but follow your intuition. Listen to your body and watch what opportunities Source places before you in the moment.

Expand to include much of the higher vibratory world around you. The more powerfully you emit your frequency the greater will be the attraction to you of what is similar.

Use your time wisely to insure you follow through in a disciplined way in your creating. Follow directions you receive and be diligent in accomplishing the goals in a most succinct and efficacious way.

Deem yourself worthy and do not succumb to doubt and lower forms of behavior. Eat properly to keep clear of body and mind.

Release old baggage you are carrying and venture into new realms. Prepare yourself for adventure without having to travel.

Compassion is the highest goal and form of existence. Include that in your life as top priority. Be calm and aware of opportunities to share compassion.

Return often to states that increase your higher resonance and become like a lighthouse.

Enjoy life as we enjoy it as well [watching you].

Pursue higher projects and be of service to those you are connected to.

Today because of the changes taking place in our atmosphere we are traveling to Earth.

(me) Where is your home?

We are from a distant galaxy in the area of your Andromeda. We are petitioning the Galactic Federation and those in control on Earth to receive us and prepare a new home for us. We are hopeful that we will be well received and avoid the difficulties other races have received on Earth. We are counting on those in control to embrace change and to become more enlightened and more highly civilized. Our journey has been long and is dangerous and we are hopeful that it will end successfully. Humans, prepare to welcome us graciously.

Continuing where we left off last time I would like to discuss further the topic of evolution. Considering that the concern over the outcome intended by those making the decisions for humans may not come to pass, either those in control must evolve into a higher form of civilization and acquiesce into more consensus and inclusive ways of decision making, or they will need to step aside and allow decentralization and let the people make their own decisions and settle their own disputes. The people have been evolving and all tools are at hand which are necessary for this to take place effectively.

Local government and health care is a preferable solution for support of educators and doctors. Healers and wise people will step forward and all enterprises which compromise life and the natural processes on Earth will be able to subside. Local trade economies, recycling and self sufficiency will replace those enterprises. Care and compassion become the rule to live by.

Consider all opportunities and alternatives and wisely select that which allows for self-sufficiency and compassion and evolution into higher existence will naturally occur.

Today the issue we wish to bring up is the controversy around the use of natural resources. The greed of humans has led them to take more than they need to create revenue. Much of the planet's resources have been depleted simply to furnish the needs of humans and led to the sacrifice of nature for dwellings and farming. In addition the desire for excess wealth drives men to sell what they take from nature and plants and creatures that can be used to create valuable market value including addictive substances. Wealth has been associated with power, but having more than what meets the needs is unnecessary and leads away from compassion and self-sufficiency.

The fact that living in alignment with Source opens the potential for all needful things to be available to the creative process and provides for meeting the needs of others, has been perverted by the 'service to self' orientation. That is the understanding behind the mythical story of the pure in heart finding access to the Holy Grail and not the ones in service to self and greed.

Watch for this orientation around you and follow and associate with those who understand that all needful things are there for those who can create with that and take care of those in need.

(me) Had sort of an epiphany that the voice of discipline I have gotten some recently is to encourage me to be more diligent in creating fine plans and in their manifestation with less haphazard ways of approach. Perhaps this is why I need others around me who can assist in this.

Good morning. Today we will make an adventure. We will bring in some characters and choose a location and create an adventure. Adventures do not have rules or expectations as a play would and the unexpected can take place and everyone is involved, not spectating.

When you feel something arising you can choose as well. We will start.

The sky is just becoming light and it rises over a small lake in the Scottish countryside.

(me) With blues and pinks reflected from the clouds in the water and with bright green tufts of vegetation surrounding the pond.

That's it. The sheep wander up to drink and the mists fade and it becomes a sunny sky with just a few clouds. A bus of tourists arrives and the people wander out across the fields, dispersing each in their own reverie and enjoyment. We are participating too. Do you see me waving at you?

(me) I want to join you and run across the field feeling like a child full of love and joy.

I will run with you to the edge of the lake full of the same love and joy. We are resting and laughing in the grass by the sheep.

(me) The water ripples and the area moves toward us and the water sprites come to pay with us sparkling in the light. The breeze plays with our hair and the bushes sway around us. The sun warms us. We open to the joy of the wonders of nature.

We stay with this meditation for some time and then it is time to return to the bus. The people slowly gather at the spot. A few sheep follow them and then it is time to say goodbye and leave our connection with gratitude. We return to this present moment.

Good morning. Today we will concentrate our efforts on bringing for the information regarding the distant past of Earth. In our early records there is much information about its creation and the earliest inhabitants but we will focus today on the time period of the settlement of one particular race. At this time there were several previous settlements elsewhere on the planet. This particular group we are speaking of acquired permission and agreement on all accounts previous to their arrival and settled in what you would consider to be Asia. Some of their descendants spread out across the Pacific and [some in] the high mountain areas of Asia. We mention this period as the settlers were highly evolved and brought wisdom and knowledge with them of which you still use some remnants, the I Ching and others. They were mostly isolated because of the distance and terrain. They too became corrupted by power and wealth and succumbed to the dark forces.

Good morning. Today we wish to discuss further the opportunities for advancement available to civilizations on your planet. Because of the variation available and the lack of harsh climatic factors it is an ideal place for most species Due to changes such as what Earrth is passing through at present , upheavals occur which force the different species to make adjustments for their survival.

The advanced civilizations have maintained records from former cycles and are forewarned of changes and make preparations. This current occupation has destroyed records and secreted away intelligence that would help people prepare as if the wipe out the current races as has happened in the past. There are better ways to control population and change the power balance and allow Earth to remain a safe haven for species at risk as it has been in the past.

However the dark forces are due for neutralization and there is speculation that a split is possible and that the light and dark can coexist separately and at the same time. It is our understanding that without the light to fee off of the darkness will engulf itself and not be able either to follow or to exist saprophytically adjacent to it.

We enjoin the efforts of the light to continue to strengthen and raise itself in order to make the leap to higher vibrational states possible for all who would participate and be able to transition.

Yes, when the field is strong enough that which is not like it is not attracted to it as it moves.

Good morning. Today is one of the special days when we commemorate the past. What victories were achieved and those outstanding individuals who were courageous and were of great service to their fellow beings. Celebrate the goodness and strength in all of us.

(me) I resist remembering and glorifying wars. Can we just remember courageous ancestors without perpetrating the desire to fight?

Resistance is futile and yes we can remember what we know to be true deep in our hearts and collective memory, that which is good and wise.

We bring this up today in order to help you see the difference between lovingly honouring the past, and the mind control to lead the masses into desired positions to be able to accomplish the ends of controlling forces. This is an important distinction and the difference between not looking at what you don't want to see and following blindly, and the ability to discern what is true and in alignment with Source. The strength and power to realign situations can be found in connection in the present moment.

Today we will pursue the train of thought that takes us to the place where greater understanding and wisdom is attainable. Following the path of “spiritual rightness” that was laid out for you by your avatars and being in a continual state of alignment with Source in the present moment, continuously prayerful, in compassion and service, you will be prepared to receive not for yourself as in greed, but for the benefit of those around you, your tribe, and to increase general Oneness.

When you arrive at this place, open and able to receive, there you will find the opportunities that you need and have the option, because of free agency, to choose which blessings you desire, remaining cognizant of the fact that in your limited scope you may not know what is best for you. You are wise at that moment to continue to pray further for your advancement of understanding and for guidance and direction as to what you would choose, to heighten your understanding and wisdom to the point of advancing you to be able to attract that to yourself what would advance you or evolve you further.

Call into yourself what is most precious and wise, that you may be of greater service to the Source of your creation according to your unique potential. By including greater energy/information flow into your being you can increase your own potential.

Continue on in this way and ponder these things.

Good morning. What appears to you to be an increase in frequency or a speeding up is in fact an overall change taking place. Relax and try not to have expectations. Our bodies are being activated.

Tune into the greater consciousness and allow the understanding to permeate your being as much as your limitations allow. Continue to make progress bit by bit until you are able to include more into yourself. Expand to include the greater self you can become.

Until today we found that humans were eager but unable to expand beyond the limitations they have set for themselves and the reality that has been generally agreed upon. Now that the frequencies are increasing we see that the human genome is flexible and able to activate easier than we expected. The adaptability factor is more inherently connected throughout the body systems than we suspected. You can rely on this and do not panic. The accommodation mechanisms combined with the adaptability will allow your bodies to transmute and transcend [safely].

Today we would like to discuss the possibilities of finding space for people to live. There is much injustice on Earth and [we are concerned with] those sequestered in camps and those seeking refuge because of what you call “Climate Change” which is affecting your entire solar system and forcing other beings to seek new homes. Earth has come under galactic protection as a place of refuge and safety [for many] to manage and survive the changes.

It is now up to the people of Earth to welcome and find homes for these beings as some of the governments or those in control do not want to keep agreements made in exchange for technology.

(me) I think people like me are set up to be able to do and help with that. What do we need to do? Do we need to go through government immigration channels?

This process has been held off until the changes take place and in the higher reality where beings of higher advancement and reality will be able to facilitate the shift for you as well and make homes for themselves.

(me) The prophecies recount the return of the 10 tribes or people of Enoch etc.

You could say that these others are already there and that many of you will be joining them. You could also say that many are awaiting the merger of several realities bordering on a higher frequency. Another way of looking at it is that in order to be able to receive the energy/information necessary to continue life in a higher state one must be open ad welcoming of this state into one's own current reality. We have discussed with you the option to get past your limitations to expand and include, allowing your identity to use its innate mechanisms to absorb what is needed and supportive to your growth.

Good morning. Today we will discuss the topic of returning to what we were in the beginning. You have the phrase “from dust to dust returneth”. We would like to suggest that what you come from might be the source of all creation and that it is a cycle to return to it again. It does not require death to be able to return to it. Rather it is a cycle of going out in your own individual way and exploring and having adventure and learning and growing and then returning to Source when you are ready. Therefore wise men and avatars have been able to experience the cycle at a younger age than most, and some never complete the cycle in a lifetime.

It is our opinion that in order to be able to complete the cycle one must be able to let go of preconceived notions established through the worldly education and the culture that separates man from Source. One of these notions is held by most religions and that is that you must die before you go to “heaven”. The fear of death was taught this way. Without this concept and other such beliefs it is possible to create smaller cycles of growth and return, and even to be able to grow and add to life's experience without leaving the presence of Source. As everything is truly One, the concept of separation is only a figment of the imagination but used by controllers to divert man away from Source for their own use and benefit. The darkness is unable to tap the strength and life force of Source and [to] remain in darkness and must divert life force of creations that have free agency to be able to utilize that life force.

Separation is a tool of the dark forces and you can watch for and see it in your daily lives, the many ways you are taught fear and how you are alone. Begin to notice when you feel this and realize how you were taught.

(me) I am an only child. I was taught that I was alone from the beginning but perhaps I discovered how to be One with Source because I was not distracted by other life patterns.

Yes, you will begin to see this as you observe more closely. Returning in the cycle does not mean that you have to separate yourself but rather that you recognize Source as your home and create momentum to spiral onward. Your calendar is a good example of this concept.

Concurrently with the changes taking place in your realm are changes in other realms. There is a major stepping up taking place inter galactically. The higher dimensional Earth will be relocated to a system past the energetic system you are passing through which will cause destruction in your solar system.

In order for you to participate in this process you can draw it to you with your intention in your group of like souls. Not all will choose to participate as you are in the free will sector. Stay in alignment with Source and be open for opportunities to live in the higher vibration.

Good morning. Today we would like to discuss the matter of ingenuity. By this we mean the ability and capacity to be able to create in unique ways that only you can do.

Instead of following patterns and getting stuck in routine perfunctory actions, there is always the potential to call upon your uniqueness and create new actions or approaches through your intentions.

Whenever you are in alignment and open to prompting from the Source of your creation, there is always potential available to you, and if you listen to your unique leanings and desires you will find potentials that will better express your individuality.

In this way, following these potentials that are attracted to you because of previous choices you have made, Source assists you in becoming more of your unique potential being. Listen and watch using all of your developing senses for what may appear and develop/ precipitate around you, as you are creating it by what you choose to allow into your life. When you are able to overcome your limitations and allow the natural functioning of your individual self, [you are] in alignment with all that is potential. As you are one with all of existence, what you need and desire is able to come to you more easily. Be open to what is available to you and enJOY and be grateful. Being grateful is an expression of love and oneness, recognizing your openness, as nothing can come to you if you are closed and fearful. Gratitude helps overcome what barriers you create to protect yourself and allows what you need to enter.

Of the two 3 day energy generating cycles, yellow and white create the green center which becomes the green apex, and red and blue create the purple apex which together with the green apex activates the tetrahedron.

My message this morning is about Love. As you transition into higher frequency you will find it becomes easier to feel Love continually as formerly it was felt in brief intervals. You can begin to remind yourself to feel love and compassion in all you do until you no longer need to remind yourself and it becomes the usual state of being.

Love is the state of being of Source and when aligned with Source you will feel the Oneness and Love in all of creation. It is marvelous and joyful and available.

We are here. Today let us discuss the matter of relevance. What has meaning and is important can vary. There are things and occurrences that add meaning to life and to respect those times and be aware and able to receive them is to increase relevance in life. The more you receive what is relevant and value it, the more will come to you and life will be more worthwhile.

Deeper connections are made in this manner as well and it is worthwhile to increase relevance in your life by making deeper connections. As you learn to value relevance you will more easily align, for connection with Source will be strengthened.

Do not fear what comes to you but look for what has meaning for you and what is reflected in yourself that you may not be aware of. When you are living in compassion what is not needed for you will lack relevance and fall away. Observe this as it occurs in your daily activities.

Yes, there is a message today. In the first place align yourself with the Source of Love and then as you progress and grow, [most of] what comes to you will be aligned.

It is fine to rejoice, but keep your enthusiasm in check so as not to lose track of what is transpiring around you and get lost in your own pleasure. Remain vigilant and aware with your senses so as not to miss cues and changes taking place along the path. Change in creation is the foundation of Source and you must be observant to remain in alignment.

There are various ways to “spin out” of alignment. Stepping out of love in anger or conflict, allowing the body to move into lower frequency through substances or food or poor choices, are some of the ways. Following the directions left by your Avatars can help you avoid most pitfalls. Listening to your own unique intelligence, you will not be turned astray or diverted from your path.

Our message today is about reference. By this we mean the things of the past that are used as markers to delineate the path that was taken, to store information from that particular time/space, or to give witness to that path. This is a useful concept because a record is kept of all that transpires in the present moment and it is helpful at times to recall particular events or processes.

Connections made in the present moment become reference points. The Akashic Records store all of these reference points for each life form with its creation and cycles.

As you build connections keep in mind that there are successful connections as will as destructive intentions that can damage the matrix of All That Is. Destruction of life that does not occur in natural order leaves holes and broken places that can be healed over time. Many of the discordant occurrences that you witness are the result of damaging of the matrix of All That Is or destruction of reference points. In these cases the lines of flow in time/space have become disconnected or unable to carry the light as they were created to do. You have witnessed how light workers can repair some of this damage that has been done in the ley lines.

The light seeks its own path as does water and can repair itself or make new channels as it spirals and moves and creates according to its design and nature.

Build successful connections and you are creating useful reference points in time/space. Connect with others around you near and far, space is all “relative”, and with nature, and be aware of connections that are new for you occurring in other dimensions around you,

As the matrix is holding more dimensional capability, you can expect more and greater experiences that will be new or unusual As your senses evolve, you will be able to recognize more and more of this.

The message we have for you today is a bout filing. By this we mean the way energy/information is stored. The Source of All Creation uses patterns for storage and retrieval of energy/information.

As All That Is expands and evolves, the patterns of its movement and [change or growth?] allow for a form of recognition that can be recorded. The connection of the units and “fibers” of the grid are created by the spiraling and shifting/reversing that you are familiar with from your work with time and sacred geometry. As you have explored the patterns in time/space and you are aware of connections and reference points as we discussed last time, you can see that there is a basis for the “filing system”. If you consider this, you may see that you are accessing this information not by happenstance but by using the cues you recognize by its patterns and from memory of certain connections and reference points. That is how you are able to find us in the mornings.

(me) Am I correct in using the three and six (tetrahedron) with the four and five (cube)?

Yes, you are seeing the strands of time/space. These spiraling living strands and the points where there is possibility to change direction or expand into new dimensions allows for the uniqueness that you experience in life. The necessity for a good methods of recording arises from this capacity for uniqueness, to keep track of itself in all of its creative forms.

(me) That is the basis for our understanding that all things are known and each of us is known by God, that there is nothing that can be secret from Source.

Yes. Back to filing. The retrieval system can be figured out by the conscious mind using the coordinates of time/space and clearly intending what you are looking for.

Yes. Ponder these things and become aware of the processes you are using in the work you are doing, knowing that what you do requires skill and is not random or trivial effort. Recognize yourself and your skill in filing.
